Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 shows a schematic structural diagram of an embodiment of a water outlet device provided by the present invention, which mainly includes a body, a rotating assembly, a fixing bolt 16, a decorative cover 17, a ball 18 and a ball spring 19.

The water outlet base 10 is a substantially bowl-shaped member, a cavity is formed in the middle of the member, a threaded connector is formed on the outer side wall, an internal water pipe connector 101 communicated with the threaded connector is formed on the inner side wall, and the internal water pipe connector 101 forms a water inlet port of the water outlet base 10. The inner side wall of the water outlet base 10 is provided with a plurality of water outlet surface cover fixing chucks 102 along the circumferential direction, and the side wall is also provided with a swinging piece mounting hole 106, and the swinging piece mounting hole 106 penetrates through the side wall of the water outlet base 10. The bottom wall of the inner side cavity of the water outlet seat 10 is provided with a collision bead mounting column 103, a bolt mounting column 104, an internal water pipe fixing chuck 105 and a bearing plate 107; the bolt mounting column 104 is arranged at the center of the bottom wall, and the top end surface of the bolt mounting column is provided with a threaded hole in a downward concave manner; the collision bead mounting column 103 is arranged on the side part of the bottom wall, and the inner side of the collision bead mounting column forms a collision bead mounting cavity with an upward opening, wherein the collision bead mounting cavity is a cylindrical cavity; the two internal water pipe fixing clamps 105 are used for being matched with the bottom wall to clamp other components; the receiving plate 107 is disposed at a side of the ball-joint mounting column 103, and is a plate-like structure extending upward relative to the bottom wall of the water outlet base 10.
The internal water connecting pipe 22 is shown in fig. 4, and comprises a tubular main body, a cylindrical structure with a length direction perpendicular to the extending direction of the tubular main body is arranged at one end of the tubular main body, the bottom of the cylindrical structure is closed, the upper end of the cylindrical structure is open, and an insertion cavity 221 with an upward opening is formed. The inner water pipe fixing member 223 is provided at both sides of the cylindrical structure, and the inner water pipe fixing member 223 has a plate-shaped structure with mounting holes. At the other end of the tubular body are two inscribed water pipe sealing ring grooves 222 for mounting the sealing rings.
The water outlet assembly comprises a water distribution disc 13, a water outlet panel 14 and a water outlet cover 15.
As shown in fig. 9, the water diversion disc 13 is provided with water outlet ports 131, the water outlet ports 131 penetrate through two sides of the water diversion disc 13 to guide water below the water diversion disc 13 to the upper side of the water diversion disc 13, the upper side surface of the water diversion disc 13 is further provided with a plurality of positioning column heads, and a through hole is arranged in the middle.
The water outlet panel 14 is provided with a plurality of water outlet column heads, and the positions of the water outlet column heads are staggered with the positioning column heads on the water distribution disc 13 and are used for forming water outlet. The positioning column head is abutted against the back surface of the water outlet panel 14, so that the water outlet panel 14 is tightly matched with the water outlet cover 15.
The outlet cover 15 is provided with a plurality of through holes with smaller diameters, the positions and the number of the through holes are consistent with those of the outlet studs on the outlet panel 14, and the outlet studs can penetrate through the through holes. A larger through hole is arranged in the middle of the water outlet surface cover 15, and a plurality of clamping grooves are also arranged on the periphery of the water outlet surface cover 15.
The water inlet joint 11 is a cylindrical member, and the inner side wall of one end of the water inlet joint is provided with threads, which can be matched with a threaded interface on the side wall of the water outlet base 10 to fix and communicate an external water inlet hose on the water outlet base 10.
The rear cover 12 is used to cover the lower surface of the water outlet base 10 (based on the direction shown in fig. 1), and is provided with a snap joint for snap-fastening with the water outlet base 10.
The internal water pipe 22 is fixed on the water outlet base 10 as shown in fig. 11, and the internal water pipe fixing pieces 223 at both sides are clamped on the internal water pipe fixing chuck 105, and then the internal water pipe 22 can be fixed by a fastener passing through the mounting hole. Meanwhile, the water inlet end of the internal water connecting pipe 22 is communicated with the internal water connecting pipe joint 101 on the water outlet base 10, and a sealing ring is sleeved on the internal water connecting pipe sealing ring groove 222 of the internal water connecting pipe 22, so that the internal water connecting pipe 22 and the water outlet base 10 can be connected in a sealing manner.
The positions and the number of the clamping grooves on the water outlet surface cover 15 are consistent with those of the water outlet surface cover fixing clamping heads 102 on the water outlet base 10, and the clamping grooves can be fixed on the water outlet base 10 in a clamping manner, and simultaneously fix the water distribution disc 13 and the water outlet panel 14.
The rotating assembly comprises a rotating joint 23, a water outlet joint 24, a swinging piece 21, a leather cup seat 25, a leather cup spring 26 and a plurality of sealing rings.
The rotary joint 23 is constructed as shown in fig. 3 and comprises a first pipe 231 and a second pipe 235 extending in a direction perpendicular to each other to change the direction of water flow. A rotary joint water inlet 233 is arranged at the lower end of the first pipe 231, and the rotary joint water inlet 233 forms a water inlet of the rotary joint 23 and is communicated with a water inlet port on the water outlet seat 10 to be connected with water inlet; a rotary joint water inlet seal groove 234 for installing a seal ring is provided at a lower position of the first pipe 231; a first tube-limiting surface 232 is disposed above the water inlet sealing groove 234 of the rotary joint, the first tube-limiting surface 232 is a planar region formed on the cylindrical outer sidewall of the first tube 231, and two first tube-limiting surfaces 232 are symmetrically disposed on two sides of the first tube 231. The right end of the second pipe 235 is provided with a rotary joint water outlet 236 for water outlet; a rotary joint water outlet seal ring groove 238 for installing a seal ring is formed at the right side position of the second pipe 235; four rotary joint clamping grooves 237 are arranged on the left side of the rotary joint water outlet sealing ring groove 238 and are divided into two groups which are arranged on the upper side and the lower side of the second pipe body 235 and used for realizing clamping matching with other components.
The structure of the water outlet joint 24 is shown in fig. 5, wherein a in fig. 5 shows the structure of the front surface of the water outlet joint 24, and B shows the structure of the back surface of the water outlet joint 24. As shown in the figure, the main structure of the water outlet joint 24 is an elliptic cylindrical member, a leather cup cavity 241 is formed in the inner side of the elliptic cylindrical member, the leather cup cavity 241 is a cavity with an upper opening, two spring sleeving columns 242 are arranged on the bottom wall of the leather cup cavity 241, and the spring sleeving columns 242 are in a cross shape. The side wall of the elliptic cylindrical member is provided with a water inlet structure, a water outlet joint water inlet 243 is arranged on the water inlet structure, two groups of water outlet joint chucks 244 are arranged on the upper side and the lower side of the water inlet structure, and each group of water outlet joint chucks 244 are provided with two water outlet joint chucks 244. A plate-shaped structure extending outward is disposed on the other side of the elliptic cylindrical member, three collision bead positioning grooves 245 are disposed on the back surface of the plate-shaped structure (shown in fig. 5B), and the collision bead positioning grooves 245 are disposed along the extending direction of the plate-shaped structure with a certain distance therebetween. Two limit baffles 246 are further provided at both sides of the ball-hitting positioning groove 245, and the limit baffles 246 are formed to extend outward from the rear surface of the plate-shaped member.
The structure of the cup holder 25 is shown in fig. 7 and 9, which is a rubber cup made of rubber material, and the cup holder is substantially elliptical, and the upper surface of the cup holder 25 is provided with a water outlet 251.
The swinging member 21 has a structure as shown in fig. 6, which includes a key 211 and a snap ring 212 integrally formed, and taking the direction shown in fig. 6 as an example, the front and back sides of the key 211 are obliquely arranged, and the oblique direction is from left to right towards the central axis direction of the swinging member 21, which makes the length of the left side of the key 211 larger than the length of the right side of the key 211. The snap ring 212 is disposed at an inner side position of the key 211, and a main portion thereof is a through ring structure, two snap ring limiting surfaces 213 are symmetrically disposed on an inner side wall surface of the ring structure, and the snap ring limiting surfaces 213 are planar regions formed on the inner side wall of the ring structure having a radian.
As shown in fig. 7, 8 and 9, the water inlet structure of the water outlet connector 24 and the second tube 235 of the rotary connector 23 are clamped and fixed by the clamping structure provided thereon, and the sealing ring is sleeved on the rotary connector water outlet sealing ring groove 238 on the rotary connector 23 to realize sealing fit therebetween; the leather cup seat 25 has the same shape and size as the leather cup cavity 241, can be arranged in the leather cup cavity 241, and meanwhile, the leather cup spring 26 is also arranged in the leather cup cavity 241, one end of the leather cup spring is sleeved on the spring sleeve connecting column 242 on the leather cup cavity 241 so as to be abutted against the bottom wall of the leather cup cavity 241, and the other end of the leather cup spring is abutted against the bottom surface of the leather cup seat 25.
The ball 18 is a small-volume cylindrical member that is open at the bottom and forms a chamber inward.
The overall assembly relationship of the water outlet device provided by the present embodiment is explained below.
The collision bead 18 is installed in the collision bead installation cavity of the collision bead installation column 103 on the water outlet seat 10, one end of the collision bead spring 19 is inserted into the cavity inside the collision bead 18, and the other end is abutted to the bottom wall of the collision bead installation cavity.
The size of the first tube 231 of the rotary joint 23 is adapted to the size of the insertion cavity 221 of the internal water pipe 22, and is adapted to the size of the snap ring 212 on the swinging member 21, and the position of the snap ring limiting surface 213 on the snap ring 212 corresponds to the position of the first tube limiting surface 232 on the first tube 231. During assembly, after the internal water pipe 22 is fixed to the water outlet base 10, the swinging member 21 passes through the swinging member mounting hole 106 on the side wall of the water outlet base 10, then the retaining ring 212 on the swinging member 21 reaches above the plugging cavity 221 of the internal water pipe 22, then the first pipe 231 of the rotary joint 23 passes through the retaining ring 212 and is plugged into the plugging cavity 221, and the sealing ring is sleeved on the water inlet sealing ring groove 234 of the rotary joint, so that the rotary joint 23 and the internal water pipe 22 can be in sealing fit. Meanwhile, the snap ring 212 is engaged with the first tube 231 in a rotation-stop manner, and the rotary joint 23 rotates when the swinging member 21 rotates.
After the water outlet connector 24 is clamped and fixed on the rotary connector 23, the bottom of the water outlet connector 24 abuts against the bearing plate 107 on the water outlet base 10, and the position of the water outlet connector 24 is more stable through the bearing plate 107. Meanwhile, one of the ball-hitting positioning grooves 245 on the water outlet connector 24 is also matched with the ball-hitting 18, when the water outlet connector 24 rotates along with the rotary connector 23, the ball-hitting 18 is placed into different ball-hitting positioning grooves 245, the rotation of the water outlet connector 24 can be limited to a certain extent, and a gear feeling can be provided for the operation of a user. The limit stop 246 on the outlet fitting 24 may limit the maximum range of movement of the outlet fitting 24 by abutting against the ball-impact mounting post 103. Of course, when the gear structure is not arranged, the water outlet device can also realize stepless flow regulation.
Then, the water distribution disk 13 and the water outlet panel 14 are sequentially arranged above the water outlet connector 24, the position of the water outlet port 131 on the water distribution disk 13 is approximately located at the position of the water outlet 251 of the leather bowl seat 25, so that an initial position where the water outlet 251 and the water outlet port 131 are completely overlapped is determined, then the water outlet cover 15 is clamped and fixed on the water outlet seat 10, then the fixing bolt 16 penetrates through the water outlet cover 15, the water outlet panel 14 and the water distribution disk 13 and then is in threaded connection with the bolt mounting column 104 on the water outlet seat 10, so that the water outlet assembly is completely fixed on the water outlet seat 10, and then the decorative cover 17 is covered at the through hole on the water outlet cover 15.
Then, by pressing the button 211, the water outlet of the water outlet device can be controlled and the water outlet flow of the water outlet device can be adjusted.
As shown in fig. 11, 12 and 13, when the position of the water distribution disc 13 is fixed, the button 211 is pressed, the water outlet connector 24 is switched among the three positions shown in the figure, and when the water outlet connector is switched to the position, the position positioning groove 245 of the collision bead cooperates with the collision bead 18 to define the position of the water outlet connector 24. For example, when the water outlet joint 24 reaches the position shown in fig. 13, the water outlet 251 on the cup seat 25 completely coincides with the water outlet 131 on the water diversion disc 13, and the water flow is maximum at this time; when the water outlet joint 24 reaches the position shown in fig. 12, the water outlet 251 on the cup seat 25 is partially overlapped with the water outlet 131 on the water diversion disc 13, and the water flow is at a medium level; when the water outlet joint 24 reaches the position shown in fig. 11, the water outlet 251 on the cup seat 25 is completely misaligned with the water outlet 131 on the water diversion disc 13, and the water outlet is cut off.
The water outlet device provided by the utility model has the functions of suspending water outlet and adjusting the water outlet flow, the water paths are arranged inside the rotating joint 23 and the water outlet joint 24, so that the water outlet device is not influenced by water pressure during operation, and meanwhile, the position of the water outlet 251 can be changed along with the rotation of the rotating component, so that the internal structure of the water outlet device is simplified, a plurality of water paths are not required to be arranged to realize different water passing, the overall structure is more compact and simpler than that of a common water outlet device, the assembly process is simpler, the manufacturing cost is reduced, and the water outlet device is convenient to overhaul.
