Abstract
The present invention relates to a system window having a casement window, in which a glass fixed window is provided at one side of the inside of a window frame, a casement window is openably and closably provided at the other side opening of the inside of the window frame, and the casement window is composed of one profile, thereby facilitating processing and assembly, eliminating the disadvantages of a small system window by appropriate ventilation and expansion of the visual field, and increasing the amount of daylighting.
Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a system window, and more particularly, to a system window having a casement window, which can eliminate the disadvantages of a small system window by appropriate ventilation and enlargement of a visual field and can increase a lighting amount.
Background
Generally, a sash constituting a casement window or a sliding window is assembled into a square frame shape by at least four profiles, and then glass is combined inside the sash. Then, the sash having the above structure is coupled to the window frame by hardware, and the opening/closing window which can be opened and closed in a casement or push-pull manner is completed.
In addition, an insect net for closing the opening is provided outside the window frame to prevent external vermin or other foreign materials from entering the room through the opening when the opening and closing window is opened.
As for such a system window, prior published patent nos. 10-2013-0091433 (published 2013.08.19) and the like are proposed.
In this case, when the conventional window is a large-sized system window, it is possible to ensure appropriate ventilation by opening and closing the window sash, and also to ensure a sufficient field of view.
However, a small window provided in a kitchen is formed of at least four profiles to form a square frame, and thus there is a problem in that a window sash is limited to a minimum width by the specifications of hardware and glass.
In particular, in the case of a pair of casement windows, a hidden stile needs to be formed in the middle, which inevitably results in a reduced external view.
In addition, the fixed insect-proof net frame installed on the flat-open window is fixed on the outer side of the window frame by screw fixation or mechanical combination.
However, when the insect net is broken, it is difficult to detach the frame of the conventional fixed insect net, and when it is remounted, it is necessary to perform work outside the building, so that it is difficult to maintain it.
SUMMERY OF THE UTILITY MODEL
Technical problem
The present invention has been made to solve the above problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a system window (system window) having a casement window, in which a glass fixed window is provided at one side of the inside of a window frame, the casement window is openably and closably provided at an opening portion at the other side of the inside of the window frame, and the casement window is formed of one section bar, thereby facilitating processing and assembly, eliminating disadvantages of a small system window by appropriate ventilation and expansion of a visual field, and increasing a lighting amount.
Technical scheme
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a system window, comprising: a window frame; the glass fixed window is fixedly arranged on one side of the interior of the window frame; and the casement window is arranged on the opening part at the other side in the window frame in an openable and closable manner, wherein the casement window is composed of a section bar main body.
Advantageous effects
In the present invention thus constituted, the openable and closable casement window is formed from one profile, thereby reducing the number of working steps and the unit cost, and in particular facilitating installation.
In addition, the window can be opened to perform proper ventilation, and the window can be fixed by glass to enlarge the visual field, thereby eliminating the defects of the window of a small system and increasing the lighting amount.
In addition, the anti-insect net frame can be disassembled and assembled at the indoor side, so that the anti-insect net frame is convenient to maintain when the anti-insect net is damaged.

Detailed Description
Hereinafter, the configuration and operation of the embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
Note that, when reference numerals are given to components in each drawing, the same components are given the same reference numerals as much as possible even when they are shown in different drawings.
Fig. 1 is an indoor side elevation view of a system window with a casement window according to the present invention, and fig. 2 is a partially cut-away perspective view showing the casement window of the system window with a casement window according to the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, a system window 1 having a casement window according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention includes a window frame 10, a glass fixed window 20, and a casement window 100.
The structure of the present invention is specifically described below.
First, the window frame 10 constitutes the main outer framework of the system window 1 in the form of a square frame, and the opening inside the window frame 10 is divided left and right by at least one mullion 11.
The glass fixing window 20 is fixedly installed at one side of the inner portion of the window frame 10. At this time, the glass fixing window 20 can maintain airtightness and be firmly fixedly disposed through the conventional assembly structure of the gasket and the glass bead.
Referring to fig. 3, the casement window 100 is openably and closably provided in an opening S on the other side of the interior partitioned by the mullions 11 of the window frame 10 by a hinge assembly 130.
In this case, the casement window 100 is formed of a synthetic resin material, preferably PVC (Poly Vinyl Chloride) material, and is extrusion-molded into one profile body 110.
That is, a window sash constituting a conventional casement window is assembled into a square frame shape by at least four sectional materials and a glass window is assembled inside the window sash. In contrast, since the casement window 100 of the present invention is extruded as one body corresponding to the opening S, the manufacturing process and unit cost can be reduced.
In this case, the casement window 100 is formed of one body, and thus has a closed structure without an opening therein. By forming the glass fixed window 20 having a larger area than the side hung window 100 as a compensation, ventilation can be ensured and a visual field can be ensured as compared with the conventional one.
Specifically, referring to fig. 4, the casement window 100 may include: a profile body 110 having a size corresponding to the opening S to close the opening S; a pair of decorative covers 120 respectively coupled to the upper and bottom surfaces of the profile body 110; and hinge assemblies 130 respectively provided between the inner circumferential surfaces of the window frames 10 and the deco covers 120 to perform an opening and closing operation of the profile main body 110.
Referring to fig. 5 and 6, the hinge assembly 130 may include: a first bracket 131 fixed to the window frame 10; a second bracket 133 fixed to the decorative cover 120; a first connection member 135 having one end rotatably coupled to one side of the first bracket 131 and the other end rotatably coupled to one side of the second bracket 133; a second link 137 which is disposed to intersect with the first link 135 in an X-shape and one end of which is rotatably coupled to the other side of the first bracket 131; and a third connecting member 139 having one end rotatably coupled to the other end of the second connecting member 137 and the other end rotatably coupled to the other side of the second bracket 133.
In this case, the body intermediate portion of the first link member 135 includes an elongated hole 135a (see fig. 6), and the body intermediate portion of the second link member 137 includes a pin 137a slidably coupled to the elongated hole 135 a.
That is, the hinge assembly 130 constructed as described above opens and closes the casement window 100 in a slightly rigid state. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the sliding window 100 from being rapidly turned over by a mistake of a user when opening and closing the sliding window 100.
On the other hand, referring to fig. 7, the opening S may be provided with an insect-proof net frame 200 to prevent external vermin or foreign materials from entering the room through the opened opening S when the casement window 100 is opened.
At this time, the insect net frame 200 is detachably installed from the indoor side toward the outdoor side.
Specifically, the outdoor edge of the opening S of the insect net frame 200 is provided with a boss 12, and the boss 12 is used for locking and fixing the outdoor surface of the insect net frame 200.
The opening S may have a groove 13 at an indoor side edge thereof, and a fixing clip 210 may be fitted into and fixed to the groove 13, the fixing clip 210 pressing the indoor side surface of the insect net frame 200 toward the outdoor side.
Referring to fig. 8, the fixing clip 210 may include: a pressurizing part 211 for pressurizing the outdoor surface of the insect net frame 200 in a state that one end is mounted on the mounting groove 12a of the boss 12; and an insertion portion 213 elastically inserted into and coupled to the groove portion 13.
In addition, a gasket 220 may be coupled to an edge of an indoor side surface of the insect-proof net frame 200, and when the casement window 100 is closed, the gasket 220 may be closely attached to an outdoor side surface of the casement window 100, thereby maintaining airtightness.
In addition, the edge of the profile body 110 contacting the indoor side surface of the window frame 10 may be provided with a gasket 111 to improve airtightness.
In the system window 1 with a casement window of the present invention configured as described above, the openable and closable casement window 100 can be configured by one profile, thereby reducing the number of steps and unit cost of the operation and particularly facilitating the assembly.
Further, by opening the casement window 100 to allow appropriate ventilation and widening the field of view by the glass fixing window 20, it is possible to eliminate the disadvantage of the window of the small system and increase the amount of lighting.
In addition, since the anti-insect net frame 200 can be attached and detached to and from the indoor side, it is convenient to maintain the anti-insect net frame 200 when the anti-insect net is damaged.
The present invention has been described above with reference to specific embodiments with reference to the drawings, but the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and it goes without saying that various changes and modifications can be made within the scope not departing from the technical spirit of the present invention.
