Thus, the airflow paths within the air purifier 10 (which may particularly take the direction of the dashed arrows shown in FIG. 7) generally include: second airflow opening structure 1182-purification cavity 1166-air duct cavity 1164-transition flow passage 1104-accommodating space of second disinfection chamber 28-channel 1102-first airflow opening structure 1142. Thus, the air can be filtered and purified and disinfected.
As shown in fig. 8, for the second preset mode (e.g., the purge mode), the first flap valve 151 is turned to block the first side opening 153104, and the second flap valve 152 is turned to block the second side opening 154104, so that the passage 1102 and the transition flow passage 1104 are connected, and the receiving space in the second disinfection chamber 28 is blocked from the passage 1102 and the transition flow passage 1104. Thus, the airflow paths within the air purifier 10 (which may particularly take the direction of the dashed arrows shown in FIG. 8) generally include: second airflow opening structure 1182-purge cavity 1166-air duct cavity 1164-transition flow channel 1104-passage 1102-first airflow opening structure 1142. In this manner, the air purifier 10 operates relatively independently of the second decontamination chamber 28.
In this way, the air sterilization treatment by the sterilization device 286 selectively according to the requirement can be realized, so that the application mode of the product is more diversified.
More specifically, it can be understood that, for the switching control of the first preset mode and the second preset mode, the on-off structure 150 can be controlled through a corresponding control key 269 arranged on an operation panel of the air purification apparatus 1 or an interactive display screen, or the on-off structure 150 can be controlled through a terminal device (such as a mobile phone, a computer, etc.) to realize the switching control.
Of course, it is understood that the functional devices described in the present design concept are not limited to the enumerated humidifier 22, aromatherapy machine 24, first disinfection chamber 26, second disinfection chamber 28, but may be a warmer, an induction cooker, etc. in other embodiments.
In some embodiments, the number of the functional devices is plural, and the plural functional devices are different in function from each other. Each of the plurality of functional devices is adapted to the mounting structure. In this way, the user can select one of the plurality of functional devices and attach the selected functional device to the mounting structure, so that the selected functional device is mounted on the air cleaner 10 and operates.
For example, the plurality of functional devices specifically include: humidifier 22, champignon machine 24, first disinfection storehouse 26 (or second disinfection storehouse 28), heating machine, electromagnetism stove. The user can select one of the humidifier 22, the fragrance machine 24, the first disinfection chamber 26 (or the second disinfection chamber 28), the heater and the induction cooker to be connected with the carrying structure.
As shown in fig. 1, for a scene with a humidification demand, the humidifier 22 is selected to be mounted on the air purifier 10 in cooperation with the mounting structure.
As shown in fig. 2, for a scene with aromatherapy requirements, the aromatherapy machine 24 is selected to be matched with a carrying structure, so that the aromatherapy machine 24 is carried on the air purifier 10.
As shown in fig. 3, 4, 5 and 6, for a scene with a requirement for disinfecting articles, the first disinfecting chamber 26 or the second disinfecting chamber 28 is selected to be matched with the carrying structure, so that the first disinfecting chamber 26 or the second disinfecting chamber 28 is carried on the air purifier 10.
In one particular embodiment, as shown in fig. 9, the air purifier 10 further includes a first cover 124, the first cover 124 being capable of covering or uncovering the opening 104. In more detail, the first cover 124 is engaged with the opening 104, or is detachable from the opening 104 to open the opening 104.
In this way, in the case where the air cleaner 10 is used without mounting a functional device, or in the case where the storage section 102 is used as a storage space, the user can use the opening/closing opening 104 of the first cover 124, which is advantageous for dust prevention and water prevention in the storage section 102.
In some embodiments, a driving device 1024 is disposed on the air purifier 10, and the driving device 1024 is used for driving the functional device to move, so that the functional device enters the accommodating portion 102 or leaves the accommodating portion 102 along the opening 104 under the driving of the driving device 1024.
The present embodiment is further illustrated below in connection with the solution of the functional device including the second sterilization chamber 28, but it should be understood that the present embodiment is not limited to the solution of the functional device including the second sterilization chamber 28, for example, the structure and shape of the second sterilization chamber 28 can be changed according to specific requirements, or the second sterilization chamber 28 can be replaced by other functional devices:
in particular, in the present embodiment, the driving device 1024 is specifically used for driving the second sterilization chamber 28 to ascend or descend, so that the second sterilization chamber 28 leaves the accommodating portion 102 (as shown in fig. 4 and 5) or enters the accommodating portion 102 (as shown in fig. 6).
In detail, as shown in fig. 5, the driving device 1024 includes a driving rod 10242, a driving gear 10244, and a driving member 10246. The drive member 10246 is coupled to the drive gear 10244 and is configured to rotate the drive gear 10244, the drive gear 10244 is configured to engage the transfer bar 10242, and the transfer bar 10242 is configured to rotate when the drive gear 10244 is rotated. Wherein, the transmission rod 10242 is in transmission fit with the second disinfection cabin 28, and when the transmission rod 10242 is driven by the transmission gear 10244 to rotate, the second disinfection cabin 28 is driven to move up and down.
Further, the receptacle 102 includes a carrier piece 1022, and the carrier piece 1022 cooperates with the drive link 10242 to move the carrier piece 1022 when the drive link 10242 is rotated. Wherein the second sterilization chamber 28 is located on the carrier 1022 and is separable from the carrier 1022, when the carrier 1022 is moved by the driving rod 10242, the second sterilization chamber 28 on the carrier 1022 moves along with the carrier 1022.
More specifically, for example, the carrier 1022 and the actuator rod 10242 form a drive engagement similar to a lead screw or nut, e.g., the actuator rod 10242 is similar to a lead screw and the carrier 1022 is similar to a nut, such that when the actuator rod 10242 is rotated, the carrier 1022 is moved in a direction extending along the actuator rod 10242.
Further, as shown in fig. 5, one of the carrier 1022 and the receiving portion 102 is provided with a guide rail 1026, and the other is provided with a track groove 1028, and the guide rail 1026 is located in the track groove 1028 and can move along the track groove 1028. The carrier 1022 is restrained from rotation via the guide tracks 1026 engaging the track slots 1028 such that torque can be more efficiently transmitted between the drive link 10242 and the carrier 1022, thereby allowing the drive member 10246 to more efficiently drive the second sterilization chamber 28.
Further, an avoiding space 2829 is arranged on the functional equipment, and the transmission rod 10242 extends into the avoiding space 2829, so that the transmission rod 10242 and the functional equipment cannot interfere and block in the process that the functional equipment moves along the transmission rod 10242 under the driving of the driving device 1024, and the smoothness of the movement of the functional equipment under the driving of the driving device 1024 is guaranteed.
More specifically, the functional device is provided with a guide hole, the avoidance space 2829 is formed in the guide hole, and the guide hole is in guiding fit with the transmission rod 10242, so that the movement of the functional device driven by the driving device 1024 can be further guided, and the movement of the functional device is more efficient and smooth.
In more detail, as shown in fig. 5, the connecting portion 2826 of the second sterilizing compartment 28 has a hollow structure, and the avoiding space 2829 is formed in the connecting portion 2826. More specifically, the connecting portion 2826 is a hollow rod body, and a guide hole adapted to the driving lever 10242 is formed inside the hollow rod body.
In some embodiments, the mounting structure comprises an electrical connector 106, the electrical connector 106 being detachably electrically connected with the functional device, wherein the electrical connector 106 comprises at least one of a signal terminal and a power terminal. In this manner, when the functional device is assembled with the air purifier 10, the functional device is removably and electrically connected to the electrical connector 106, such that the air purifier 10 may provide power to the functional device via the electrical connector 106 and/or send control signals to the functional device via the electrical connector 106 to control operation of the functional device.
Further, the carrying structure further includes a first positioning structure, a second positioning structure adapted to the first positioning structure is disposed on the functional device, and when the first positioning structure is matched with the second positioning structure, the corresponding interface of the electrical connector 106 and the corresponding interface of the functional device are in position correspondence. Thus, in the process of assembling the functional device and the air purifier 10, the user can realize the automatic alignment between the electric connector 106 and the corresponding interface on the functional device, and the assembly is simpler and more convenient.
For example, as shown in fig. 6, the accommodating portion 102 is provided with a positioning element 1022, the positioning groove 108 is provided on the positioning element 1022, the first positioning structure includes the positioning groove 108, and a groove is provided on a bottom wall of the positioning groove 108.
The second positioning structure includes a matching portion adapted to the positioning groove 108, for example, the bottom of the functional device is adapted to the positioning groove 108 as the matching portion, specifically, the shape and size of the bottom of the functional device are substantially the same as those of the positioning groove 108, the bottom of the functional device is provided with a boss, the bottom of the functional device is located in the positioning groove 108 and substantially fits with the shape and size of the positioning groove 108, and the boss extends into the groove. In this way, when the functional device is accommodated in the accommodating portion 102, the functional device is located on the object carrying member 1022 and is fittingly matched with the positioning groove 108, so that the positions of the electrical connector 106 and the interface on the functional device are exactly corresponding, the positioning operation between the electrical connector 106 and the interface on the functional device is omitted, and the assembly is simpler and more convenient.
In some embodiments, a table 120 is disposed on the air purifier 10. The air purifier 10 can also be applied to usage scenarios such as a bedside table and a tea table, so that multiple purposes of one object can be realized, the use is more convenient, and the use efficiency is higher. And set up first air current mouth structure 1142 on air purifier's 10 lateral wall, realize the even air-out of side direction to and first air current mouth structure 1142 department is difficult for intaking into dust, the compatibility between the scene usage such as bedside cupboard, tea table that this structure and table 120 provided is also better.
Further, an opening 104 is provided on the table 120, and the receiving portion 102 is provided on the lower side of the table 120. Therefore, the functional device can be taken from the position of the table board 120, and the functional device is better suitable for the use scene of the air purifier 10 as a bedside table, a tea table and the like. More specifically, for example, the table 120 is configured in a ring shape such that the table 120 encloses the opening 104.
In certain embodiments, the air purifier 10 specifically includes: the body case 110, the airflow driving member 130, the air cleaning member 140, and the table 120.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 5, a first airflow port structure 1142 and a second airflow port structure 1182 are disposed on the body housing 110, and a receiving portion 102 is disposed in the body housing 110; the airflow driving member 130 is disposed in the body housing 110, and when the airflow driving member 130 operates, the air cleaner 10 sucks air along the second airflow opening structure 1182 and exhausts air along the first airflow opening structure 1142; the air purifying member 140 is configured to purify the air flowing from the second air flow opening structure 1182 to the first air flow opening structure 1142 in the body housing 110, for example, the air purifying member 140 includes a filter element for filtering and purifying the air; the table 120 is disposed on the body housing 110 and supported by the body housing 110.
In more detail, as shown in fig. 5, the first air flow port structure 1142 and the second air flow port structure 1182 are disposed at a position below the table 120. The first airflow opening structure 1142 and the second airflow opening structure 1182 are dustproof and waterproof on the upper side of the table plate 120.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 6, the first air flow opening structure 1142 is disposed on a side wall of the body housing 110, and the first air flow opening structure 1142 is closer to the table plate 120 than the second air flow opening structure 1182, wherein an edge of the table plate 120 is convexly disposed toward an outer side with respect to the first air flow opening structure 1142. Like this, on the one hand do benefit to first air current mouth structure 1142 and keep away the sky, on the other hand, the table 120 can form effectual effect of sheltering from above first air current mouth structure 1142 towards the protruding position in side for first air current mouth structure 1142, reduces first air current mouth structure 1142 and intakes, advances the dust problem.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 5, a projection 1162 is provided on the body housing 110, and the projection 1162 is located on an upper side of the second air flow opening structure 1182 and is provided to be convex toward an outer side with respect to the second air flow opening structure 1182. The design of the protruding portion 1162 is beneficial to the clearance of the second airflow opening structure 1182, and meanwhile, an effective shielding effect can be formed above the second airflow opening structure 1182, so that the problems of water inflow and dust inflow of the second airflow opening structure 1182 are reduced.
Further, as shown in fig. 5, the first airflow opening structure 1142 is disposed at a side of the accommodating portion 102, and the airflow driving member 130 and the air cleaning member 140 are disposed at a position below the accommodating portion 102. The internal space layout of the product is more compact, and the gravity center allocation design of the product is better considered.
In more detail, as shown in fig. 5, the first air flow port structure 1142 is circumferentially arranged in a ring shape and is nested and distributed outside the accommodating portion 102, a channel 1102 is defined between the first air flow port structure 1142 and the side wall of the accommodating portion 102, an air duct cavity 1164 located below the accommodating portion 102 and a purge cavity 1166 located below the air duct cavity 1164 are arranged in the body shell 110, the channel 1102 is communicated with the first air flow port structure 1142 and the air duct cavity 1164, the purge cavity 1166 is communicated with the air duct cavity 1164 and the second air flow port, the air flow driving member 130 is located in the air duct cavity 1164, and the air purge member 140 is located in the purge cavity 1166. The product inner space overall arrangement is compacter, and first airflow opening structure 1142 circle air-out, and the air-out angle covers more comprehensively, and the amount of wind blocks fewly, can realize utilizing air purifier 10's air input more fully, more high-efficiently.
The second airflow port is annularly provided along the circumferential periphery of the body case 110. The air inlet angle covers more comprehensively, and the air inlet is ensured more reliably, so that the energy efficiency of the product is ensured.
Optionally, the first airflow port structure 1142 specifically includes a grille. The first airflow opening structure 1142 is facilitated to prevent dust and block foreign matters.
Optionally, the second airflow opening structure 1182 includes a grill. The second airflow opening structure 1182 is facilitated to prevent dust and block foreign matters.
One specific embodiment:
as shown in fig. 1 to 9, the present embodiment provides an air cleaning device 1. The air cleaning apparatus 1 includes an air cleaner 10 and functional devices. The functional device is detachably connected to the air purifier 10 so that the functional device can be replaced.
The air cleaning device 1 comprises a plurality of functional devices, which are respectively: a sterilization chamber (specifically, for example, a first sterilization chamber 26/a second sterilization chamber 28), a humidifier 22, an aroma machine 24, and a heater.
The sterilization chamber is detachably provided in the air purifier 10. The user can replace the sterilizing bin with a humidifier 22, an aroma diffuser 24 or a warmer according to the requirement. The user can properly and freely select functional equipment to match with the air purifier 10 according to the requirement, so that fusion of various use scenes is realized. The air purifier can meet the requirements of humidification, heating and the like while meeting the air purifying function, and solves the problems that a user needs to use various different products, the operation is complex, and the occupied area is large.
Further, the air cleaner 10 includes an airflow driving part 130, an air cleaning part 140, a body case 110, and a table 120.
The airflow driving member 130 and the air purifying member 140 are disposed in the body housing 110, and the body housing 110 is provided with a first airflow opening structure 1142 and a second airflow opening structure 1182.
The airflow driving part 130 includes a motor and a fan that can be rotated by the motor.
The air purifying member 140 includes a filter element, when the airflow driving member 130 is operated, the fan rotates to make the first airflow port structure 1142 suck air, the sucked air passes through the air purifying member 140 in the housing 110, so that the air passing through the air purifying member 140 is purified, and the purified air is discharged along the second airflow port structure 1182 (the airflow can specifically take the arrow direction shown in fig. 6).
More specifically, the table 120 is provided on the top of the body housing 110, and the body housing 110 supports the table 120 as a table leg. So that the air purifier 10 can be used as a tea table, a bedside table and the like.
Preferably, the edge of the table 120 is provided with a raised portion to reduce the water on the table 120 from overflowing outwards.
Further, as shown in fig. 5, the body housing 110 is configured to have a shape that a width is narrowed from a narrow portion to a wide portion from a portion close to the table 120 to a portion far from the table 120, such that the body housing 110 has a narrow portion forming a neck portion and a wide portion forming a belly portion at a bottom portion, and is elegant in shape, gentle in curve, and suitable for matching with a tea table and a bedside table. And the wider part of the top is combined, the body shell 110 is approximately in an I-shaped shape, the bearing capacity is more optimized, and the larger bearing capacity of the table plate 120 can be realized.
The first airflow opening structure 1142 is disposed at the narrowest portion of the fuselage housing 110, which can also be expressed as the first airflow opening structure 1142 is disposed at the neck portion of the fuselage housing 110. The first airflow port structure 1142 is annularly disposed along a circumferential periphery of the fuselage housing 110. Like this, form 360 air-out effects, the air-out is more even, and the amount of wind loss is little, and the air output is bigger, and first air current mouth structure 1142 is in narrowest part, can form the effect of keeping away the air, reduces first air current mouth structure 1142 and blocks the risk.
Further, the air outlet end of the first air outlet structure 1142 is configured in a concave arc shape.
Further, the body housing 110 includes a frame 112, a cavity housing 116, and a first airflow port structure 1142. The frame body 112 includes a transition wall 1122, the transition wall 1122 is annular, the table 120 is disposed at an upper end of the transition wall 1122, and a width of the transition wall 1122 is gradually narrowed from the table 120 to the other end of the transition wall 1122. The chamber housing 116 comprises a tapered cylinder with a narrow upper end and a wide lower end.
The first airflow opening structure 1142 includes a grid, and the grid of the first airflow opening structure 1142 is annular and forms a structure with a thin middle part and wide two ends along the axial direction, so that the outer surface (i.e. the air outlet end surface) of the grid of the first airflow opening structure 1142 becomes a concave arc. Like this, first airflow opening structure 1142 self forms similar I-shaped, and bearing capacity is stronger, and is difficult for damaging, and the structure that both ends are big, the middle part is thin, and the middle part of this first airflow opening structure 1142's grid is as fuselage casing 110 narrowest position, and the both ends and the transition wall 1122 and the smooth transition that links up of a toper section of thick bamboo of first airflow opening structure 1142's grid make the product appearance molding more smooth.
A seat 118 is disposed at an end of the body housing 110 away from the table 120, and a second airflow opening structure 1182 is disposed on the seat 118. More specifically, the second air flow opening structure 1182 includes a grill. The second airflow opening structure 1182 is arranged in a ring shape, so that air can be fed around the second airflow opening structure. The width of the grill of the second airflow opening structure 1182 is substantially the same as the width of the grill of the first airflow opening structure 1142. The bottom of the cone is raised laterally relative to the grill of the second airflow opening structure 1182. This may provide a clearance effect, reducing the risk of blockage by the second airflow opening structure 1182.
Further, the air purification device 1 further includes an illumination device disposed on the body housing 110, and the illumination device can emit light to enable the air purification device 1 to further have an illumination function. The lighting device is more specifically a small night lamp, so that when the night table is used as a bedside table, low-brightness lighting can be provided at night, a user can conveniently see objects at night, and meanwhile, sleeping is not affected.
Further, the illumination device is disposed on the transition wall 1122, so that the bottom of the desk 120 emits light, which can prevent glare and is also beneficial to protecting the illumination device.
Further, the air purification apparatus 1 further includes an induction probe. Specifically, the inductive probe specifically includes a proximity switch, a human body inductive switch, and the like, so that when the inductive probe detects an object moving or approaching, a preset signal is sent to respond. The lighting device is arranged in association with the inductive probe and is turned on in response to a preset signal. Thereby realize according to the object activity or be close to automatic control lighting device switching, it is more intelligent, convenient as night-light use scene.
Furthermore, a charging interface is further arranged on the table 120, and the charging interface is a wired charging interface or a wireless charging interface and is used for charging external devices such as a mobile phone and a tablet computer. The electronics module of the charging interface is disposed between the table 120 and the transition wall 1122.
The frame body 112 further includes an accommodating portion 102, and the accommodating portion 102 is accommodated in the body housing 110. The container 102 is used for storing articles or for containing functional devices (such as one or more of the humidifier 22, the aromatherapy machine 24, the warmer, the first disinfection chamber 26/the second disinfection chamber 28 for disinfecting articles). The table 120 is provided with an opening 104, and the opening 104 communicates with the accommodating portion 102. The table plate 120 is provided with a first cover 124 for opening or closing the through hole.
Further, the first cover 124 is configured as a hollow structure, a circuit board is disposed in the first cover 124, and the circuit board is configured with a control structure for controlling the air purifier 10 or the functional device.
The grille of the first air flow port structure 1142 is embedded in the outer side of the accommodating portion 102, and the grille of the first air flow port structure 1142 and the sidewall of the accommodating portion 102 are arranged at intervals to define a channel 1102, wherein a distance value W between the grille of the first air flow port structure 1142 and the sidewall of the accommodating portion 102 and an axial width H of the grille of the first air flow port structure 1142 satisfy: the value range of H/W is 2-3. For the grille of the first airflow opening structure 1142 with the concave arc-shaped air outlet end, the distance W between the grille of the first airflow opening structure 1142 and the sidewall of the accommodating portion 102 may be specifically the closest distance between the grille of the first airflow opening structure 1142 and the sidewall of the accommodating portion 102.
Further, the side wall of the accommodating portion 102 is integrally extended with a wind guide wall 1128, and the wind guide wall 1128 extends outward in an arc shape to the grid of the first airflow opening structure 1142. In this way, the air guide wall 1128 blocks the passage 1102 between the grill of the first air flow port structure 1142 and the side wall of the accommodating portion 102, and defines the end of the passage 1102. The air guide wall 1128 gradually rises from the side wall of the accommodating portion 102 toward the second grill.
The air guide wall 1128 is more gently arranged than the transition wall 1122, so that the air flow guided by the air guide wall 1128 and exhausted from the air guide wall can be exhausted to the side, and is prevented from being blocked by the transition wall 1122.
The cavity shell 116 is internally provided with a motor support 1168, an air duct cavity 1164 and a purification cavity 1166, the motor support 1168, the air duct cavity 1164 and the purification cavity 1166 are sequentially arranged from top to bottom, the motor of the airflow driving member 130 is arranged on the motor support 1168, the fan of the airflow driving member 130 is accommodated in the air duct cavity 1164, and the air purification member 140 is arranged in the purification cavity 1166.
A transition flow passage 1104 is formed between the motor support 1168 and the side wall of the accommodating part 102, the transition flow passage 1104 is annular and distributed around the periphery of the accommodating part 102, and the transition flow passage 1104 conducts the passage 1102 and the air duct cavity 1164.
The air purification device 1 that this embodiment provided, humidifier 22, the storehouse of disinfecting, champignon machine 24, these functional equipment of warmer can alternatively can dismantle with air purifier 10 and be connected to the realization fuses multiple use scene well, and it is numerous, the big problem of area to have the product quantity when solving the user and need use multiple different functions.
