The container closure of claim 8 wherein the closure body has a third sleeve defining a central through passage, the flexible sleeve drive member includes a torus and a fourth sleeve intermediate the torus, the fourth sleeve is in nested engagement with the third sleeve, and the annular waist-shaped groove is located on the outside of the fourth sleeve and circumferentially extends from the lower surface of the torus and outwardly projects from the upper surface of the torus.

The container closure of claim 10 wherein the outer walls of the first and third sleeves are formed with a plurality of vertical anti-rotation ribs, and the inner wall of the second sleeve and the fourth sleeve are formed with a plurality of anti-rotation grooves corresponding to the anti-rotation ribs; and/or the outer walls of the second sleeve and the third sleeve are provided with contact ribs.
12. The container closure of any of claims 1-3 wherein the knob is a unitary structure with the rotational connector.
13. A container comprising a container body having an opening and a sealing cap for sealing the opening, wherein the sealing cap is the container sealing cap of any one of claims 1 to 12, an annular rib or a step surface is provided on an inner wall of the container body near the opening, and the flexible sleeve is compressed and expanded to abut against a lower end surface of the rib or the step surface in a sealing state.
