The present invention provides an identifiable disposable water bottle, which is described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings for the purpose of understanding.
Example 1
As shown in fig. 1 and 4, the identifiable disposable water bottle comprises a bottle body 1 and a bottle label 2, the material of the identifiable disposable water bottle is the same as that of the bottle label 2 in the prior art, the bottle label 2 is provided with a pre-cut 8, and in this embodiment, the identifying belt 3 comprises a belt body 31, a belt link 32 and a connecting end 33. The number of the pre-cutting marks 8 is 1, the pre-cutting marks 8 can be formed by stamping through a hob in the printing process of the bottle label 2, and a method that 3 surfaces of the pre-cutting marks 8 are cut through and one end of the pre-cutting marks is reserved can be adopted in consideration of cost; the part defined by the cut surrounded forms the identification band 3; the free end is provided as a tie 32 and the remainder as a tie body 31, leaving one side as a connecting end 33. If the appearance is considered, the identification band 3 may be formed by cutting only one end of the tape 32 and then tearing it, by a method of not cutting through the precut 8 included in the tape body 31. The width of the tie 32 may be larger than that of the tie body 31, and further, the tie 32 may be provided in a circular shape, an oval shape, a flower shape, or the like. At least one surface of the belt 32 is provided with a non-setting adhesive which can be a common non-setting adhesive in the prior art, preferably but not limited to a water-based polyurethane pressure-sensitive adhesive. In the present embodiment, the precut 8 is provided along the circumferential direction of the bottle body.
In the prior art, mostly, the two ends of the bottle label 2 are coated with non-setting adhesive, then the bottle label 2 is adhered to the bottle body 1 by rolling the bottle body 1, at the moment, the non-setting adhesive layer at one end of the two ends of the bottle label 2 is thickened and widened, when the bottle label is adhered to the bottle body 1 by rolling, the non-setting adhesive tape 5 is formed on the bottle body, the bottle label seam 6 is positioned in the range of the non-setting adhesive tape 5, the glue can be applied, the bottle label is adhered at one time, the glue coating process is not needed to be added for the tape button 32, and the cost can be effectively reduced. The tape 32 is set in the range of the adhesive tape 5, so that the bottle label joint 6 is avoided, and at the moment, if the adhesive tape 5 is precut again along the precut mark 8, the tape 32 can be conveniently lifted, so that the operation is more convenient.
When drinking water in a place which is easy to be confused, a consumer can tear the belt 32 off and paste the belt on any position of the bottle body 1, such as a certain pattern or character on the bottle label 2, so as to realize the aim of identification. When the number of people is more, the belt body 31 can be twisted for a plurality of weeks to change the shape and then be pasted, so that the identification degree can be further increased.
Example 2
As shown in fig. 2, 3, and 5, in this embodiment, the bottle cap further includes a bottle cap 4, identification marks 41 are disposed on an end surface of the bottle cap 4, the identification marks 41 are letters and are arranged in a circumferential array, and in other embodiments, the identification marks 41 may also be one or a combination of several of constellation patterns, generic patterns, numbers, letters, and color blocks, so as to enhance aesthetic feeling and interest. The identification mark 41 is preferably provided as a rough but flat surface to facilitate the application of the sticker on the tape 32.
In the embodiment, during the processing, the self-adhesive can be coated along the circumferential direction of the bottle body 1 to form the self-adhesive ring 7; or the bottle label 2 is coated with non-setting adhesive along the circumferential direction of the bottle body 1 to form a non-setting adhesive ring 7; the bottle label 2 is then rolled onto the bottle body 1. The identification band 3 is arranged along the axial direction of the bottle body 1, the belt 32 is arranged in the range of the non-setting adhesive ring 7, and the gluing can be realized in the same way as the embodiment 1, and the bottle sticking is completed at one time. It can be understood that: in this embodiment, in order to attach the band 32 to the identification mark 41 in a state where the cap 4 is screwed to the bottle body 1, the length of the identification band 3 is inevitably longer than the distance from the attachment end 33 to the identification mark 41.
In use, the consumer can remove the tab 32 and attach it to a selected identification tag 41, which can provide the following additional benefits: when the bottle cap 4 is unscrewed, the bottle cap can be connected with the bottle body 1 through the identification band 3, and the bottle cap 4 can be prevented from being polluted due to careless falling in some scenes, such as when a field bottle needs to be placed on the ground or other objects are held in the hand.
Of course, the identification band 3 in embodiment 2 may be attached to any one position of the bottle body 1 as in embodiment 1, so that the number of identifications can be further increased. Furthermore, in some embodiments, the identification bands 3 can be arranged into a plurality of bands, and the identification bands 3 can be attached to the bottle body 1 or the bottle cap 4 in a similar weaving manner, so that the identification degree is high, and the interest is more interesting.
Example 3
In this embodiment, the structure is the same as the two embodiments, except that in order to enhance the viscosity, the surface of the tie 32 away from the bottle body is also provided with the adhesive sticker, the surface of the adhesive sticker is provided with the protective paper, when the adhesive sticker arranged in the embodiments 1 and 2 is considered to have insufficient viscosity, the protective paper and the tie 32 can be lifted together, then the protective paper is torn off to expose the adhesive sticker on the surface of the tie 32 away from the bottle body, the adhesive sticker arranged on the surface is used for adhering connection, and the adhesive sticker has a smaller adhesive dispensing area, so that the adhesive with higher quality and thicker coating can be used, and the adhesion is firmer. Additionally, characters and patterns can be arranged at the bottle label under the protective paper, and the characters and the patterns are shielded by the protective paper in a normal state and can be seen after being uncovered, so that the interestingness is enhanced. Obviously, in the embodiment 3, the side of the tie 32 close to the bottle body can be provided with no adhesive tape, and correspondingly, the bottle body is not provided with the adhesive tape 5 or the adhesive ring 7.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and is not intended to limit the technical scope of the present invention, so that any minor modifications, equivalent changes and modifications made to the above embodiment according to the technical spirit of the present invention are within the technical scope of the present invention.
