Abstract

本实用新型旨在提供一种集合冷热水连接器并且能够有效节省空间和避免资源浪费的多歧管连接器。本实用新型包括底座、热水连接器和冷水连接器,所述热水连接器和所述冷水连接器均设置在所述底座上,所述热水连接器上具有进水口,所述冷水连接器具有出水口,所述底座的底部设有若干个第一通水管和若干个第二通水管,若干个所述第一通水管贯穿所述底座并与所述热水连接器相连通,若干个所述第二通水管贯穿所述底座并与所述冷水连接器相连通。本实用新型应用于分水管连接器的技术领域。

本实用新型涉及一种分水管连接器的技术领域,特别涉及一种多歧管连接器。
背景技术
热泵供热的室内散热器通常用盘管,盘管汇流到主管道时,通常采用焊接方式,将进水管多根管道汇集焊接到一个进水接头上,出水管也同样汇集焊接到一个出水接头上。管道接头制备和焊接工艺非常复杂,质量难以保障,焊接时间长,产能低。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的不足,提供了一种集合冷热水连接器并且能够有效节省空间和避免资源浪费的多歧管连接器。
本实用新型所采用的技术方案是:本实用新型包括底座、热水连接器和冷水连接器,所述热水连接器和所述冷水连接器均设置在所述底座上,所述热水连接器上具有进水口,所述冷水连接器具有出水口,所述底座的底部设有若干个第一通水管和若干个第二通水管,若干个所述第一通水管贯穿所述底座并与所述热水连接器相连通,若干个所述第二通水管贯穿所述底座并与所述冷水连接器相连通。
进一步地,所述热水连接器和所述冷水连接器上均设有堵头,所述堵头配合设有卡簧,所述卡簧配合设有卡扣。
进一步地,所述热水连接器和所述冷水连接器均呈仿L型结构。
进一步地,所述底座的周边上向外延伸有托板。
进一步地,所述进水口和所述出水口处设有水管接头。
进一步地,所述底座、所述热水连接器和所述冷水连接器为一体成型结构。
进一步地,所述第一通水管与所述热水连接器之间以及所述第二通水管与所述冷水连接器之间均设有密封结构,所述密封结构包括两密封圈以及设于两所述密封圈之间的隔片。
进一步地,所述底座的底部设有盖板,所述第一通水管和所述第二通水管通过所述盖板配合螺栓设置在所述底座上。
本实用新型具有以下有益效果:
多歧管连接器包括底座、热水连接器和冷水连接器,所述热水连接器和所述冷水连接器均设置在所述底座上,所述热水连接器上具有进水口,所述冷水连接器具有出水口,所述底座的底部设有若干个第一通水管和若干个第二通水管,若干个所述第一通水管贯穿所述底座并与所述热水连接器相连通,若干个所述第二通水管贯穿所述底座并与所述冷水连接器相连通。热泵热水输出端连接所述热水连接器上的所述进水口,使得热水从所述进水口流进并从若干个所述第一通水管流出各个需升温的区域,经过升温冷却后的冷水从若干个所述第二通水管流进所述冷水连接器,并最后最终从所述冷水连接器上的所述出水口流回到热泵回水管储水区,以此循环;相比传统的热冷水连接器分开的安装方式,本实用新型通过将所述热水连接器和所述冷水连接器集装在所述底座上,大大节省空间并且避免过多水管驳接造成的资源浪费。

具体实施方式
如图1和图2所示,在本实施例中,本实用新型包括底座1、热水连接器2和冷水连接器3,所述热水连接器2和所述冷水连接器3均设置在所述底座1上,所述热水连接器2上具有进水口4,所述冷水连接器3具有出水口5,所述底座1的底部设有若干个第一通水管6和若干个第二通水管7,若干个所述第一通水管6贯穿所述底座1并与所述热水连接器2相连通,若干个所述第二通水管7贯穿所述底座1并与所述冷水连接器3相连通。
由上述方案可见,热水从所述热水连接器2上的所述进水口4流进并从若干个所述第一通水管6流出至各个需散热的区域,经过散热冷却后的冷水从若干个所述第二通水管7流进所述冷水连接器3,并最终从所述冷水连接器3上的所述出水口5流回储水区,以此循环。
一个优选方案是,如图1所示,所述热水连接器2和所述冷水连接器3上均设有堵头8,所述堵头8配合设有卡簧9,所述卡簧9配合设有卡扣10;所述热水连接器2和所述冷水连接器3均呈仿L型结构;所述底座1的周边上向外延伸有托板11;所述进水口4和所述出水口5处设有水管接头11。
由上述方案可见,所述堵头8、所述卡簧9和所述卡扣10的设置,所述卡簧9的设置保证了所述堵头8的密封性,所述卡扣10的设置,用于限制所述卡簧9位置,防止所述卡簧9偏位,最终使得所述热水连接器2和所述冷水连接器3内部形成密封空间;所述托槽11的设置,使得所述热水连接器2和所述冷水连接器3。
由上述方案可见,如图1和图2所示,所述底座1、所述热水连接器2和所述冷水连接器3为一体成型结构;所述第一通水管6与所述热水连接器2之间以及所述第二通水管7与所述冷水连接器3之间均设有密封结构,所述密封结构包括两密封圈13以及设于两所述密封圈13之间的隔片14;所述底座1的底部设有盖板15,所述第一通水管6和所述第二通水管7通过所述盖板15配合螺栓设置在所述底座1上。

Claims (8)

1.一种多歧管连接器,其特征在于:它包括底座(1)、热水连接器(2)和冷水连接器(3),所述热水连接器(2)和所述冷水连接器(3)均设置在所述底座(1)上,所述热水连接器(2)上具有进水口(4),所述冷水连接器(3)具有出水口(5),所述底座(1)的底部设有若干个第一通水管(6)和若干个第二通水管(7),若干个所述第一通水管(6)贯穿所述底座(1)并与所述热水连接器(2)相连通,若干个所述第二通水管(7)贯穿所述底座(1)并与所述冷水连接器(3)相连通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的多歧管连接器,其特征在于:所述热水连接器(2)和所述冷水连接器(3)上均设有堵头(8),所述堵头(8)配合设有卡簧(9),所述卡簧(9)配合设有卡扣(10)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的多歧管连接器,其特征在于:所述热水连接器(2)和所述冷水连接器(3)均呈仿L型结构。
4.根据权利要求1所述的多歧管连接器,其特征在于:所述底座(1)的周边上向外延伸有托板(11)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的多歧管连接器,其特征在于:所述进水口(4)和所述出水口(5)处设有水管接头(12)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的多歧管连接器,其特征在于:所述底座(1)、所述热水连接器(2)和所述冷水连接器(3)为一体成型结构。
7.根据权利要求1所述的多歧管连接器,其特征在于:所述第一通水管(6)与所述热水连接器(2)之间以及所述第二通水管(7)与所述冷水连接器(3)之间均设有密封结构,所述密封结构包括两密封圈(13)以及设于两所述密封圈(13)之间的隔片(14)。
8.根据权利要求1所述的多歧管连接器,其特征在于:所述底座(1)的底部设有盖板(15),所述第一通水管(6)和所述第二通水管(7)通过所述盖板(15)配合螺栓设置在所述底座(1)上。
