As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the present invention provides a viewing port arrangement 100 for a kiln, the viewing port arrangement 100 comprising an inner viewing member 1 and an outer viewing member 2. The inner sight piece 1 is sealingly mounted in a mounting hole (not shown) in the side wall of the kiln 12, the inner sight piece 1 having an inner port 16 located inside the kiln 12 and an outer port (not shown) located outside the kiln 12, the inner port 16 and the outer port forming a first sight channel 3 therebetween. In a preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 1-3, a second baffle 15 is arranged between the outer port of the inner viewing member 1 and the outer viewing member 2, the second baffle 15 being provided with a through hole (not shown) communicating the first viewing channel 3 and the second viewing channel 4, the cross-sectional area of the through hole, the cross-sectional area of the outer port and the cross-sectional area of the second viewing channel 4 being the same. In a preferred embodiment, the inner viewing member 1, the second baffle 15 and the outer viewing member 2 are integrally formed. In the illustrated embodiment, the internal observation member 1 has a hollow rectangular parallelepiped or cube structure, the second barrier 15 has a rectangular plate-like structure having a through hole, and the external observation member 2 has a cylindrical structure, however, it should be understood that the concept of the present invention is not limited thereto. When in use, the second baffle 15 is contacted with the side wall of the kiln 12 to block the fire in the kiln 12.
In a preferred embodiment, the first viewing channel 3 has a larger viewing angle range than the second viewing channel 4. For example, the first observation channel 3 may have a bell mouth-like structure facing the inside of the kiln 12 to facilitate the range of viewing angles observed inside the kiln 12. The second observation channel 4 is a cylindrical observation tube made of heat-resistant stainless steel material, and the outer diameter of the observation tube is 100-400 mm.
In a preferred embodiment, the external viewing member 2 is cylindrical, the groove 5 is provided in the inner wall of the external viewing member 2 near the top of the internal viewing member 1, the groove 5 is semicircular, the first baffle 6 is inserted into the groove 5, the first baffle 6 and the groove 5 have matching shapes, and the groove 5 has a groove width of 10-30 mm.
In a preferred embodiment, the viewing mirror 7 is removably attached to the viewing port end of the outer viewing member 2 by a flanged connection, which facilitates replacement and maintenance of the viewing mirror 7. The overall dimension after mount pad flange 8 and hold-down flange 9 assemble is: the outer diameter is 120-450mm, the inner diameter is 100-400mm, the thickness is 5mm, and the material is SUS310 or SUS316 heat-resistant stainless steel. In other embodiments, the viewing scope 7 may be non-removably attached to the viewing port end of the outer viewing member 2.
In a preferred embodiment, the top of the first baffle 6 is provided with a boss 10 for lifting the first baffle 6, so that an operator can conveniently take the first baffle 6, and the first baffle 6 is made of mullite, specifically mullite plug bricks, the outer diameter of the mullite plug bricks is 190 mm and 350mm, and the thickness of the mullite plug bricks is 10-30 mm. 1. A viewport assembly for a kiln, comprising:
the inner observation piece is arranged on the inner side of the inner observation piece,
the inner observation piece is hermetically installed in an installation hole on the side wall of the kiln;
the inner observation piece is provided with an inner port positioned in the kiln and an outer port positioned outside the kiln, and a first observation channel is formed between the inner port and the outer port; and
an outer viewing member;
the outer viewing member extending from the outer port in a direction away from the outer port and having a second viewing channel in communication with the first viewing channel;
the outer observation piece is provided with a groove, a first baffle is operably arranged in the groove, and the first baffle is used for opening or closing the second observation channel in the observation direction;
and an observation mirror is arranged at the observation port end of the outer observation piece.
2. The viewport assembly for a kiln of claim 1, wherein a second baffle is disposed between said outer port of said inner viewport and said outer viewport;
the cross sectional area of the second baffle is larger than that of the mounting hole, the second baffle is provided with a through hole communicated with the first observation channel and the second observation channel, and the cross sectional area of the through hole, the cross sectional area of the outer port and the cross sectional area of the second observation channel are the same.
3. The viewing port arrangement for a kiln as set forth in claim 1, wherein the first viewing channel has a greater range of viewing angles than the second viewing channel.
4. The viewing port arrangement for a kiln as set forth in claim 3, wherein the first viewing channel is flared and the second viewing channel is cylindrical.
5. The viewport assembly of claim 1, wherein the outer viewport assembly is cylindrical, wherein the groove is disposed in an inner wall of the outer viewport assembly proximate a top of the inner viewport assembly, and wherein the groove is semi-circular.
6. The viewport assembly for a kiln of claim 1, wherein the outer viewport assembly further comprises a mount flange, and a hold-down flange connected to the mount flange, wherein,
the mount pad flange sets up the viewing aperture end department of observing the piece outward, the sight glass sets up the mount pad flange with compress tightly between the flange.
7. The viewport assembly of claim 1, wherein the viewing lens is a quartz glass lens.
8. The viewport assembly for a kiln of claim 1, wherein a top portion of the first baffle is provided with a boss for lifting the first baffle, the first baffle being made of mullite.
9. The viewport assembly of claim 2, wherein the inner viewing member and the second baffle are formed of shrink-hole-free electrofused refractory brick and the outer viewing member is formed of heat resistant steel.
10. A kiln, characterized in that a plurality of viewing port devices for a kiln according to any one of claims 1-9 are sealingly mounted in a side wall of the kiln.
