At one end of the nut post 3, a coupling hole 6 is opened in an axial direction thereof, and the coupling hole 6 is adapted to be screw-coupled with an external member so that the external member can be mounted to the elastic thin plate 10. The other end of the nut column 3 is provided with a nut head 5. The opening of the connecting hole 6 is arranged at one end of the nut column 3 back to the nut head 5. The nut head 5 of this embodiment is in the shape of a disk.

When the fastening member is attached to the elastic sheet 10, the fastening member is pressed into the attachment hole 1 of the elastic sheet 10, and the plurality of projections are engaged in the corresponding slots 2.
After the installation is completed, the lug can be matched with the slot 2 of the elastic thin plate 10, so that the torsion resistance force in the rotating direction is provided for the fastening piece, the fastening piece is prevented from rotating around the axis of the nut column 3 relative to the elastic thin plate 10, and a good locking effect is formed between the elastic thin plate 10 and the fastening piece. In use, as the installation between the external element and the fastener requires the use of an installation tool to provide an installation torque, the fastener is twisted, and as a result of the torsion provided to the nut stud 3, the lug is aligned with its corresponding slot 2 and thereby snaps into the slot 2.
The installation of the elastic thin plate 10 and the fastening piece of the embodiment does not need to make the elastic thin plate 10 generate the metal flow of plastic deformation, does not need to provide larger installation impact force, is simple and quick in installation mode, can simply and quickly press the fastening piece into the installation hole 1 of the elastic thin plate 10, and the elastic thin plate 10 enters the containing groove between the annular part 4 and the nut head 5 only through elastic deformation.
The convex block in the embodiment is a flower tooth 7, and the flower tooth 7 is arranged on the outer wall of the nut column 3. The four flower teeth 7 are uniformly distributed on the outer wall of the nut column 3. The elastic sheet 10 has a total of four slots 2. The serrations 7 and slots 2 are correspondingly arranged. Any one of the serrations 7 is capable of snapping into its corresponding slot 2. In practical application, the number of the teeth 7 can be adjusted according to the use requirement.

The length of the tendon 8 is smaller than that of the slot 2, and in practical application, the tendon length can be adjusted according to application and appearance requirements. The ring portion in this embodiment is a complete ring, in another alternative embodiment the ring portion is an interrupted ring. The discontinuous ring is equivalent to a plurality of gaps arranged on the complete ring.
