In one embodiment of the present invention, the existing cargo way can be directly used as a shopping bag cargo way to realize bag discharge, and the number of the shopping bag cargo ways can be one or more. Preferably, as shown in fig. 2, at least 2 lanes on the shelf are configured as shopping bag lanes 143, and the shopping orders in different shopping lanes may use their own dedicated shopping bag lanes, or multiple shopping lanes may use one or more shopping bag lanes. According to the needs, the goods taking opening can be set to be a plurality of, goods sold in different shopping channels are sold out, the respective special goods taking opening can be used, and one or more goods taking openings can be used.
By way of example and not limitation, A, B, C, D, E are five medicine access ways and three shopping bag lanes 1, 2, 3. A medicine purchasing channel does not need to be provided with a shopping bag, a shopping bag goods channel 1 special for the B medicine purchasing channel, a shopping bag goods channel 2 special for the C medicine purchasing channel, and a medicine purchasing channel 3 for the D and E. In one embodiment of this embodiment, a special bag outlet structure may be further provided. Specifically, for example, a controller or other control device may be installed in a separate control box, and the shopping bag shipping sub-cabinet 150 may be provided above or below the control box, and the shopping bag shipping sub-cabinet 150 in fig. 3 may be provided below the control box. The shopping bag discharging sub-cabinet 150 may adopt different discharging structures according to the storage form of the shopping bag. Taking the shopping bags as the reel form as an example, a plurality of shopping bags are connected end to form a multi-connected shopping bag, and the multi-connected shopping bag is wound on a reel to form the shopping bag reel. For the reel type shopping bags, the shopping bag delivery sub-cabinet is preferably shown in fig. 4.
The shopping bag cargo outlet sub-cabinet 150 is of a hexahedral structure and comprises a closed cavity formed by a shell 151, wherein the closed cavity comprises a bottom plate, an upper plate and peripheral plates, a front panel 152 of the peripheral plates can be provided with a cargo outlet opening 153, the front panel 152 can also be used as a cargo replenishing door, and when cargo is required to be replenished, a user can open the front panel 152 to perform cargo replenishing operation.
The pouch structure 154 may have a plurality of spool mounting shafts 154-1 disposed therein, with each spool mounting shaft 154-1 being mounted in the housing 151 by a mounting bracket 154-2. Multiple spool mounting shafts 154-1 can mount multiple bag storage structures 154 by spool mounting shafts 154-1 for mounting groups of shopping bags (i.e., shopping bag spools) in the bag storage structures 154. A special bag feeding structure is arranged for each bag storage structure, a plurality of bag feeding structures share one bag outlet, and different bag feeding structures can correspond to different areas of the bag outlet. Taking the example of providing two bag storage structures, the bag outlet can be divided into two regions as a first bag outlet 153-1 and a second bag outlet 153-2.
The bag feeding structure may comprise a guide wheel 155 and a clamping mechanism 156, the outermost shopping bag of the roll extends from the outlet of the bag storage structure 154 and is wound around the outer edge of the guide wheel 155, and extends into the bag outlet 153 after passing through the clamping mechanism 156, and both the driving mechanism of the guide wheel 155 and the clamping mechanism 156 are electrically connected with and receive the control of the controller.
The clamping mechanism 156 is used to release the carrier bag to enable the carrier bag to move towards the bag outlet to discharge the bag, and to clamp the carrier bag to stop discharging the bag. In particular, the clamping mechanism may include a fixed plate (or fixed wheel) and a movable plate (or movable wheel), an outermost shopping bag of the shopping bag roll passes through between the fixed plate (or fixed wheel) and the movable plate (or movable wheel), and the movable plate (or movable wheel) can move away from or close to the fixed plate (or fixed wheel) to clamp or release the flat bagged article. The clamping or loosening operation between the fixed plate (or the fixed wheel) and the movable plate (or the movable wheel) can be realized by controlling the movable plate to be far away from or close to the fixed plate through an electric push rod, and can also be realized through the magnetic adsorption of an electromagnet.
By way of example and not limitation, taking a fixed plate and a movable plate as an example, sliding shafts are respectively arranged at two ends of the fixed plate, two ends of the movable plate are sleeved on the sliding shafts, so that the movable plate can slide on the fixed plate along the sliding shafts, meanwhile, an electromagnet is arranged between the fixed plate and the movable plate, a spring is arranged on the sliding shafts, and when the electromagnet is controlled by a controller to be powered off, a gap is released between the fixed plate and the movable plate under the restoring force of the spring, so that the shopping bag can move to a bag outlet to be discharged; when the electromagnets are controlled to be electrified by the controller, the attraction force between the electromagnets overcomes the acting force of the spring to enable the fixed plate and the movable plate to approach to clamp the shopping bag passing through the fixed plate and the movable plate.
For the shopping bags at the bag outlet 153, various bag breaking ways are available.
In the first mode, the shopping bag is directly broken to deliver goods through the easy-tearing pull marks or the breaking points between the shopping bags. On the reel formula shopping bag among the prior art, the junction between the adjacent shopping bag can set up and easily tear pull mark or breakpoint, and the shopping bag comes out the back from going out bag mouth 153, and the user can tear along easily tearing pull mark or breakpoint and realize disconnected bag. Referring to fig. 5, the medicine vending machine 100 may further include a medicine recycling sub-cabinet 160. Specifically, the control main cabinet or the delivery sub-cabinet may be provided with a drug recovery port 162, and when the user performs a drug withdrawal operation, the drug to be withdrawn may be directly put into the drug recovery port 162. An electric control lock and a sensor can be further installed on the drug recovery door 162-2, a control circuit of the electric control lock can be connected with a controller, and the controller controls the electric control lock to be locked or unlocked to close or open the drug recovery door 162-2. The electric control lock is electrically connected with a sensor, the sensor is connected with a control circuit of the medicine detection structure 162-3, and the sensor can adopt a commonly used pressure sensor, a displacement sensor and the like as an example and not a limitation. When the sensor detects that the electric control lock is locked, the medicine detection structure 162-3 is started to read the two-dimensional code 210 on the medicine 200 in the containing cavity to acquire the medicine information, and the medicine detection structure is in signal connection with the controller. The movable door 162-4 receives the control of the controller, and the movable door 162-4 is controlled to open or close by the controller.
After the medicine recycling door 162-2 is opened, a user puts returned medicines into the medicine recycling opening 162, the electric control lock is locked when the medicine recycling door 162-2 is closed, the medicine detection structure 162-3 starts to read the two-dimensional code 210 on the medicine 200 to acquire medicine information, the controller can check the medicine information, and when the check is passed, the controller controls the movable door 162-4 to be opened, as shown in fig. 7, the medicines fall into the recycling cavity 161 of the medicine recycling sub-cabinet 160 due to the action of gravity, and the user successfully recycles the medicines.
It should be noted that, after the drug withdrawal operation for the user, the controller may further output a reminder of the success of the drug withdrawal to the user (including the purchaser and the delivery person) through an associated terminal or application. For example, text information, voice information and the like of successful drug withdrawal are output to a user through a mobile phone short message, a WeChat public number, a related APP application or a display screen on the automatic drug vending machine.
In another embodiment, the medicine vending machine may further include a medicine recycling bin, and an AI identification device is disposed corresponding to the medicine channel and/or the goods access opening as a shipment identification device. The processor can compare the goods detection information with the goods purchase information to see whether the goods detection information is matched with the goods purchase information, if so, a goods continuous delivery instruction is sent to the controller, and the controller controls the goods taking port to be opened to deliver goods according to the goods continuous delivery instruction; if not, the treater sends the goods information that does not match of waiting to deliver goods to the controller, and the recovery unit in the controller control gets the goods of goods mouth and retrieves the medicine recovery storehouse. The recovery device may be a mechanical arm structure, a conveying belt structure, a lifting and traversing structure, etc., and the utility model is not limited thereto as long as the driving structure capable of shifting the article to a preset position in space can be applied to the recovery device.
As a typical example, the AI recognition device may employ a camera as a medicine AI recognition structure, and the processor is provided with an image recognition device. In this embodiment, a temperature and humidity adjusting assembly may be further disposed in the corresponding warehouse or the warehouse partial region. The temperature and humidity adjusting assembly is used for adjusting the temperature and/or humidity of the warehouse or the partial area of the warehouse so as to provide storage areas with corresponding temperature and humidity for different types of medicines.
Preferably, the temperature and humidity control assembly can comprise a heating structure, a cooling structure, a dehumidifying structure and a humidifying structure which are arranged corresponding to the warehouse or the partial area of the warehouse. The heating structure, the cooling structure, the dehumidifying structure and the humidifying structure are connected with the controller through the heating driving circuit, the cooling driving circuit, the dehumidifying driving circuit and the humidifying driving circuit respectively, and the controller controls the heating structure, the cooling structure, the dehumidifying structure and the humidifying structure to be opened and closed through the driving circuits respectively so as to adjust the temperature and/or the humidity of the warehouse or the partial region of the warehouse. The mode of adjusting the temperature and humidity values of the warehouse or the warehouse partial area can be self-adaptive adjustment, and can also be adjustment according to the operation of a user.
Specifically, for example, the temperature and humidity information of the warehouse can be detected regularly or in real time through a temperature and humidity probe in the warehouse and sent to the controller, and the controller controls the opening and closing of the heating structure, the cooling structure, the dehumidifying structure and the humidifying structure according to the detection information so as to adjust the temperature and humidity value of the warehouse to meet the preset requirement. For example, but not limitation, the temperature and humidity probe starts temperature and humidity measurement of the warehouse environment once every five minutes, and if the detected temperature and humidity value is within a preset standard range, a controller is not needed to open and close any adjusting structure, and the original state is kept; if the detected temperature and humidity value exceeds or is lower than the preset standard range, the controller opens and closes the corresponding adjusting structure to adjust so as to maintain the temperature and humidity to be within the standard range. For example, when the detected temperature is lower than the standard temperature range, the heater is started to work to heat the goods warehouse so as to raise the temperature of the goods warehouse, and when the temperature reaches the requirement of the standard temperature range, the heater is turned off.
Or the adjusting button and/or the control panel adjusting key are arranged on the cabinet corresponding to the heating structure, the cooling structure, the dehumidifying structure and the humidifying structure, the standard temperature and humidity range of the warehouse or the warehouse part area is set through the adjusting button or the adjusting key, and/or the temperature and humidity value of the warehouse or the warehouse part area is adjusted. After a remote control instruction of a user is acquired through a remote system associated with the medicine selling machine, the controller controls the opening and closing of the heating structure, the cooling structure, the dehumidifying structure and the humidifying structure according to the remote control instruction so as to adjust the temperature and humidity value of the warehouse, and therefore the temperature and humidity are maintained and are located in a standard range.
Preferably, the warehouse is divided into a normal temperature area, a cool area and/or a cold storage area to provide storage areas of corresponding humiture for different kinds of goods, and a user can set one or more partitions according to needs and can set different standard humiture ranges corresponding to different areas.
Preferably, a disinfection and sterilization device is arranged corresponding to the goods taking port to disinfect and sterilize the goods taking port and/or the goods delivered. The disinfection and sterilization device is preferably an ultraviolet disinfection lamp. Furthermore, a spraying alcohol disinfection device can be arranged corresponding to the goods taking port.
In this embodiment, a digital coding scanning structure is arranged on the cabinet, and the digital coding scanning structure is connected with the controller. It should be noted that, a remote inquiry device for performing remote communication with medical staff may be further installed on the internet medicine vending machine, and the remote inquiry device may be connected to a terminal where the medical staff is located through a communication network to allow a user to perform remote inquiry, so as to obtain an electronic prescription transmitted by the terminal where the medical staff is located. And installing a remote checking device for performing remote communication with the pharmacist, wherein the remote checking device can be connected with a terminal where the pharmacist is located through a communication network to perform prescription checking operation. After the pharmacist checks the prescription in different places to be qualified, the prescription information is sent to the medicine selling machine, and a controller of the medicine selling machine can automatically check whether the goods are delivered according to the payment state of the user.
The human-computer interaction device can also shoot paper prescriptions provided by the user and store the paper prescriptions in an associated memory so as to retain and manage the prescription information of the user.
According to the requirement, the human-computer interaction device can also output a user communication interface related to the inquiry, such as an inquiry code and the like, so that the user can remotely inquire on a mobile phone after scanning the inquiry code on the medicine selling machine through the portable intelligent terminal, and/or acquire inquiry information, such as an electronic prescription and the like, on the remote inquiry device.
