Detailed Description

As shown in fig. 1-2, the present invention provides a film pasting apparatus 10 capable of accurately positioning a protection film for pasting a film on an electronic device, such as a mobile phone, a tablet computer, etc., in this embodiment, a mobile phone is taken as an example for description. The film sticking device 10 comprises a positioning base 12, a protective film assembly and a plug positioning member 14, wherein the positioning base 12 comprises a first part 12a and a second part 12b which are connected in a sliding manner, and in the illustrated embodiment, a plurality of hollow structures are arranged on the first part 12a and the second part 12b, so that the overall weight of the film sticking device 10 can be reduced. The first portion 12a is provided with a first baffle 12c at an end away from the second portion 12b, the second portion 12b is provided with a second baffle 12d at an end away from the first portion 12a, and the first portion 12a, the second portion 12b, the first baffle 12c and the second baffle 12d together enclose a positioning space 16 for positioning the mobile phone. After the mobile phone is placed in the positioning space 16, the first baffle 12c and the second baffle 12d can be used for clamping two ends of the mobile phone in the length direction so as to position and fix the mobile phone in the length direction. The slidable connection of the first portion 12a and the second portion 12b allows the size of the positioning space 16 to be adjusted, thereby allowing the film attachment apparatus 10 to accommodate different sized cell phones.

The plug positioning member 14 can adjust the plugging direction to make the first plug 22 or the second plug 24 located in the positioning space 16 to plug with the charging interface of the mobile phone. In the illustrated embodiment, two positioning pins 18 are provided, and two insertion holes 26 are provided correspondingly, and are arranged along the width direction of the positioning base 12. The first plug 22 or the second plug 24 is used for being plugged with a charging interface of the mobile phone.
The first plug 22 is, for example, one of a type-c plug, a lighting plug, or a micro-usb plug, and the second plug 24 is one of a type-c plug, a lighting plug, or a micro-usb plug. The first plug 22 and the second plug 24 may be identical or may be arranged differently. The first plug 22 and the second plug 24 are identical, and when one plug is damaged, the other plug can be used; when the first plug 22 and the second plug 24 are different, the first plug 22 and the second plug 24 can be respectively plugged with mobile phones with different charging interfaces, so that the film sticking device 10 can be adapted to different types of mobile phones. In other embodiments, the plug positioning member 14 may be provided with one plug or more than two plugs. In the illustrated embodiment, the first plug 22 is a type-c plug and the second plug 24 is a lighting plug.
Furthermore, a groove 28 is formed in the second baffle 12d, the positioning pin 18 is disposed in the groove 28, and the plug positioning element 14 is fixed to the positioning pin 18 through the insertion hole 26 in an insertion manner and then is clamped in the groove 28, so that the plug positioning element 14 is prevented from shaking, and the positioning is stable.
In other embodiments, the plug positioning member 14 may be configured to be rotatably connected to the second baffle 12d, such that the plug can be oriented in the horizontal direction and the vertical direction by rotation, so as to facilitate the insertion and placement of the mobile phone.
Preferably, the insertion hole 26 may be configured to be funnel-shaped, and correspondingly, the positioning pin 18 is configured to fit the shape of the insertion hole 26, and the funnel-shaped insertion hole 26 has a certain guiding function, so that the positioning pin 18 is more conveniently inserted into the insertion hole 26.
Further, since the plug positioning element 14 is detachably connected to the second baffle 12d, a receiving slot may be disposed on the positioning base 12, the plug positioning element 14 may be received in the receiving slot when not in use, and the plug positioning element 14 is not easily lost during transportation.
Preferably, an avoiding position 30 is arranged on the positioning base 12 corresponding to the camera position of the mobile phone, and the avoiding position 30 is used for avoiding the convex camera of the mobile phone, so that the mobile phone is placed in the positioning space 16 to be flat. In the illustrated embodiment, the relief site 30 is a through-hole and is formed by the first portion 12a and the second portion 12b, i.e., one portion of the relief site 30 is formed on the side of the first portion 12a opposite the second portion 12b and the other portion is formed on the side of the second portion 12b opposite the first portion 12 a. In other embodiments, the escape position 30 may also be configured as a groove or the like.
Preferably, the first part 12a and/or the second part 12b are provided with anti-slip ribs on one side in the positioning space 16 to prevent the mobile phone from sliding after being placed in the positioning space 16, so that the mobile phone is placed stably, and the film sticking effect is improved.
Referring to fig. 4-5, the first portion 12a is slidably connected to the second portion 12b, for example, one of the slide bar 34 and the slide slot 36 is disposed at an end of the first portion 12a connected to the second portion 12b, the other of the slide bar 34 and the slide slot 36 is disposed at an end of the second portion 12b connected to the first portion 12a, and the slide bar 34 is slidably engaged with the slide slot 36. In the illustrated embodiment, a slide bar 34 is formed at the end of the first portion 12a connected to the second portion 12b, and a slide slot 36 is provided at the end of the second portion 12b connected to the first portion 12 a. It should be understood that in other embodiments, the first portion 12a and the second portion 12b may be slidably coupled by other slidable structures.
Further, in order to enhance the stability of the film sticking device 10, a damping structure may be disposed between the sliding connection structures of the first portion 12a and the second portion 12b, so that a certain friction force exists between the sliding rod 34 and the sliding groove 36, and the first portion 12a and the second portion 12b can slide relative to each other under a certain pulling force, so that the film sticking process is more stable, and the film sticking error rate is reduced. And/or, a locking mechanism is arranged between the first part 12a and the second part 12b, and when the first part 12a slides to a proper position relative to the second part 12b, the locking mechanism is locked, so that the positioning base 12 is fixed, and after the film is pasted, the locking mechanism is unlocked.
In the illustrated embodiment, the first positioning hole 38 is formed on the top surface of the first blocking plate 12c, the second positioning hole 40 is formed on the top surface of the second blocking plate 12d, and two first positioning holes 38 and two second positioning holes 40 are formed and are arranged at intervals along the width direction of the positioning base 12. The protection film assembly comprises a protection film 44 with fixing holes 42 at two ends and fixing pieces 46 arranged at two ends of the protection film 44, wherein one side of each fixing piece 46 is provided with a positioning column 48, the positioning columns 48 of the two fixing pieces 46 are respectively penetrated through the fixing holes 42 at two ends of the protection film 44, so that the protection film 44 is fixedly connected with the fixing pieces 46, and the positioning columns 48 of the two fixing pieces 46 are respectively inserted into the first positioning hole 38 and the second positioning hole 40, so that the protection film 44 is fixed relative to the positioning base 12. Correspondingly, two positioning posts 48 are disposed on each fixing member 46, and two fixing holes 42 are disposed on two ends of the protection film 44.
Preferably, the first positioning hole 38 and the second positioning hole 40 may be configured to be funnel-shaped, and correspondingly, the positioning column 48 is configured to be matched with the positioning hole, and the funnel-shaped positioning hole has a certain guiding function, so that the positioning column 48 is more conveniently inserted into the positioning hole.
When the film is pasted, firstly, the screen of the mobile phone is cleaned, then the plug of the plug positioning piece 14 is inserted into the charging interface of the mobile phone, then the mobile phone is placed on the positioning base 12, the plug positioning piece 14 is placed in alignment with the groove 28 of the second baffle 12d, and the positioning pin 18 in the groove 28 is inserted into the jack 26. the plug positioning piece is fixedly inserted on the positioning pin, the plug positioning piece comprises at least one plug, and the plug is used for being inserted with a charging interface of the electronic equipment so as to position the electronic equipment;
the protection film subassembly includes that both ends are equipped with the protection film of fixed orifices and sets up the mounting at protection film both ends, be equipped with the reference column on the mounting, two the reference column of mounting is worn to locate respectively the fixed orifices at protection film both ends makes the protection film with mounting fixed connection, two the reference column of mounting is inserted respectively and is located first locating hole with the second locating hole makes the protection film is relative the location base is fixed.
