The elastic member 130 may also have waterproof performance, specifically, the elastic member 130 may be made of silica gel, rubber, plastic, or the like, and in the pressing and releasing processes of the key 120, it may be effectively prevented that liquid such as water enters the inside of the housing 110 through the elastic member 130 itself, so that the waterproof performance of the elastic member 130 itself is improved, and the waterproof performance of the waterproof key 10 is improved.
It can be understood that the location of the key 120 is communicated with the outside of the housing 110, which facilitates the user to operate the button, that is, the accommodating space 111 is communicated with the outside of the housing 110, further, as shown in fig. 2, in some embodiments, the accommodating space 111 includes a first accommodating groove 111A and a second accommodating groove 111B, the first accommodating groove 111A is communicated with the outside of the housing 110, and the second accommodating groove 111B is communicated with the first accommodating groove 111A, it should be noted that the cross section of the second accommodating groove 111B at the first accommodating groove 111A is smaller than that at the bottom of the first accommodating groove 111A, so that the portion of the bottom of the first accommodating groove 111A except for the notch of the second accommodating groove 111B forms the edge area 112; as shown in fig. 5 and 6, the key 120 may include a pressing portion 121 and an abutting portion 122, the pressing portion 121 is located in the first receiving groove 111A, the abutting portion 122 extends from the pressing portion 121, and can sequentially pass through the elastic member 130 and the second receiving groove 111B, and the other end of the abutting portion 122 can contact the function switch 20, specifically, when the key 120 moves to the pressing position B, the key 120 abuts against the function switch 20 to trigger the control signal of the function switch 20, and when the key 120 moves to the releasing position a, the key 120 does not contact with the function switch 20 to stop triggering the control signal of the function switch 20; as shown in fig. 3, the elastic element 130 is located between the pressing portion 121 and the edge region 112, and is disposed around the abutting portion 122, and is in interference fit with the pressing portion 121 and the edge region 112. It should be noted that the pressing portion 121 and the abutting portion 122 can be integrally formed, so as to enhance the integrity of the key 120 and prevent the pressing portion 121 and the abutting portion 122 from being separated during the movement of the key 120.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the first receiving groove 111A where the pressing portion 121 is located communicates with the space outside the housing 110 to facilitate the user to operate, for example, the pressing portion 121 is operated at the release position a, at this time, the key 120 does not contact with the function switch 20, and the control signal cannot be triggered, the pressing portion 121 is pressed and drives the abutting portion 122 to move in the receiving space 111, one end of the elastic member 130 abuts against the edge region 112 of the housing 110 and cannot move, the other end of the elastic member is abutted against the pressing portion 121 and is pressed, the elastic member 130 deforms, and the pressing portion 121 can continue to move until one end of the abutting portion 122, which is far away from the pressing portion 121, contacts the function switch 20 located in the housing 110, that is, the position b is pressed, and the key 120 abuts against the function switch 20 to trigger the control signal by the function switch 20. When the key 120 is at the release position a and the press position b and between the release position a and the press position b, the elastic member 130 is always in interference fit with the housing 110 and the key 120, so that the elastic member 130 is tightly attached to the housing 110 and the key 120, and thus, liquid such as water can be effectively prevented from entering the housing 110 during the movement of the key 120, and the waterproof performance of the waterproof key 10 is improved.
Further, in some embodiments, as shown in fig. 3, in order to ensure the fitting relationship of the elastic member 130 between the housing 110 and the key 120, during the pressing process of the key 120, the length of the undeformed elastic member 130 may be greater than the distance between the pressing portion 121 and the edge region 112, that is, the compression amount of the key 120 at the release position a in the pressing direction Z of the key 120, and the length of the undeformed elastic member 130 is the same as the distance difference between the pressing portion 121 and the edge region 112. Specifically, the length of the elastic element 130 and the difference L between the pressing portion 121 and the edge region 112 may be greater than 0.1mm, or equal to 0.1mm, and correspondingly, the elastic element 130 has a slight deformation between the pressing portion 121 and the edge region 112, so that the elastic element 130 can be tightly attached to the key 120 and the housing 110, and further, the production cost can be reduced on the premise of realizing the waterproof effect.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 3 and 7, the elastic member 130 may include a key contact portion 131, an outer extension portion 132 and a housing contact portion 133, specifically, the key contact portion 131 is close to the pressing portion 121, the housing contact portion 133 is close to the edge region 112, the outer extension portion 132 is located between the key contact portion 131 and the housing contact portion 133, the key contact portion 131 is in interference fit with the key 120, and the housing contact portion 133 is in interference fit with the housing 110. The extension portion 132 may extend from the key contact portion 131 to the edge region 112 and extend to the housing contact portion 133, i.e., the elastic member 130 is integrally formed. It should be noted that the extending direction of the extending portion 132 intersects the pressing direction Z of the key 120, so that the extending portion 132 can be pressed to complete deformation during the pressing process of the key 120, and the elastic member 130 can not be deformed to affect the movement of the key 120. It can be understood that, in order to facilitate the movement of the key 120, the key contact portion 131 is opened with a first opening through which the abutting portion 122 moves.
Further, in some embodiments, as shown in fig. 8, an angle S is formed between the extending direction of the extending portion 132 and the pressing direction Z of the key 120, and the size of the angle S may affect the degree of deformability of the extending portion 132. Specifically, the included angle S may be between 0 ° and 60 °, so that the two ends of the extension portion 132 are deformed toward the inner side of the elastic member 130 during the compression deformation of the elastic member 130. More specifically, the included angle S may be between 0 ° and 30 °, so that the extension portion 132 may have good anti-elastic performance during the compression deformation of the elastic member 130, and avoid the elastic member 130 from being unable to smoothly recover after the compression deformation.
In some embodiments, the shape of the elastic member 130 may also be arbitrary. Specifically, the elastic member 130 may be solid, so that in the moving process of the key 120, liquid such as water cannot enter the inside of the housing 110 through the elastic member 130, and the waterproof performance of the elastic member 130 can be improved; the elastic member 130 may also be in the shape of the housing 110, and the elastic member 130 in the shape of the housing 110 may reduce the material cost of the elastic member 130 and the production cost to a certain extent, on the other hand, the size difference of the elastic member 130 in the shape of the housing 110 before and after being pressed and deformed is large, so that a larger moving space may be provided for the key 120, and the use by a user is facilitated. Further, the thickness of the elastic member 130 may also be different. The thickness of the elastic member 130 may be greater than 0.4mm or equal to 0.4mm, so that the use cost of raw materials can be reduced as much as possible while the elastic member 130 has certain elastic performance.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 3 and 5, the key 120 may further include a limiting portion 123, the limiting portion 123 is located on the same side of the abutting portion 122, the limiting portion 123 sequentially passes through the elastic element 130 and the second receiving groove 111B and then is clamped with the housing 110, specifically, a hook 123A is disposed on the limiting portion 123 at an end far away from the pressing portion 121, and the hook 123A is clamped with the housing 110, so as to prevent the key 120 from being separated from the housing 110 when the key is pressed and rebounded. It should be noted that the position-limiting portion 123, the pressing portion 121 and the abutting portion 122 can be integrally formed, so as to improve the integrity of the key 120 and avoid the phenomenon of partial falling off during the movement of the key 120.
Further, in some embodiments, the surface of the position-limiting portion 123 is formed with a position-limiting groove 123B. Specifically, the limiting groove 123B is disposed on a surface of the limiting portion 123 facing the second receiving groove 111B, and the limiting groove 123B extends along the pressing direction Z of the key 120. It should be noted that, in the pressing direction Z of the key 120, the length of the limiting groove 123B is greater than the length of the groove wall of the second receiving groove 111B, so that the groove wall of the second receiving groove 111B is embedded into the limiting groove 123B to limit the movement of the key 120. It can be understood that, the limiting portion 123 of the groove wall of the second receiving groove 111B is engaged with the limiting groove 123B, so that the movement of the key 120 is limited, on one hand, the key 120 is prevented from being separated from the predetermined position in the moving process, even if the key 120 moves between the release position a and the pressing position B, on the other hand, the limiting portion 123 is prevented from being separated from the housing 110 in the pressing and rebounding processes of the key 120, and further, the key 120 is prevented from being separated from the housing 110, and the stability of the key 120 in the moving process is improved.
Further, in some embodiments, as shown in fig. 5, the number of the position-limiting portions 123 may be plural, and for example, the number of the position-limiting portions 123 may be two. Specifically, in the pressing process of the key 120, the two limiting portions 123 may be disposed at two sides of the abutting portion 122, that is, the two limiting portions 123 may be disposed on the pressing portion 121 back to back, so that two ends of the pressing portion 121 may maintain a consistent height, and any one end of the key 120 is prevented from protruding, which may affect the waterproof performance of the key 120, and even when the protrusion of the key 120 is serious, the normal use of the key 120 may be affected.
