Referring to fig. 1, according to an embodiment of the present application, there is provided a chain tensioning device applied to a vehicle, the chain tensioning device including a fixing plate 11 and a chain tensioning mechanism 12, the fixing plate 11 being fixedly connected to a body of the vehicle; the chain tensioning mechanism 12 is rotatably connected with the fixing plate 11; a channel part 120 allowing a chain of a vehicle to pass through is arranged in the chain stretching mechanism 12;
the chain tensioning mechanism 12 is configured to: the chain for driving the vehicle rotates relative to the fixed plate 11 to adjust the tightness of the chain.
When the chain tensioning device provided by the embodiment of the application is applied to a vehicle, the fixing sheet 11 of the chain tensioning device is fixedly mounted on the body of the vehicle, for example, fixedly mounted on the frame of the vehicle; meanwhile, the chain of the vehicle passes through a passage portion 120 opened in the chain expanding mechanism 12 of the chain expanding device. In this specific example, when the chain of the vehicle is disposed in the chain-tensioning mechanism 12 through the channel 120, the chain is embedded in the first slide rail 122 and the second slide rail 124, so that the connection relationship between the chain and the chain-tensioning mechanism 12 is tighter, and the tightness degree of the chain of the vehicle can be adjusted more conveniently through the chain-tensioning mechanism 12.
More specifically, the first slide rail 122 is provided with two, and the second slide rail 124 is also provided with two, so as to correspond to the two side portions of the chain.

When the swing arm 12-2 rotates relative to the fixing plate 11, the swing arm 12-2 drives the chain container 12-1 to rotate together relative to the fixing plate 11.
Referring to fig. 1, in one embodiment, the chain container 12-1 and the swing arm 12-2 are further integrally formed.
In this specific example, the chain container 12-1 and the swing arm 12-2 are integrally formed, the chain expanding mechanism 12 formed by integrally forming the chain container 12-1 and the swing arm 12-2 is convenient to assemble, and the assembling relationship of the whole chain expanding device is simple. And the chain container 12-1 and the rocker arm 12-2 are integrally formed into a whole, and the connection between the two is tight and firm, so that the rocker arm 12-2 is favorable for driving the chain container 12-1 to rotate relative to the fixing plate 11 together.

In this particular example, the elastic member 14 disposed between the swing arm 12-2 and the fixing plate 11 may provide a restoring force to restore the tension chain mechanism 12 when the tension chain mechanism 12 rotates with respect to the fixing plate 11. Further specifically, the elastic member 14 may be, for example, a coil spring.
More specifically, the fixing piece 11 may be made of a metal material; the spiral spring can be made of stainless steel or manganese steel; the rocker arm 12-2 can be made of plastic or polyamide; the chain container 12-1 can be made of modified polypropylene.
Referring to fig. 1, in one embodiment, further, a receiving groove is opened on a side surface of the swing arm 12-2 facing the fixing plate 11, and a portion of the elastic member 14 is disposed in the receiving groove.
In this specific example, a receiving groove matched with the elastic member 14 is formed in the side surface of the rocker arm 12-2, the elastic member 14 is fitted into the receiving groove, a part of the elastic member 14 is located in the receiving groove, and the other part of the elastic member 14 extends out of the receiving groove and abuts against the fixed plate 11; after the rocker arm 12-2 is connected with the fixing plate 11, the fixing plate 11 presses the elastic member 14, and the elastic member 14 can provide elastic restoring force between the tensioning mechanism 12 and the fixing plate 11.
Referring to fig. 1, in one embodiment, further, a clamping groove 12-10 is formed in the outer top surface of the chain container 12-1, and the bottom of the rocker arm 12-2 is in matched clamping connection with the clamping groove 12-10.
In this specific example, on the basis that the chain container 12-1 is detachably connected with the rocker arm 12-2 through the fastener 13, when the chain container 12-1 is connected with the rocker arm 12-2, the bottom of the rocker arm 12-2 is firstly aligned and placed in the clamping groove 12-10 of the chain container 12-1, and then the fastener 13 is used for fixing the chain container 12-1 and the rocker arm 12-2. More specifically, the chain container 12-1 is provided with a connecting lug 12-12 beside the clamping groove 12-10, and a first through hole 12-11 is formed in the connecting lug 12-12.
Further specifically, in the embodiment that the chain container 12-1 is connected with the swing arm 12-2 through the fastening piece 13, the fastening piece 11 may be further connected through the fastening piece 13, that is, the fastening piece 11 is provided with a third through hole 110 for connecting the fastening piece 13, and the fastening piece 13 sequentially passes through the first through hole 12-11 on the connecting lug 12-12 of the chain container 12-1, the second through hole 12-21 on the swing arm 12-2, the coil spring, and the third through hole 110 on the fastening piece 11; wherein the second through hole 12-21 of the swing arm 12-2 communicates with a receiving groove for receiving a coil spring. Wherein, the rocker arm 12-2 is coaxially and rotatably connected with the fixed plate 11.
Referring to fig. 1, in one embodiment, further, a first protrusion 111 is provided at a side of the fixing plate 11, and a second protrusion 12-20 is provided at a side of the swing arm 12-2, and the second protrusion 12-20 may abut against the first protrusion 111 in a case where the swing arm 12-2 rotates with respect to the fixing plate 11.
In this particular example, when the rocker arm 12-2 is rotated relative to the stationary plate 11, the rocker arm 12-2 cannot rotate any further when the rocker arm 12-2 rotates to a position where the second boss 12-20 abuts against the first boss 111, and therefore the second boss 12-20 and the first boss 111 are disposed to limit the rotation of the rocker arm 12-2.
Referring to fig. 2, according to another embodiment of the present application, there is provided a vehicle including a body 2, a chain 3, and the chain tensioning device 1 as described above; the fixing piece 11 is fixedly connected with the body 2, and the chain 3 passes through the passage part 120.

6. Tensioning device according to claim 3, characterized in that an elastic member (14) is arranged between the rocker arm (12-2) and the fixed plate (11).
7. Tension chain device according to claim 6, characterized in that the side of the rocker arm (12-2) facing the fixed plate (11) is provided with a housing groove in which a portion of the elastic element (14) is arranged.
8. A tensioning device according to claim 5, characterized in that the outer top surface of the chain container (12-1) is provided with a clamping groove (12-10), and the bottom of the rocker arm (12-2) is matched and clamped with the clamping groove (12-10).

Tensioning device according to claim 3, characterized in that the side of the fixed plate (11) is provided with a first boss (111) and the side of the rocker arm (12-2) is provided with a second boss (12-20), the second boss (12-20) being abuttable against the first boss (111) in case of a rotation of the rocker arm (12-2) with respect to the fixed plate (11).
10. A vehicle, characterized in that it comprises a body (2), a chain (3) and a chain tensioning device (1) according to any one of claims 1 to 9; the fixing piece (11) is fixedly connected with the body (2), and the chain (3) penetrates through the channel part (120).
