As shown in fig. 1, in the present embodiment, the power head 103 is a replaceable component that can replace a small internal combustion engine and can be applied to various devices, such as outdoor power equipment including lawn mowers, snow throwers, washers, scarifiers, and the like. The present embodiment will take a mower as an example, and a specific structure and function of the power head 103 will be described in detail, but it should not be limited thereto.
As shown in fig. 1-2, in the present embodiment, an air outlet 108, a fan blade 109 and a blade 110 are disposed at the bottom of the housing 104. The output shaft of the motor in the power head 103 may extend to the bottom of the casing 104, the fan blade 109 and the blade 110 may be connected to the output shaft of the motor, and the fan blade 109 may be located above the blade 110. The exhaust vent 108 may be provided on the motor assembly. When the garden tool 100 is in a working state, the output shaft of the motor drives the blades 109 and the blades 110 to rotate, the blades 109 rotate to guide the air in the power head 103 to flow, and the blades 110 rotate to cut grass.
As shown in fig. 3-4, in this embodiment, the powerhead 103 may include a first housing 111, a second housing 112, and a cover 113. The first housing 111 and the second housing 112 are disposed opposite to each other, and the first housing 111 and the second housing 112 are disposed, for example, left and right, thereby forming a housing. The first and second housings 111 and 112 may be identical in structure. The cover 103 is disposed on top of the first case 111 and the second case 112, i.e., above the cases. The cover 113, the first case 111, and the second case 112 may form a first cavity. Outer air inlet holes 114 are respectively formed in the first and second cases 111 and 112, and the outer air inlet holes 114 are formed, for example, at rear ends of the first and second cases 111 and 112, and the outer air inlet holes 114 may be directed in different directions. Through setting up this outside fresh air inlet 114, the external cooling air current can get into in the first cavity through outside fresh air inlet 114, and the external cooling air current gets into inside the unit head 103 promptly to the realization dispels the heat to control assembly and motor element. A motor base 115 is arranged at the bottom of the first shell 101 and the second shell 102, the air outlet 108 is arranged on the motor base 115, and a motor is arranged on the motor base 115, namely the motor is positioned in the power head 103. The output shaft 116 of the motor extends outside of the powerhead 103 through a bore in the center of the motor mount 115. In assembly, the first and second housings 111 and 112 are first assembled and fixed with the motor base 115, and then the cover 113 is fixed on top of the first and second housings 111 and 112.
As shown in fig. 3 to 4, in the present embodiment, a wind deflector 1131 is further disposed on the cover 113, the wind deflector 1131 is vertically disposed in the cover 113, when the cover 113 is disposed on the first housing 111 and the second housing 112, the wind deflector 1131 is located in the power head 103, and the wind deflector 1131 contacts the top of the first housing 111 and the second housing 112. When cooling airflow enters the power head 103 through the external air inlet hole 114, the air baffle 1131 prevents the traveling direction of the external airflow, so that the cooling airflow can only flow according to a preset path, and thus, the control assembly and the motor assembly in the power head 103 can be cooled, and the heat dissipation of the control assembly and the motor assembly is accelerated. In this embodiment, the external air inlet holes 114 may be provided at the left rear of the first housing 111 and inclined toward the rear lower side, so that when the garden tool 100 is placed on the ground and subjected to rain, rain cannot enter the interior of the power head 103 through the external air inlet holes 114.
As shown in fig. 5, in the present embodiment, a control assembly 118 is provided on top of the first and second housings 111 and 112, and the control assembly 118 is used to control the motor. Inner air inlet holes 120 are formed at both ends of the control module 118, and cooling air flows through the inner air inlet holes 120 to flow under the control module 118, thereby dissipating heat from the heat sink and the control elements on the control module 118. The first housing 111 and the second housing 112 are further provided with fixing clips 119, the fixing clips 119 are disposed on two sides of the control component 118, for example, and the height of the fixing clips 119 protrudes from the control component 118. The top of the fixing buckle 119 has a bending part, and the bending part contacts with the top surface of the control component 118, so that the control component 118 can be fixed, and the control component 118 is fixed through the fixing buckle 119 in the embodiment, so that the control component 118 can be conveniently detached. In this embodiment, a battery pack cavity 117 is also provided in front of the control assembly 118, and a battery pack may be disposed within the battery pack cavity 117 to provide power to the powerhead 103.
As shown in fig. 6, in this embodiment, the control assembly 118 may include a housing 134 and a fixing base 135. The housing 134 is disposed on the fixing base 135, and the heat sink 136 and the control element (not shown) are disposed on the housing 134. The heat sink 136 and control elements may be directed towards the interior of the housing. By providing the fixing base 135, a smaller-sized control board can be adapted.
As shown in fig. 5-7, in the present embodiment, the first casing 111 and the second casing 112 are both provided with a support 122, the support 122 on the first casing 111 and the support 122 on the second casing 112 form a support seat, and the control assembly 118 can be fixed on the support seat. The support is, for example, a hollow rectangle, that is, the center of the support includes a through hole, the control module 118 is fixed on the periphery of the through hole, that is, the fixing seat 135 is fixed on the periphery of the through hole, the heat sink 136 and the control element on the control module 118 face the through hole, and the housing 134 of the control module 118 faces the cover 113. The fixing buckle 119 is disposed on two sides of the supporting seat, and when the control component 118 is disposed on the supporting seat, the bending portion of the fixing buckle 119 can be abutted against the top of the control component 118, i.e., the fixing buckle 119 is abutted against the fixing seat 135, so as to fix the control component 118. In this embodiment, the inner air inlet holes 120 are further disposed on the side of the supporting base, and the air guiding plate 121 is disposed inside the supporting base, that is, the air guiding plate 121 is connected to the inner air inlet holes 120, and the air guiding plate 121 extends to the inside of the supporting base in an inclined manner. The heat sink 136 and the control component of the control assembly 118 can be located on the air deflector 121, that is, the heat sink 136 can be close to the inner air inlet opening 120, so that when the cooling air flows through the inner air inlet opening 120, the air deflector 121 can guide the cooling air flow, thereby allowing the cooling air flow to sufficiently contact with the heat sink 136 and the control component, and thus accelerating the cooling of the heat sink 136 and the control component. In this embodiment, the inner air inlet holes 120 are disposed on two sides of the control assembly 118, so that the control assembly 118 can be cooled from two directions, and the cooling speed of the control assembly 118 is increased, and meanwhile, since the air deflectors 121 on the first casing 111 and the second casing 112 are not connected, that is, a ventilation gap 1211 is formed between the air deflectors 121 on the first casing 111 and the second casing 112, the cooling air flow can flow to the bottom of the first casing 111 and the bottom of the second casing 112 through the ventilation gap 1211 between the air deflectors 121. Of course, in some embodiments, only one air deflector 121 may be disposed in the supporting base, for example, the air deflector 121 on the right side in fig. 7 is omitted, and the air deflector 121 on the left side is remained, so that the ventilation gap 1211 is located on the right side of the air deflector 121 on the left side, and since only one air deflector 121 is disposed, the area of the ventilation gap 1211 is increased, so that more external cooling air can flow to the bottom of the first casing 111 and the second casing 112.
As shown in fig. 6 to 8, fig. 8 shows only a schematic view of the inside of the first housing 111. A support 122 is provided on the first housing 111, and fixing clips 119 are provided on both sides of the support 122, the fixing clips 119 protruding from the support 122. An inner air inlet hole 120 is formed at one end of the supporting body 122, the inner air inlet hole 120 can be close to the heat sink 136 on the control module 118, and an air deflector 121 is formed in the supporting body 122. The air deflector 121 and the control module 118 may form a second cavity into which the cooling air flows through the inner air inlet opening 120, and the control element and the heat sink 136 may be located in the second cavity, so that the cooling air may sufficiently contact the heat sink 136 and the control element, thereby accelerating the cooling of the heat sink 136 and the control element. A motor base 115 is arranged at the bottom of the first casing 111, a motor 130 is arranged on the motor base 115, and an air outlet 108 is arranged on the motor base 115. The height between the control component 118 and the motor 130 may be greater than 100mm, for example, 150mm, and by increasing the height between the control component 118 and the motor 130, the cooling airflow after contacting the control component 118 may be cooled again, so as to perform a cooling function on the motor 130.
As shown in fig. 7-9, fig. 9 shows a schematic position diagram of the first cavity 131, the second cavity 132 and the third cavity 133. In the embodiment, an area between the top of the first casing 111 and the second casing 112 and the cover 113 is defined as a first cavity 131, an area between the control assembly 118 and the air deflector 121 is defined as a second cavity 132, and an area between the motor 130 below the air deflector 121 is defined as a third cavity 133, that is, the first cavity 131 is located above the second cavity 132, and the second cavity 132 is located above the third cavity 133. The first and second chambers 131 and 132 may communicate through the inner air inlet hole 120, and the second and third chambers 132 and 133 may communicate through the vent gap 1211. The cooling airflow has a greater velocity in the second cavity 132 than in the third cavity 133. When the power head 103 is in operation, cooling air flows into the first cavity 131 through the external air inlet holes 114 (shown in fig. 3), due to the action of the air baffle 1131, and the air baffle 1131 is vertically arranged on the top of the first shell 111 and the second shell 112, cooling air flows only into the second cavity 132 through the internal air inlet holes 120, and due to the fact that the heat sink 136 and the control element on the control assembly 118 are located in the second cavity 132, the cooling air flows can be in full contact with the heat sink 136 and the control element, so that the heat sink 136 and the control element can be cooled quickly. After the external air flow cools the heat sink 136 and the control component, the ventilation gap 1211 between the air deflectors 121 enters the third cavity 133, and meanwhile, since the height between the control component 118 and the motor 130 is greater than 100mm, the temperature of the cooling air flow can be reduced, so that when the cooling air flow flows out of the outside through the air outlet 108, the cooling air flow can pass through the inside of the motor 130 first, thereby cooling the motor 130, that is, absorbing heat generated during the operation of the motor 130, and thus, the heat dissipation of the motor 130 can be accelerated. Note that the arrows in fig. 9 indicate the flow paths of the cooling airflow.
As shown in fig. 3, in some embodiments, a filter element (not shown) may be provided in the outside of the outer air inlet opening 114 to prevent debris, such as grass clippings and dust, from entering the interior of the powerhead 103 with the cooling air flow and causing damage to the motor 130 and control assembly 118.
As shown in fig. 1 to 9, a heat dissipation process of the gardening tool 100 will be explained as follows. When the garden tool 100 is in a working state, the motor 130 is started, the fan blade 109 rotates and generates a suction force, external cooling airflow enters the power head 103 from the external air inlet hole 114 under the action of the suction force of the fan blade 109, namely enters the first cavity 131, due to the blocking effect of the wind shield 1131, the cooling airflow entering the first cavity 131 enters the second cavity 132 through the internal air inlet hole 120 and the wind deflector 121, and due to the fact that the heat dissipation fins 136 are located in the second cavity 132, the cooling airflow can be in full contact with the heat dissipation fins 136, and the heat dissipation fins 136 can be rapidly cooled. Then, the cooling air flow enters the third cavity 133 through the ventilation gap 1211, and when the cooling air flow enters the third cavity 133, because the heights of the motor 130 and the control component 118 are large, the cooling air flow can be cooled, and then the cooling air flow enters the motor 130, so that the motor 130 is cooled, and finally the cooling air flow flows out through the air outlet 108 at the bottom of the motor base 115. During the cooling airflow, heat generated by the control assembly 118 and the motor 130 is taken away, so that the power head 103 can operate at a relatively stable temperature, thereby improving the working efficiency of the garden tool 100.
In this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 10, the first and second housings 111, 112 each include a battery pack cavity 117 therein, and the battery pack cavity 117 may be located at the forward end of the powerhead 103. A battery pack 140 may be disposed within the battery pack cavity 117. The battery pack 140 contains a plurality of battery cells arranged along the longitudinal direction of the battery pack. In other embodiments, the battery pack may have different shapes, and the battery cells may also be arranged along other directions. According to the number and the combination mode of the battery cells, the battery pack can output different voltages. In the present embodiment, the battery pack 140 is, for example, an 80V battery pack. Of course, other voltage battery packs are within the scope of the present embodiment. In this embodiment, the number of battery pack cavities 117, and thus the number of battery packs 140, is at least two, with the two battery packs 140 being juxtaposed in a lateral direction of the powerhead 103.
As shown in fig. 10-12, in the present embodiment, the cover 113 may include a fixed cover 138 and a flip cover 139. A flip cover 139 is rotatably provided on the stationary cover 138, and the flip cover 139 is provided at the front end of the stationary cover 138. The securing lid 138 may include an open region 1381 and a covered region 1382, the open region 1381 being located forward of the covered region 1382. Flap 139 can be positioned over open region 1381. An opening 1382 may be formed on the outer circumference of the pouch cavity 117, and the flip cover 139 may cover the pouch 140 when the flip cover 139 is closed on the fixing cover 138, so that the pouch 140 may be protected. The coverage region 1382 may be located on the control component 118 (shown in fig. 9), i.e., the coverage region 1382 completely covers the control component 118. A lower latch 141 is further provided at the front end of the open region 1381, and an elastic member 142 is further provided inside the lower latch 11, the elastic member 142 is closer to the battery pack chamber 117 than the lower latch 141, and the elastic member 142 may protrude from the fixing cover 138. In this embodiment, a mounting hole may be formed in the inner side of the lower clip 141, and then the elastic member 142 is disposed in the mounting hole, and the elastic member 142 protrudes from the mounting hole. In this embodiment, the central axis of the elastic member 142 and the central axis of the lower clip 141 may coincide, and the central axes of the elastic member 142 and the lower clip 142 are located on the central axis of the opening 1381, for example. In the present embodiment, the elastic member 142 is, for example, a rubber pad. Of course, in some embodiments, the cover 113 may also include only the flip 139, i.e., the flip 139 may be rotatably disposed on top of the first and second housings 111 and 112. In some embodiments, the power pack 140 can be directly disposed on the housing 104 (shown in fig. 1), the flip cover 139 can be rotatably disposed on the housing 104, and the flip cover 139 can also cover the battery pack 140, so that the structure of the garden tool 100 is simpler.
As shown in fig. 12-14, in the present embodiment, an upper buckle 143 that is engaged with the lower buckle 141 is disposed inside the flip 139 (on a surface of the flip 139 facing the battery pack cavity 117), and a limiting rib 144 is further disposed inside the upper buckle 143. The limiting rib 144 corresponds to the elastic member 142. When the flip cover 139 is closed on the fixing cover 138, the limiting rib 144 contacts the elastic member 142 and presses the elastic member 142, so that the elastic member 142 is deformed and the upper latch 143 is latched into the lower latch 141. When the upper buckle 143 is buckled into the lower buckle 141, the elastic member 142 generates an elastic force on the limiting rib 144, thereby achieving a flexible connection between the flip cover 139 and the fixed cover 138. In this embodiment, the elastic force of the elastic member 142 on the limiting rib 144 is smaller than the engaging force between the upper buckle 143 and the lower buckle 141, so as to prevent the upper buckle 143 from separating from the lower buckle 141. The compression amount of the elastic member 142 may be greater than or equal to the gap between the upper buckle 143 and the lower buckle 141, so as to ensure that the gap between the upper buckle 143 and the lower buckle 141 is small or substantially free of the gap, and therefore, the occurrence of abnormal noise of the garden tool 100 can be reduced during transportation or use of the garden tool 100. In some embodiments, the position limiting rib 144 may be disposed on the front end of the opening 1381, and the elastic member 142 may be disposed on the flip cap 138 correspondingly, that is, the positions of the position limiting rib 144 and the elastic member 142 are interchanged.
As shown in fig. 11 to 13, in the present embodiment, the upper latch 143 and the stopper rib 144 are located at the front end of the flip 139, and a hinge 145 is provided at the rear end of the flip 139. The front end of the flip 139 may be an end close to the lower catch 141, and the thickness of the flip 139 may be an end far from the lower catch 141. In the present embodiment, one end of the hinge 145 is fixed to the lid 139, and the other end of the hinge 145 is provided with a hinge hole 146. Hinge aperture 146 may be coupled to pivot 147 at footprint 1382, i.e., flip 139 is secured to pivot 147 by hinge 145 so that flip 139 is rotatably disposed on stationary cover 138. In the present embodiment, two hinges 145 are provided at the rear end of the lid 139, for example, and two pivots 147 are provided on the fixed cover 138, respectively. Hinge 145 and pivot 147 may be located on the sides of flip cover 139 and stationary cover 138 facing battery pack cavity 117, respectively.
In summary, the present invention provides a power head and a garden tool, the power head may include a housing and a cover, the housing includes at least one battery pack cavity, and the cover includes a fixing cover and a flip cover. The flip cover is rotatably disposed on the fixed cover. The fixed cover comprises a covering area and an opening area, the flip cover can be located on the opening area, a lower buckle and an elastic piece are arranged at the front end of the opening area, and an upper buckle and a limiting rib are correspondingly arranged on the flip cover. When closing flip, spacing muscle extrusion elastic component for the elastic component takes place to deform, and the elastic component still produces the elastic force to spacing muscle simultaneously, consequently when the buckle was detained down to the upper-pulling buckle, can not take place sharp-pointed sound, consequently can realize fixed lid and flip's flexonics. Simultaneously because the compressive capacity of elastic component is more than or equal to the clearance between last buckle and the lower buckle, consequently can reduce the clearance between last buckle and the lower buckle, consequently when transporting or using this garden instrument, can effectively reduce garden instrument and take place the abnormal sound.
