The metal box 1 comprises a box body 11 and a cover body 12, wherein the box body 11 is provided with a first mounting groove 111, the cover body 12 is provided with a second mounting groove 121, and the box body 11 is connected with the cover body 12 so that the first mounting groove 111 and the second mounting groove 121 are spliced to form a mounting cavity; the upper end of the cover 12 is provided with a first outlet 122 communicated to the second mounting groove 121, the box body 11 is provided with a baffle plate 112, the baffle plate 112 is inserted into the second mounting groove 121, the baffle plate 112 shields the first outlet 122 and forms an outlet gap with the upper side wall of the second mounting groove 121; the electric control box 2 is arranged in the installation cavity; the circuit board 3 is installed in the electric control box 2.
Based on the above scheme, the baffle 112 is inserted into the second mounting groove 121 to shield the first outlet 122 and form an outlet gap with the upper side wall of the second mounting groove 121, so that the opening direction of the first outlet 122 is changed to be vertical and downward, the wire firstly bypasses the baffle 112 and then sequentially passes through the outlet gap and the first outlet 122, after the electric control box 2 is ignited, the baffle 112 can effectively prevent flame from escaping upwards from the first outlet 122, prevent flame from escaping to the outside of the metal box 1, improve the fireproof effect of the metal box 1, and thereby protect the internal components of the air-conditioning indoor unit from being burnt.
In some embodiments, a second outlet 123 and a third outlet 124 connected to the second mounting groove 121 are opened at the front side of the cover 12. The second outlet 123 and the third outlet 124 are sequentially arranged at intervals in the vertical direction, and the second outlet 123 and the third outlet 124 are used for allowing other internal wires to pass through so as to provide a threading space. Meanwhile, the second outlet 123 and the third outlet 124 are opened at the front side of the cover 12, so that the flame can be effectively prevented from escaping from the upper side, and the fireproof function of the metal box 1 is improved.
In some embodiments, the front and rear sides of the box 11 are respectively provided with a fixing protrusion 113, and the cover 12 is provided with a fixing hole 125 for fixing with the fixing protrusion 113. Among them, the number of the fixing protrusions 113 positioned at the front or rear side of the case 11 may be one or more. When the box 11 is assembled with the cover 12, the fixing protrusion 113 is fastened into the fixing hole 125 to make the connection between the cover 12 and the box 11 more secure.
In some embodiments, the front side or the rear side of the box 11 is provided with a first buckle 114, and the cover 12 is provided with a first buckle hole 126 matched and clamped with the first buckle 114. Wherein, first buckle 114 can be arranged at the top of the rear side of box body 11, first clamping hole 126 is also arranged at the top of the rear side of cover body 12, and after box body 11 and cover body 12 are assembled, first buckle 114 and first clamping hole 126 are buckled with each other to realize stable connection. The plate body 5 and the box body 11 are assembled, the second buckle 116 and the second clamping hole 511 are buckled with each other to realize stable connection, and meanwhile, the detachability is strong, so that the later repair is facilitated.
In some embodiments, the upper end of the plate body 5 is formed with a slot 52, and the lower end of the cover body 12 is provided with an insertion block 127 which is fittingly inserted into the slot 52. Before the plate body 5 and the box body 11 are assembled, the inserting block 127 is inserted into the inserting groove 52 to connect the cover body 12 and the plate body 5 into a whole, then the cover body 12 and the plate body 5 are sleeved into the box body 11 from front to back, so that the first buckle 114 and the first clamping hole 126 are mutually clamped, the second buckle 116 and the second clamping hole 511 are mutually clamped, the cover body 12, the plate body 5 and the box body 11 are completely assembled, the assembling efficiency is high, and the formed metal box 1 has better internal sealing performance.

2. The indoor unit of claim 1, wherein a second outlet and a third outlet communicated to the second mounting groove are formed at a front side of the cover.
3. The indoor unit of claim 1, wherein fixing protrusions are formed at front and rear sides of the case, respectively, and the cover has fixing holes formed therein to be engaged with the fixing protrusions.
4. The indoor unit of claim 1, wherein the front side or the rear side of the case is provided with a first engaging hole, and the cover is provided with a first engaging hole engaged with the first engaging hole.
5. The indoor unit of claim 1, wherein the case body is provided with a limiting elastic piece at each of front and rear sides of the opening of the first installation groove.
6. An indoor unit of an air conditioner according to any one of claims 1 to 5, further comprising a base, wherein a lower end of the casing is inserted into the base and is adjacent to one side of the base, and the cover is provided at an upper end of one side of the base.
7. The indoor unit of an air conditioner according to claim 6, wherein the metal case further includes a plate body covering the open lower end of the first installation groove;
the front side and the rear side of the plate body are respectively provided with a bending part, the outer side wall of each bending part is provided with a second clamping hole, and the two sides of the lower end of the box body are respectively provided with a second buckle which is matched and clamped with the second clamping holes.
8. The indoor unit of claim 7, wherein an insertion groove is formed at an upper end of the plate, and an insertion block is provided at a lower end of the cover to be engaged with the insertion groove.
