The permeation side separation net can bear extra normal stress due to the high pressure commonly existing on the water inlet side in the roll-type membrane component, and compared with the conventional permeation side separation net of the roll-type membrane component, the polypropylene high-molecular hard elastic membrane provides effective back lining for the membrane in the roll-type membrane component and protects the membrane from being damaged by external force; and the polypropylene macromolecule hard elastic membrane has a relatively irregular network pore structure, so that a wider flow channel space is provided for penetrating fluid which penetrates through the membrane and enters a permeation side, namely, the obstruction of feed liquid separation in the process of pressure-driven membrane filtration is reduced, the system operation pressure is reduced, the service life of the membrane assembly is prolonged, and the energy conservation and consumption reduction of the roll-type membrane assembly are facilitated.
The utility model adopts the polypropylene high polymer material meeting the requirements of membrane module manufacturing hardness and stability to manufacture the polypropylene high polymer hard elastic membrane to replace the traditional spiral membrane element permeation side separation net, and the network pore structure of the polypropylene high polymer hard elastic membrane provides wide flow channel space for the permeation liquid entering the permeation side through the membrane, thereby effectively improving the water flux in the membrane filtration process. The polypropylene macromolecule hard elastic membrane replaces the traditional roll-type membrane component permeation side separation net, the integral performance of the roll-type membrane component is effectively improved on the one hand from the aspect of membrane component manufacturing technology, and the application method is simple and beneficial to industrial realization.
Experimental results show that 2 pages of the polyamide reverse osmosis composite membrane are cut into 2 groups of membranes, a water inlet side separation net with the thickness of 22mil which is traditionally applied is arranged between folded active separation layers of the membranes, the permeation side separation net between the membrane groups is replaced by the polypropylene high polymer hard elastic membrane, the thickness of the adopted polypropylene high polymer hard elastic membrane is 29mil, the pore diameter is 8mm, the length of a perforated central tube is 12 inches, the membrane groups and the polypropylene high polymer hard elastic membrane are sequentially wound and wrapped on the perforated central tube, and a 1812 type spiral wound polyamide reverse osmosis composite membrane element is obtained after glue is solidified. The spiral wound polyamide reverse osmosis composite membrane element rolled by the polypropylene high-molecular hard elastic membrane is applied, according to the requirements of 1812 household reverse osmosis membrane element water yield more than or equal to 0.15m3/d and stable desalination rate more than or equal to 96% in the national standard document GB/T34241-2017 wound polyamide composite reverse osmosis membrane element, the obtained membrane element water yield is 0.166m3/d, the water yield of the membrane element is effectively increased by more than 10%, and the desalination rate is stabilized at more than 99.5%.
For further illustration of the present invention, the following will describe a rolled membrane module in detail with reference to the following examples, but it should be understood that these examples are implemented on the premise of the technical solution of the present invention, and the detailed implementation and specific operation procedures are given only for further illustration of the features and advantages of the present invention, not for limiting the claims of the present invention, and the protection scope of the present invention is not limited to the following examples.
Example 1
The diaphragm used for rolling the roll-type membrane assembly is cut into a 45-60 cm diaphragm assembly along the length direction of the diaphragm, the cut diaphragm is folded along the width edge direction with a blank of 1-2 cm, the diaphragm active separation layer faces inwards and the diaphragm supporting layer faces outwards during folding, the water inlet side separation net with the same size is placed between the folded diaphragm active layers according to the size of the cut diaphragm, and in addition, the diaphragm assemblies are separated by a polypropylene high-polymer hard elastic membrane.
Wherein, the membrane is a high desalting polyamide reverse osmosis composite membrane sold in the company, the thickness of the polypropylene hard elastic membrane is 28mil, and the aperture is 10 mm. The molecular weight of the polypropylene hard elastic membrane is 300kDa, and the elastic modulus is 1.2 Gpa. The side of intaking separates the net for polypropylene material, thickness is 22mil traditional application and separates the net.
According to the sequence of the polypropylene macromolecule hard elastic membrane and the membrane group (the middle is provided with the water inlet side separation net), the membrane group is tightly wrapped on the perforated central tube in a winding mode after being glued, and finally the periphery is wound and sealed by an adhesive tape to obtain the 1812 type roll-up membrane component.
The obtained 1812 type roll-type membrane component is evaluated according to the test requirements of 1812 household reverse osmosis membrane components in the national standard document GB/T34241-containing 2017 roll-type polyamide composite reverse osmosis membrane component, namely 250 +/-5 mg/L NaCl test solution, 0.41 +/-0.02 MPa test pressure, 7.5 +/-0.5 test solution pH value and 15 +/-1% recovery rateAnd the water yield of the obtained roll-type membrane module is 0.166m3And d, the water yield of the membrane element is higher than that of a 1812 household reverse osmosis membrane element in a national standard document GB/T34241-containing 2017 rolled polyamide composite reverse osmosis membrane element (the water yield is not less than 0.15 m)3And d) effectively improving the salt rejection rate by 10.7 percent and stabilizing the salt rejection rate to more than 99.5 percent.
Example 2

1. A roll-type membrane component is characterized by comprising a membrane and a permeate side separation net arranged on the permeate side of the membrane;
the permeation side separation net is a polypropylene hard elastic film;
the spiral-wound membrane module further comprises a water inlet side separation net, a perforated central pipe and a shell, wherein the water inlet side separation net, the perforated central pipe and the shell are arranged on the other side of the membrane.
2. The rolled membrane module according to claim 1, characterized in that it comprises a membrane sheet and a spacer mesh;
the membrane comprises one or more of a reverse osmosis membrane, a nanofiltration membrane, an ultrafiltration membrane, a microfiltration membrane and a pervaporation membrane.
3. The rolled membrane module according to claim 1, characterized in that the spacer mesh comprises a permeate side spacer mesh;
the separation net also comprises a water inlet side separation net.
4. The roll film assembly of claim 1 wherein the polypropylene hard elastic film has a thickness of 20 to 35 mil;
the aperture of the polypropylene hard elastic membrane is 1-10 mm.
5. The roll-type membrane module according to claim 1, characterized in that the molecular weight of the polypropylene hard elastic membrane is 180-400 kDa;
the elastic modulus of the polypropylene hard elastic film is 0.9-2.8 Gpa;
the membrane comprises one or more of a reverse osmosis membrane, a nanofiltration membrane, an ultrafiltration membrane, a microfiltration membrane and a pervaporation membrane.
6. The roll-type membrane module according to claim 1, wherein the water inlet side barrier net is made of polyethylene, polypropylene, polyethylene terephthalate, polyacrylonitrile or polystyrene;
the thickness of the water inlet side separation net is 13-27 mil.
7. The rolled membrane module according to claim 6, wherein said membrane sheets are composited with active separation layers facing inwards and support layers facing outwards to form a membrane sheet set;
the compounding comprises one or more of folding, pressing, bonding, kneading and rolling;
and a water inlet side separation net is arranged between the active separation layers of the membrane group.
8. The membrane roll assembly according to claim 7 wherein the set of membranes comprises a single set or multiple sets;
a permeation side separation net is arranged between the membrane groups;
and a permeation side separation net is arranged between the membrane group and the perforated central pipe.
9. The rolled membrane module according to claim 8, wherein the number of the plurality of groups is 2 to 10 groups;
the perforated center tube is 9-19 inches in length.
10. The rolled membrane module according to claim 8, characterized in that the permeate side barrier web, membrane sheet group are wound in sequence and wrapped on a perforated central tube;
and the membrane group are sealed and compounded.
