In the prior art, the buckling structure of the cosmetic packaging tube is in a cylindrical shape which is continuously distributed in the circumferential direction, and the buckling structures are mutually pulled in the circumferential direction, so that the allowable radial deformation amount of the buckling structure is small when the cosmetic packaging tube is switched and matched, and the contact surface is abraded; under the long-term wearing state, the buckling structure can generate permanent plastic deformation, so that the separating force is reduced, and click sound is weakened; when the buckling structure is made of metal, the surface of the buckling structure is cracked.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, an embodiment of the present application provides a cosmetic packaging tube, including a tube body 100 and a tube cap 200 that are movably inserted and matched, the tube cap 200 is provided with a plurality of claws 221 that are distributed at intervals along a circumferential direction of the tube cap 200, and a stress release opening 222 is formed between two adjacent claws 221 in the circumferential direction;
a positioning ring 121 is arranged on the periphery of the pipe body 100;
the pipe body 100 and the pipe cover 200 are in a matching state and a splitting state, and in the matching state, the claws 221 on the pipe cover 200 are buckled and positioned with the positioning ring 121.
The tube body 100 and the tube cover 200 are inserted and matched in a buckling and positioning manner through a plurality of clamping claws 221 and a positioning ring 121.
In the embodiment of the present application, the axial direction refers to the relative movement direction of the tube body 100 and the tube cover 200, and the circumferential direction and the radial direction are generated with reference to the axial direction. That is, the directions are merely for convenience of description, and the shapes of the tube body 100 and the tube cover 200 are not particularly limited. Unless otherwise specified, axial, circumferential, and radial expressions shall control.
It can be understood that the plurality of claws 221 are independent from each other, and the shape of each claw 221 may be changed appropriately on the premise of realizing the fastening positioning function, for example, the first claw 221a and the second claw 221b may have different sizes.
In the process of switching the split state and the matching state, each clamping jaw 221 is elastically deformed in the radial direction under the extrusion force of the positioning ring 121, and the pulling force of the clamping jaws is released through the stress release port 222, so that the abrasion of the buckling structure can be reduced, and the permanent deformation is avoided. This maintains the separating force between the pipe body 100 and the pipe cover 200, and keeps the click sound from being weakened by abrasion.
In another embodiment, referring to fig. 4 to 5, the pipe cap 200 includes an inner cap 220 and an outer cap 210 nested with each other, and a plurality of jaws 221 are disposed at one end of the inner cap 220. Each of the jaws 221 and the inner cap 220 are hidden inside the outer cap 210.
In another embodiment, referring to fig. 1 and 4, the inner lid 220 is made of metal.
In other embodiments, both the tube 100 and the cap 200 may be made of metal. Each jack catch can be at footpath independent motion in this application, adapts to the characteristic of metal material more, effectively prevents the part fracture.
After the outer cover 210 is disposed, in order to ensure a sufficient deformation space for the jaws, in another embodiment, referring to fig. 4 to 6, a first gap a1 allowing the jaws 221 to deform is left between the jaws 221 and the inner wall of the outer cover 210. The first gap a1 ensures that there is room for the pawl 221 to elastically deform in the radial direction. The first gap a1 is about 0.07mm in size.
In another embodiment, referring to fig. 7-8, the tube 100 includes a base 110 having an opening, and a middle sleeve 120 fixed at the opening of the base 110, at least a portion of the middle sleeve 120 is a connecting segment 122 extending to the outside of the base 110, and a positioning ring 121 is located at the periphery of the connecting segment 122.
The opening of the base 110 faces the outer cover 210, and the middle sleeve 120 is fixed at the opening of the base 110, which are fixed to each other.
In the engaged state, the claws 221 may be located either radially inside or radially outside the positioning ring 121, in this embodiment the positioning ring 121 is located at the outer periphery of the connecting segment 122, i.e. a radially outward convex ring, and correspondingly the claws are located radially outside the positioning ring 121.
In one embodiment, the number of the claws 221 is 2, 3, 4, 5, or 6, and in the engaged state, each claw 221 abuts against the outer circumference of the connecting section 122 and is blocked by the positioning ring 121. Visible in the figure are 3.
The shape of the jaws is not strictly limited, and the jaws are substantially strip-shaped extending along the circumferential direction, so that for convenience of processing, each jaw 221 and the inner cover can adopt an integrated structure, the inner cover is tubular, and each jaw is directly formed by utilizing a tubular local side wall. Since the jaws are located outside the retaining ring, the inner wall of the jaws 221 have a locating structure, including but not limited to a protrusion, an inward flange, etc., that mates with the retaining ring.
For example, in one embodiment, each of the claws 221 has a positioning projection 223 at the end thereof extending toward the connecting section 122, and in the engaged state, the positioning projection 223 of each of the claws 221 is caught by the positioning ring 121.
In another embodiment, referring to fig. 3, the opposite sides of the positioning protrusion 223 are provided with guiding slopes 224 for cooperating with the positioning ring 121 in the insertion direction of the tube 100 and the tube cover 200.
The guide ramp 224 includes a first guide ramp 224a and a second guide ramp 224b disposed on opposite sides; in the process of switching between the split state and the matching state, each claw 221 is blocked by the positioning ring 121 under the action of each guiding slope 224; it will be appreciated that the guide ramps 224 may vary in shape, such as sloped, curved, etc., while still providing the function of preventing relative movement of the retaining ring 121.
In another embodiment, referring to fig. 3, the positioning projection 223 is spherical crown shaped. The arc slopes on the two sides of the spherical cap are the first guiding slope 224a and the second guiding slope 224b, respectively.
In order to obtain a better feel without interference between the engagement of the claws 221 and the retaining ring 121, the retaining ring 121 forms a second gap a2 with the inner wall of each claw 221 (except for the retaining protrusion 223). The second gap a2 preferably has a size of 0.09-0.13mm, which provides the best feel of the separating force of the cap 200 and the tube 100 when they are switched from the engaged state to the separated state. In another embodiment, referring to fig. 8, the outer cover 210 and the base 110 are positioned opposite to each other and flush with each other at their outer peripheries in the mated state.
In the mated state, the combination of the cover 210 and the base 110 is an integral structure with a flat surface in appearance. The integral structure may be in the form of, but not limited to, a cylinder, a truncated cone, a polygonal column, a polygonal frustum, etc.
In another embodiment of the cosmetic product, referring to fig. 8 and 9, a middle core is installed in the base 110, and in a matching state, the tube cover 200 and the base 110 surround and wrap the middle core.
In the fitting state, the insertion fitting packing tube is a lipstick tube, and a central core is fixedly mounted on the base 110 of the tube body 100. In the prior art, the middle bundle core mainly comprises beads, a middle bundle, forks, a spiral and the like, and the beads mainly play a role in bearing lipstick paste. In the fitting state, the tube cover 200 surrounds the middle bundle core with the tube 100 through the base 110.
The assembly adopts glueless interference fit equipment completely, specifically does: the outer sole and the middle sleeve are assembled into a pipe body, the outer cover and the inner cover are assembled into a pipe cover, and then the assembled middle bundle core is pressed into the pipe body. And for the processing precision of the middle sleeve and the inner cover, the precision of a rolling line die of the middle sleeve and the precision of a dotting die of the inner cover both reach 0.01 mm. After the product is processed and installed, the pipe body and the pipe cover can still ensure that the separating force is in the range specified by a customer after high and low temperature tests and two hundred times of opening and closing tests.
The technical features of the above embodiments can be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the above embodiments are not described, but should be considered as the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features. When technical features in different embodiments are represented in the same drawing, it can be seen that the drawing also discloses a combination of the embodiments concerned.
The above examples only express several embodiments of the present application, and the description thereof is more specific and detailed, but not construed as limiting the claims. It should be noted that, for a person skilled in the art, several variations and modifications can be made without departing from the concept of the present application, which falls within the scope of protection of the present application.
