Preferably, the housing 11 is made of a flexible light-transmitting insulating material, and the substrate 12 is an aluminum flexible substrate. The housing 11 is provided with a card slot 112 for clamping the substrate 12, and when the lamp strip is assembled, the substrate 12 is clamped into the card slot 112. The card slot 112 is communicated with the hollow cavity 111, so that the light source 13 disposed on the substrate 12 can extend into the hollow cavity 111. The card slot 112 of the present invention is not only used for mounting the substrate 12, but also can limit the position of the substrate 12, and further limit the distance between the light source 13 and the light emitting surface of the housing 11 (i.e. the upper surface and a part of the side surfaces of the left and right sides of the housing 11 in fig. 2).

When the user uses the lamp strip, the lamp strip can be cut at a preset cutting point, and the front surface of the substrate 12 is provided with a plurality of LED light sources 13 and cutting points along the length direction of the substrate. Referring to fig. 3, at least two bottom conductors 121 are disposed on the back surface of the substrate 12 along the length direction thereof, wherein a double-sided conductor 122 is correspondingly disposed at each cutting point, each double-sided conductor 122 is electrically connected to each bottom conductor 121, and both the double-sided conductor 122 and the bottom conductor 121 are electrically conductive. Bottom conductor 121 may be a cylindrical strip wire, plate, or other shape, made of a conductive material or other conductive material. Preferably, bottom conductive member 121 is a strip-shaped thin plate made of copper, and has the same length as substrate 12 and a width less than half of the width of substrate 12. After the assembly of the light strip is completed, the bottom conductive member 121 is arranged in parallel with the substrate 12, an insulating structure (such as an insulating layer or insulating paint) exists between the bottom conductive member 121 and the substrate 12, the bottom conductive member 121 may be fixed on the back surface of the substrate 12 by evaporation, welding, and the like, and the bottom conductive member 121 and the substrate 12 form a double-layer structure.

Preferably, the double-sided conductive member 122 of the present invention is a pad, which allows the upper circuit board to obtain power from the lower bottom conductive member 121 by means of solder.
In order to ensure that the lamp strip can still form conductive connection with the end cap after being cut short, the double-sided conductive device 122 is disposed at the cutting points of the substrate 12, that is, each cutting point is provided with the double-sided conductive device 122.
The existing end cover is directly covered on the end part of the lamp strip, a wire is arranged in the end cover, when the end cover is covered on the end part of the lamp strip, one end of the wire or an extending part connected with the wire is directly in rigid contact with a conductive piece on a single surface, and the other end of the wire is connected with alternating current through a plug, so that power is supplied to the lamp strip. If the connection between the end cap and the lamp strip is bent, the conductive member on the single surface of the substrate 12 is likely to make poor contact with the wires in the end cap, which is likely to cause an open circuit. In the application, the structure inside the end cover is redesigned by converting the original single-sided conductive piece in the lamp strip into the double-sided conductive piece 122, so that the connection and the conduction are better performed.
Specifically, the utility model connects the light strip to an external alternating current through the end cap assembly. Referring to fig. 4, the end cap 21 covers the end of the housing 11 and forms a sealed connection with the housing 11, the elastic pieces 22 are used for clamping on the double-sided conductive piece 122 and the bottom conductive piece 121 and are fastened in the end cap 21, the elastic pieces 22 can be in conductive connection with the double-sided conductive piece 122 and the bottom conductive piece 121, and the wires pass through the end cap 21 and form a conductive connection with the elastic pieces 22.
According to the utility model, the double-side conductive member 122 is clamped by the elastic sheet 22, and then the elastic sheet 22 is fastened in the end cover 21, so that the double-side conductive member 122 is effectively prevented from loosening, the fastening connection between the substrate 12 and the lead 23 is ensured, and the double-side conductive member 122 is prevented from being in poor contact with the lead 23.
In order to ensure that the elastic sheet 22 can effectively clamp the double-sided conductive member 122, referring to fig. 5, the elastic sheet 22 of the present invention includes a first clamping portion 221 and a second clamping portion 222 which are symmetrically arranged, and a connecting portion 223 connecting the first clamping portion 221 and the second clamping portion 222, the first clamping portion 221 includes a first connecting section 2211, a first elastic section 2212 and a first clamping section 2213 which are connected in sequence, the second clamping portion 222 includes a second connecting section 2221, a second elastic section 2222 and a second clamping section 2223 which are connected in sequence, the connecting portion 223 is connected to the first connecting section 2211 and the second connecting section 2221, and the first clamping section 2213 and the second clamping section 2223 are clamped on the double-sided conductive member 122 and the bottom conductive member 121, respectively.
The elastic sheet 22 of the present invention is not only required to clamp the double-sided conductive member 122 and the bottom conductive member 121, but also to be easily assembled and disassembled, and can be fastened inside the end cap 21, so that the distance between the first connecting section 2211 and the second connecting section 2221, the distance between the first elastic section 2212 and the second elastic section 2222, and the distance between the first clamping section 2213 and the second clamping section 2223 of the elastic sheet 22 of the present invention need to be specifically limited to simultaneously achieve the above functions.

Preferably, a < c < b.
Specifically, the distance c between the first clamping section 2213 and the second clamping section 2223 needs to be designed according to the total thickness of the substrate 12, the double-sided conductive member 122 and the bottom conductive member 121, but the distance b between the first elastic section 2212 and the second elastic section 2222 needs to be larger than the distance c between the first clamping section 2213 and the second clamping section 2223, so that the elastic sheet 22 can be clamped on the double-sided conductive member 122 and the bottom conductive member 121 and can be quickly and conveniently detached from the substrate 12 when the end cap 21 is mounted and detached. In addition, the distance a between the first connecting section 2211 and the second connecting section 2221 is smaller than the distance b between the first elastic section 2212 and the second elastic section 2222, so as to better ensure the elasticity of the elastic sheet 22 and ensure that the first clamping section 2213 and the second clamping section 2223 can be clamped on the double-sided conductive member 122 and the bottom conductive member 121.
Preferably, in order to further ensure the connection between the elastic sheet 22 and the double-sided conductive member 122 and the bottom conductive member 121, concave pits may be provided at the positions where the first holding section 2213 and the second holding section 2223 of the elastic sheet 22 contact the double-sided conductive member 122 and the bottom conductive member 121, and convex points are provided at the positions where the double-sided conductive member 122 and the bottom conductive member 121 contact the elastic sheet 22, and the convex points and the concave pits are matched, so as to better clamp the lamp strip and the end cap.
Further, in order to ensure that the end cap 21 can be tightly covered on the outer shell 11 and that the elastic sheet 22 can be fastened in the end cap 21, referring to fig. 6, the end cap 21 includes an outer shell 211 and an inner shell 212, and a front side end of the outer shell 211 is provided with a first opening 2111 into which the lamp strip is inserted; the inner housing 212 is disposed at a rear end 2112 corresponding to the first opening end 2111, wherein a front end of the inner housing 212 is provided with a second opening end 2121 into which the first connecting section 2211 and the second connecting section 2221 are inserted, a rear end of the inner housing 212 corresponding to the second opening end 2121 is a wire fixing end 2122, and one end of the wire 23 is fixed to the wire fixing end 2122.
In order to achieve an effective conductive connection between the wire 23 and the resilient plate 22, referring to fig. 5, one end of the wire 23 is provided with a conductive plate 231, the conductive plate 231 is provided on the wire fixing end 2122, and when the first connecting section 2211 and the second connecting section 2221 are inserted into the inner housing 212, the connecting parts connected to the first connecting section 2211 and the second connecting section 2221 abut against the conductive plate 231 to achieve the conductive connection. The conductive sheet 231 is preferably a conductive metal sheet.
The outer shell 211 and the inner shell 212 are of an integral structure and can be integrally formed in an injection molding mode. The end of the wire 23 can be fixed in the end cap 21 by means of in-mold injection molding, gluing, snap-on hot melting or screw fastening.
Example two
Example 1 is effective in bending the lamp strip in a manner that, if the lamp strip is bent into a ring shape, the upper housing and the lower housing in fig. 2 are respectively used as the outer edge and the inner edge of the ring structure, and the left housing and the right housing are used as the side edges. However, if the bending direction is changed by 90 °, that is, if the left and right housings are respectively used as the outer and inner edges of the ring structure and the upper and lower housings are used as the side edges of the ring structure, the design purpose may not be achieved. Therefore, in the present embodiment, on the basis of the first embodiment, the double-sided conductive member 122 and the elastic sheet 22 are both rotated by 90 degrees, so as to match different bending environments of the light strip. The parts not described in the present embodiment are the same as the embodiments.
Referring to fig. 7 and 8, another LED strip structure provided by the present invention includes a strip including a housing 11, a substrate 12 and an LED light source 13, and an end cap assembly including an end cap 21, a resilient piece 22 and a wire 23.

To ensure that the extension 1222 can be securely connected to the endcap assembly in an electrically conductive manner, the extension 1222 is provided with a curved structure having a predetermined width to increase the contact area of the extension 1222 with the endcap assembly.
Specifically, the elastic sheet 22 is clamped on the curved structure of the double-sided conductive member 122 and fastened in the end cap 21, and the wire 23 passes through the end cap 21 and forms an electrically conductive connection with the elastic sheet 22.
In order to ensure that the elastic sheet 22 can effectively clamp the double-sided conductive member 122, the elastic sheet 22 of the present invention also includes a first clamping portion 221 and a second clamping portion 222 which are symmetrically arranged, and a connecting portion 223 which connects the first clamping portion 221 and the second clamping portion 222, the first clamping portion 221 includes a first connecting section 2211, a first elastic section 2212 and a first clamping section 2213 which are connected in sequence, the second clamping portion 222 includes a second connecting section 2221, a second elastic section 2222 and a second clamping section 2223 which are connected in sequence, and the first clamping section 2213 and the second clamping section 2223 are respectively clamped on the curved structure of the double-sided conductive member 122.

Similarly, the resilient tab 22 of the present invention is not only required to clamp the double-sided conductive member 122, but also required to be easily assembled and disassembled, and can be fastened inside the end cap 21, so that the distance between the first connecting section 2211 and the second connecting section 2221, the distance between the first elastic section 2212 and the second elastic section 2222, and the distance between the first clamping section 2213 and the second clamping section 2223 of the resilient tab 22 of the present invention need to be specifically limited to achieve the above functions at the same time.
