Detailed Description
In order to make the technical means, the creation characteristics, the achievement purposes and the effects of the utility model easy to understand, the utility model is further described with the specific embodiments.
In this application, unless expressly stated or limited otherwise, the terms "connected" and "fixed" are to be construed broadly, e.g., as meaning either a fixed connection or a removable connection, or an integral part; can be mechanically or electrically connected; either directly or indirectly through intervening media, either internally or in any other relationship. The specific meanings of the above terms in the present invention can be understood by those skilled in the art according to specific situations.
In the description of the present application, it is to be understood that the terms "longitudinal," "lateral," "horizontal," "top," "bottom," "upper," "lower," "inner" and "outer" and the like refer to orientations and positional relationships illustrated in the drawings, which are used for convenience in describing the present invention and for simplicity in description, and do not indicate or imply that the referenced devices or components must have a particular orientation, be constructed and operated in a particular orientation, and thus are not to be considered limiting.
Furthermore, the terms "first", "second", etc. are used for descriptive purposes only and are not to be construed as indicating or implying relative importance or implicitly indicating the number of technical features indicated. In the description of the present invention, "a plurality" means two or more unless specifically defined otherwise.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the present invention provides an X-ray examination fixture, which includes a pillow block 10, an arc-shaped guide bar 20, a moving plate 30, a locking bar 40, a first side plate 50, a second side plate 60, and a locking strap 70.
The top of the pillow block 10 is provided with an arc-shaped groove 11 extending downwards, the wall of one side of the arc-shaped groove 11 is provided with a plurality of positioning holes 12 extending downwards, and the plurality of positioning holes 12 are sequentially arranged at intervals along the circumferential direction of the arc-shaped groove 11.
The arc guide rod 20 is arranged in the arc groove 11 and extends along the circumferential direction of the arc groove 11, and two ends of the arc guide rod 20 are fixedly connected with the groove wall of the arc groove 11.
The moving plate 30 is disposed on the arc guide bar 20 and slidably coupled to the arc guide bar 20.
The locking rod 40 is arranged on the moving plate 30, the locking rod 40 is adapted to the positioning holes 12, and one end of the locking rod 40 can penetrate through the moving plate 30 and then extend into one of the positioning holes 12.
The first side plate 50 and the second side plate 60 are respectively disposed at two sides of the top of the moving plate 30, and the lower ends of the first side plate and the second side plate are rotatably connected to the moving plate 30 through a rotating shaft 61. The rotating shaft 61 is sleeved with a torsion spring 62, a first end of the torsion spring 62 is connected with the moving plate 30, a second end of the torsion spring 62 is connected with the first side plate 50 and/or the second side plate 60, and the torsion spring 62 enables the upper end of the first side plate 50 and/or the second side plate 60 to have a tendency of being close to the middle of the moving plate 30.
A first end of the locking strap 70 is fixedly attached to the top of the first side plate 50 and a second end of the locking strap 70 is removably attached to the top of the second side plate 60.
In the initial state, the second end of the locking strap 70 is disconnected from the top of the second side plate 60.
In use, prior to examination, a medical practitioner first pulls apart the first and second side panels 50, 60 with both hands, respectively, such that the upper ends of the first and second side panels 50, 60 are spaced apart from each other. Then, the patient puts the head or the joint of the extremity between the first side plate 50 and the second side plate 60, and releases the first side plate 50 and the second side plate 60, so that the first side plate 50 and the second side plate 60 clamp the two sides of the head or the joint of the extremity of the patient under the action of the torsion spring 62. The second end of the locking strap 70 is then coupled to the second end of the second side plate 60, thereby securing the patient's head or extremity joint between the first side plate 50 and the second side plate 60. Under the action of gravity, the moving plate 30 and the head or the joints of the limbs of the patient slide to the middle position of the arc-shaped groove 11 as long as the patient relaxes. And finally, the locking rod 40 is inserted into the positioning hole 12 below. Thus, the head or the joints of the four limbs of the patient are fixed, and the subsequent examination is convenient.
The utility model can fix the head or the joints of four limbs of a patient to keep the correct checking body position. The top of the pillow 10 at the bottom is designed into a circular arc, when the moving plate 30 is placed on the pillow 10, the head or joints of four limbs of the patient will automatically slide to the midline of the examination area under the action of gravity, and the combination of the two can simultaneously keep the position and posture of the examination part correct.
When the angle of the head or the joints of the four limbs of the patient needs to be adjusted, the medical staff takes out the locking rod 40, pulls the moving plate 30 to slide on the arc-shaped guide rod 20, and then inserts the locking rod 40 into the appropriate positioning hole 12.
In one embodiment, the second end of the locking strap 70 is mounted with a hook and loop surface 71 at the bottom and a hook and loop surface 72 at the top of the second side plate 60. The second end of the locking strap 70 is connected with the second side plate 60 by the hook and loop fastener, so that the medical staff can operate conveniently.
In one embodiment, the locking strap 70 is made of a resilient material to enable the locking strap 70 to accommodate different patients' head or extremity joints.
In one embodiment, the first side panel 50 and the second side panel 60 are each made of sponge to improve patient comfort.
In one embodiment, a plurality of rollers 31 are installed at the bottom of the moving plate 30, and the plurality of rollers 31 are all in rolling contact with the wall of the arc-shaped slot 11, and the design of the caster can make the moving plate 30 move more smoothly, and reduce the friction between the moving plate 30 and the wall of the arc-shaped slot 11.
