As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the present embodiment provides a tracker bracket 100. The tracker bracket 100 includes a bracket 1, a connection post 2, and a connection projection 3. The bracket 1 is used for mounting the reflective ball, and the connecting projection 3 is used for connecting with a joint of a surgical tool.
Wherein, be equipped with a plurality of reflection of light ball mounting holes 11 on the bracket 1, install a reflection of light ball in every reflection of light ball mounting hole 11. The number and the positions of the reflective ball mounting holes 11 are set according to requirements. The orthopedic surgery navigation positioning system determines the spatial position of a surgical tool by identifying the positions of a plurality of light reflecting balls.
The connecting column 2 is arranged on the lower surface of the bracket 1. In this embodiment, the top surface of the connecting pole 2 is connected to the center of the bracket 1.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the connection projection 3 includes opposite first and second ends 3a and 3 b. The first end 3a of the connecting bump 3 is connected with the lower surface of the connecting column 2. The second end 3b of the connection lug 3 is intended to abut against a joint of a surgical tool.
The tracker bracket 100 is provided with a first through hole 5 for connection with a surgical tool. Alternatively, the first through hole 5 in the present embodiment is located at the center of the bracket 1, and the first through hole 5 penetrates the bracket 1, the connection post 2, and the connection projection 3. When the tracker support 100 is used, the second end 3b of the connecting convex block 3 is abutted to a joint of a surgical tool, and a screw penetrates through the first through hole 5 to be in threaded connection with the surgical tool, so that the tracker support 100 is fixedly connected with the surgical tool.
Optionally, the second end 3b of the connecting protrusion 3 is V-shaped, and specifically, the second end 3b of the connecting protrusion 3 is provided with a first inclined surface 31 and a second inclined surface 32 which are symmetrically arranged. The closer to the end of the second end 3b, the smaller the distance between the first slope 31 and the second slope 32, forming a V-shaped second end 3 b. The second end 3b of the connecting lug 3 is provided with a through slot 33, the through slot 33 extending from the first inclined surface 31 to the second inclined surface 32.
The second end 3b of the connecting lug 3 is used for connecting a joint of a surgical tool, a V-shaped groove corresponding to the shape of the second end 3b of the connecting lug 3 is arranged on the joint of the surgical tool, and the second end 3b of the connecting lug 3 is inserted into the V-shaped groove of the surgical tool. Compared with the traditional connection mode, the embodiment increases the contact area between the tracker support 100 and the surgical tool, improves the connection stability between the tracker support 100 and the surgical tool, avoids the influence on the positioning precision of the orthopedic navigation positioning system due to unstable connection, and improves the success rate of surgery.
As shown in fig. 5 and 6, the tracker bracket 100 further includes a support column 4, and the support column 4 includes a second through hole 41 extending in the axial direction of the support column 4. The top end of the supporting column 4 is connected with the lower surface of the connecting column 2, and the connecting bump 3 is positioned in the second through hole 41.
To illustrate the connection form of the tracker bracket 100 and the surgical tool 200, as shown in fig. 7, the joint of the surgical tool 200 is inserted into the second through hole 41 of the support column 4, and the second end 3b of the connection projection 3 is butted against the V-shaped groove 201 of the surgical tool 200. Optionally, the second through hole 41 is in interference fit with the joint of the surgical tool 200, so that the tracker support 100 and the surgical tool 200 do not move relatively during the surgical procedure. When it is desired to separate the tracker bracket 100 and the surgical tool 200, the surgeon may first unscrew the screw and then force the two apart.
In order to facilitate recognition of the installation direction of the tracker bracket 100, a positioning piece 42 is provided at the bottom of the support column 4, and a stepped surface corresponding to the positioning piece 42 is provided on the surgical tool 200. During assembly, the positioning plate 42 is tightly attached to the step surface, so that the installation direction of the tracker bracket 100 is prevented from being wrong. Other identifiers may be provided on the support column 4 as needed, and the shape, structure, and the like of the identifiers are not limited as long as the installation direction of the tracker bracket 100 is easily recognized by a doctor.
Optionally, in an embodiment of the present application, the inner wall of the through groove 33 of the connecting protrusion 3 is a cambered surface to match with the protrusion in the V-shaped groove 201 of the surgical tool 200, so as to further improve the stability of the connection between the tracker bracket 100 and the surgical tool 200.
Optionally, in an embodiment of the present application, the bracket 1 includes a plurality of branch bars 12, and the plurality of branch bars 12 extend from the center of the bracket 1 to different directions. The center of the bracket 1 in this embodiment is where a plurality of branch bars 12 are connected to each other. The extension direction and length of the different branch bars 12 can be set according to the requirement. Each branch strut 12 is provided with a reflective ball mounting hole 11. By supporting the corresponding reflective balls by the sub-rods 12, the weight of the bracket 1 can be reduced.
Optionally, in an embodiment of the present application, the upper surface of the plurality of branch bars 12 is provided with a protective cover 13. The protective cover 13 is located at the outer side of the corresponding reflective ball mounting hole 11. The protective cover 13 can protect the reflective ball.
Alternatively, in an embodiment of the present application, the protective cover 13 extends obliquely upward from the edge of the branch rod in a direction away from the axis of the reflective ball mounting hole 11. The height of the protective cover 13 gradually increases along with the distance from the center of the bracket 1, so that the protective cover 13 is prevented from shielding the reflective ball, and the identification of the orthopedic operation navigation positioning system on the reflective ball is influenced.
In order to further reduce the weight of the bracket 1, the present embodiment is provided with lightening holes 14 on each of the plurality of branch rods 12. The shape of the lightening holes 14 can be set according to the shape of the branch rods 12, and in the embodiment, the shape of the lightening holes 14 is oval.
The present embodiment provides a tracker, including: as described above, the tracker mount 100 and the plurality of reflective balls are respectively disposed in the corresponding reflective ball mounting holes 11.
The tracker bracket 100 is connected with the surgical tool 200 to be positioned, and the reflective ball on the tracker bracket 100 is identified through the orthopedic navigation positioning system so as to position the surgical tool 200.
The embodiments of the present application are described in detail above. The principle and the implementation of the present application are explained herein by applying specific examples, and the above description of the embodiments is only used to help understand the technical solutions and the core ideas of the present application. Therefore, the person skilled in the art should, according to the idea of the present application, change or modify the embodiments and applications of the present application based on the scope of protection of the present application. In view of the above, the description should not be taken as limiting the application.
