Abstract
A masking device for securing and masking a portion of a preform, comprising: the first mask comprises a first body and a first magnet arranged on the first body; the second shade comprises a second body and a second magnet arranged on the second body; the first body and the second body together form an accommodating space for accommodating the preform, the first magnet and the second magnet are mutually attracted to fix the preform in the accommodating space, and the dimension of the preform in at least one direction is larger than that of the first mask or the second mask, so that the preform is exposed out of the first mask and the second mask.

Technical Field
The application relates to the field of jigs, especially, relate to a shielding device.
Background
In the baking finish process, the preform needs to be masked for baking finish. The traditional shielding device needs to additionally arrange an opening on the prefabricated product so as to be mutually clamped with a clamping hook of the shielding device, thereby shielding the prefabricated product; in addition, the opening is also required to reserve enough space for the hook to extend into or take out, so that the combination of the prefabricated product and the shielding device is unstable due to the reserved space, and paint overflow is caused by shaking in the paint baking process.
SUMMERY OF THE UTILITY MODEL
In view of the above, it is desirable to provide a masking device that is stable and does not require a vent to be formed in the preform to solve the above problems.
A masking device for securing and masking a portion of a preform, comprising: the first mask comprises a first body and a first magnet arranged on the first body; the second shade comprises a second body and a second magnet arranged on the second body; the first body and the second body together form an accommodating space for accommodating the preform, the first magnet and the second magnet are mutually attracted to fix the preform in the accommodating space, and the dimension of the preform in at least one direction is larger than that of the first mask or the second mask, so that the preform is exposed out of the first mask and the second mask.
Further, the first magnet and the first body are of an integral structure, and the second magnet and the second body are of an iron structure.
Further, the first magnet is detachably disposed on the ground surface of the first body, and the second magnet is detachably disposed on the surface of the second body.
Further, the first magnet and the first body are of an integral structure, and the second magnet is detachably arranged on the surface of the second body.
Further, the first magnet is detachably arranged on the surface of the first body, and the second magnet and the second body are of an integral structure.
Further, the material of the first body and/or the second body comprises a ferromagnetic substance.
Further, the ferromagnetic substance includes at least one of iron, nickel, and cobalt.
Further, the first body is further provided with a protrusion, and the protrusion faces the second body.
According to the shielding device, the prefabricated product can be shielded for processing by the mutual attraction of the first magnet and the second magnet which are respectively arranged on the first body and the second body, and an additional opening is not required to be arranged on the prefabricated product to fix the prefabricated product; when taking out the prefabricated product, the first body is separated from the second body, and the prefabricated product and the shielding device cannot be damaged; in addition, the shielding device provided by the application is tightly combined with the prefabricated product, no extra space for the buckle to go in and out is needed, and paint overflow cannot be generated in the paint baking process; moreover, the shielding device provided by the application is convenient and flexible to use and low in cost.

Referring to fig. 1 and 2, embodiments of the present application provide a masking device 100, wherein the masking device 100 is used to fix and mask a portion of a preform 30, so as to facilitate processing, such as a baking finish process, of the unmasked preform 30. In one embodiment, the preform 30 is a mobile phone housing, which is exemplary only and not limiting.
The shielding apparatus 100 comprises a first mask 10 and a second mask 20, wherein the first mask 10 and the second mask 20 are mutually covered to form a containing space for containing and fixing the preform 30, wherein the dimension of the preform 30 in at least one direction is larger than that of the first mask 10 or the second mask 20, so that part of the surface of the preform 30 is exposed out of the first mask 10 and the second mask 20, and the unmasked surface can be processed. Including but not limited to length and width.
In the present embodiment, if a portion of the surface of the preform 30 is to be subjected to the baking finish treatment, the surface to be subjected to the baking finish treatment is exposed to the outside of the first shade 10 and the second shade 20, and the surface not to be subjected to the baking finish treatment is shielded by the first shade 10 and the second shade 20.
The first mask 10 includes a first body 12 and a first magnet 14. The second shroud 20 includes a second body 22 and a second magnet 24.
In some embodiments, the first magnet 14 may be disposed in the first body 12 in a unitary structure with the first body 12; the second magnet 24 is disposed in the second body 22 and is integrated with the second body 22. The first body 12 and the second body 22 form the accommodating space in which the preform 30 is placed, and the first magnet 14 and the second magnet 24 are attracted to each other, thereby partially accommodating the preform 30 in the accommodating space formed by the first mask 10 and the second mask 20. The first mask 10 and the second mask 20 are of a unitary structure, and are convenient to use, namely, the prefabricated product 30 can be masked to be processed by two parts; at the same time, disassembly is easy, and the preform 30 can be taken out by separating the first shade 10 and the second shade 20 from each other by force, without damaging the first shade 10, the second shade 20, and the preform 30.
In some embodiments, the first magnet 14 is detachably disposed on the surface of the first body 12, and the second magnet 24 is detachably disposed on the surface of the second body 22, wherein the number of the first magnet 14 and the second magnet 24 is not limited, and may be one or more. The first body 12 and the second body 22 form the accommodating space, the preform 30 is disposed in the accommodating space, the first magnet 14 and the second magnet 24 are disposed on two surfaces of the first body 12 and the second body 22, which face away from each other, respectively, and the preform 30 is accommodated in the accommodating space formed by the first mask 10 and the second mask 20 by the mutual attraction force of the first magnet 14 and the second magnet 24. A detachable first shade 10 and a detachable second shade 20, the positions of the first magnet 14 and the second magnet 24 can be adjusted according to requirements; meanwhile, the number of the first magnet 14 and the second magnet 24 can be adjusted according to the magnitude of the attractive force, and the first shade 10 and the second shade 20 can be flexibly used.
It is understood that in some embodiments, the first magnet 14 and the first body 12 and the second magnet 24 and the second body 22 may be combined. For example, the first magnet 14 is integrated with the first body 12, and the second magnet 24 is detachably coupled with the second body 22; alternatively, the first magnet 14 is detachably coupled to the first body 12, and the second magnet 24 is integrally formed with the second body 22.
In some embodiments, the material of the first body 12 and/or the second body 22 includes a ferromagnetic material, such as at least one of iron, nickel and cobalt, so that the first magnet 14 is attached to the first body 12, and the second magnet 24 is attached to the second body 22, thereby preventing the first magnet 14 or the second magnet 24 from being lost; in addition, during use, the first magnet 14 can attract the second body 22 via the first body 12 and the preform 30, and the second magnet 24 can attract the first body 12 via the second body 22 and the preform 30, so as to attract the first body 12 more, thereby increasing the bonding force between the first mask 10 and the second mask 20.
Further, the surface of the preform 30 facing the first body 12 has grooves (not shown). The first body 12 is further provided with a protrusion 122, and the protrusion 122 is disposed toward the second body 22, i.e., away from the surface on which the first magnet 14 is disposed. The protrusion 122 may be disposed substantially along the sidewall forming the groove, with the length of the protrusion 122 substantially matching the depth of the recess of the groove. The protrusions 122 may serve as stops to prevent displacement of the preform 30 during processing of the preform 30.
The masking device 100 provided by the present application can mask the preform 30 for processing by the attraction of the first magnet 14 and the second magnet 24 respectively disposed on the first body 12 and the second body 22, without providing an additional opening on the preform 30 to fix the preform 30; when the preform 30 is removed, the first body 12 is separated from the second body 22 without damaging either the preform 30 or the masking device 100; in addition, the shielding device 100 provided by the present application is tightly combined with the prefabricated product 30, no additional space for the buckle to go in and out is required, and no paint overflow is generated in the paint baking process; furthermore, the shielding device 100 provided by the present application is convenient and flexible to use, and has a low cost.
Although the present application has been described in detail with reference to the preferred embodiments, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes may be made and equivalents may be substituted without departing from the spirit and scope of the present application.
Claims (8)
1. A masking device for securing and masking a portion of a preform, comprising:
the first shade comprises a first body and a first magnet arranged on the first body; and
the second shade comprises a second body and a second magnet arranged on the second body;
the first body and the second body jointly form an accommodating space for accommodating the prefabricated product, the first magnet and the second magnet are mutually attracted to fix the prefabricated product in the accommodating space, and the size of the prefabricated product in at least one direction is larger than that of the first mask or the second mask, so that part of the prefabricated product is exposed out of the first mask and the second mask.
2. The shield of claim 1, wherein the first magnet is of unitary construction with the first body and the second magnet is of ferrous construction with the second body.
3. The shielding apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein the first magnet is detachably disposed on a surface of the first body, and the second magnet is detachably disposed on a surface of the second body.
4. The shielding device as claimed in claim 1, wherein said first magnet is integrally formed with said first body, and said second magnet is detachably mounted on said second body.
5. The shielding device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the first magnet is detachably disposed on the surface of the first body, and the second magnet is integrated with the second body.
6. A screening arrangement according to claim 1, c h a r a c t e r i z e d in that the material of the first body and/or the second body comprises a ferromagnetic substance.
7. The shade device of claim 6, wherein the ferromagnetic substance comprises one of iron, nickel, and cobalt.
8. A screening arrangement according to claim 1, c h a r a c t e r i z e d in that the first body is further provided with a projection, which is arranged towards the second body.
