7. The lamp support according to claim 6, wherein the clip comprises a clip body and a latch, one end of the clip body is connected with the support, the latch is disposed at the other end of the clip body, and the latch is used for being in snap fit with the lens.
8. The lamp holder according to claim 6, wherein the clamping portion is provided with at least two deformation slots, and an end of each deformation slot away from the holder is provided with an opening; and one clamping piece is arranged between every two adjacent deformation grooves.
9. A lamp holder according to any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein said holder is further provided with a light aperture, said light aperture communicating with said mounting slot.

A lamp comprising a light source board, a tail clip wire and the lamp holder as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9, wherein the light source board is mounted in the mounting groove of the lamp holder, the tail clip wire is inserted into the mounting hole of the lamp holder, and the light source board is electrically connected to the tail clip wire.
