Description
Technical Field
The utility model relates to the technical field of antibacterial underwear fabrics, in particular to a multi-layer antibacterial knitted underwear fabric.
Background
With the development of textile technology and the improvement of living standard, the requirements of people for clothes are changing continuously. The requirements for the clothes in the past only need to be capable of covering up and defending cold, and then with the improvement of the aesthetic value, people put forward new requirements for the design, color and collocation of the clothes. In modern times, people's requirements for clothes are more reflected on fabrics and functionality, such as whether the fabrics are mild enough and do not stimulate, whether the fabrics can ventilate and are suitable for sports, whether the fabrics have elasticity and are not tight, and the like.
The requirements of people on the underwear are gradually improved, the underwear is used as underwear and is the longest-wearing clothes in daily life, the wearing position of the underwear is a position where a human body is prone to sweat and excrete, bacteria are easy to breed, peculiar smell is generated, even the health of people is affected, the bacteria are possibly carried to other underwear or clothes in the clothes washing process, and if the bacteria are not resisted, the physiological health of people is affected.
Some manufacturers have proposed antibacterial underwear fabrics, but the existing antibacterial underwear fabrics generally adopt a finishing agent and part of an auxiliary agent with an antibacterial function to prepare the fabrics, although the fabrics have a certain antibacterial property, the types of bacteria capable of resisting the fabrics are few, the finishing agent and the auxiliary agent are easy to fall off in the washing process, the antibacterial performance of the fabrics is greatly reduced, the fabrics are not durable, and the antibacterial fibers with antibacterial substances mixed therein are antibacterial and durable, but the antibacterial fibers are single in performance and difficult to meet the multi-level antibacterial requirements of the knitted underwear fabrics. Therefore, a new type of antibacterial knitted underwear fabric is needed.

Further, the hemp pulp fiber is selected from ramie.
Furthermore, in the inner layer, the content of the antibacterial polyester fiber is 35-50%, the content of the bamboo pulp fiber is 25-35%, and the content of the hemp pulp fiber is 25-35%.
Furthermore, in the first coil row, the content of the fine-denier antibacterial polyester fiber is 50-60%, the content of the bamboo fiber is 20-25%, and the content of the flax fiber is 20-25%.
Furthermore, in the second coil row, the content of the moisture-conducting antibacterial polyester fiber is 50-60%, the content of the bamboo fiber is 20-25%, and the content of the flax fiber is 20-25%.
Further, the antibacterial polypropylene filaments are DTY filaments.
Furthermore, the outer layer is formed by a first coil course formed by blended yarns of fine denier antibacterial polyester fibers, bamboo fibrils and flax fibers and a second coil course formed by blended yarns of moisture-transfer antibacterial polyester fibers, the bamboo fibrils and the flax fibers in a weft plain stitch structure;
the inner layer is formed by a plaiting weave structure of an antibacterial polyester fiber staple fiber yarn coil and a blended yarn coil of bamboo pulp fiber and hemp pulp fiber, and the blended yarn coil is positioned on the outer surface of the plaiting weave structure.
By adopting the technical scheme, compared with the prior art, the utility model has the following technical effects:
the natural antibacterial spun staple yarn coils are arranged on the outer surface of the inner layer of the fabric, so that the skin-next antibacterial layer is more skin-friendly;
hydrophobic filaments are arranged in the middle layer of the fabric, and the two surfaces of the fabric are respectively provided with a moisture-conducting and moisture-absorbing structure formed by the blended yarn of moisture-conducting terylene and natural fibers or the blended yarn of fine denier terylene and natural fibers and the plated texture of natural fiber covering terylene, so that bacteria are not easy to breed in the fabric;
antibacterial polyester, antibacterial polypropylene, bamboo fibers, flax fibers and ramie fibers are mixed or alternately distributed in the fabric, so that the broad-spectrum antibacterial effect of more layers is formed compared with that of a single antibacterial raw material;
the fabric adopts antibacterial chemical fiber, and has better antibacterial durability than the fabric depending on an antibacterial finishing agent; the surface area is increased by the fineness of the single fiber, and the antibacterial effect can be more fully exerted.
