The utility model is capable of other and different embodiments and its several details are capable of modification and various other changes, which can be made in various details within the specification and without departing from the spirit and scope of the utility model. The drawings of the present invention are for illustrative purposes only and are not intended to be drawn to scale. The following detailed description will further explain the related art of the present invention in detail, but the disclosure is not intended to limit the scope of the present invention.
It will be understood that, although the terms first, second, third, etc. may be used herein to describe various elements, these elements should not be limited by these terms. These terms are used primarily to distinguish one element from another. In addition, the term "or" as used herein should be taken to include any one or combination of more of the associated listed items as the case may be.
[ first embodiment ]
Referring to fig. 1-2B, a first embodiment of the present invention provides a fire protection system panel 100 including two fire protection panels (10a, 10B), and a wood core panel 20. Each of the fire-proof plates (10a, 10b) has a plurality of impregnated paper layers (11, 12) impregnated with a fire-resistant resin and dried, and the impregnated paper layers (11, 12) are laminated to form a laminated fire-proof plastic plate. The wood core board 20 includes aluminum hydroxide crystal particles 21 and silicon dioxide particles 22, so that the hardness of the wood core board can be effectively increased to be close to that of stone. Aluminum hydroxide is also a flame retardant. Silica particles, or quartz, have high hardness, high temperature resistance, shock resistance, and electrical insulation properties. The wood core plate 20 is attached between the two fire-proof plates (10a, 10 b). The wood core plate 20 and the two fire-proof plates (10a, 10b) are respectively connected with each other by a thermal insulation glue layer (not shown).
The paper layer of the embodiment can be printing paper or kraft paper, and the flame-retardant resin can be melamine resin or phenol resin. Specifically, each of the fire-proof boards (10a, 10b) includes two impregnated paper layers 11 obtained by impregnating melamine resin with two printed papers and drying them, and at least one impregnated paper layer 12 obtained by impregnating phenol resin with one kraft paper and drying them, and they are laminated at a high temperature (about 150 degrees or higher) and a high pressure (about 100kg/cm2) to form a fire-proof plastic board. The central part is an impregnated paper layer 12 impregnated with phenol resin. The present embodiment can increase the number of the impregnated paper layers 11 according to the requirement of the thickness. However, the present invention is not limited to the above-described kinds and amounts of sheets.
Melamine resin, also known as melamine-formaldehyde resin, is a thermosetting resin produced by the polymerization of melamine and formaldehyde. The melamine resin is colorless and transparent, is easy to color, is hard and non-combustible, and has excellent water resistance, heat resistance, wear resistance, chemical resistance and the like. Since melamine contains 66% nitrogen, once formed into melamine-formaldehyde resin, nitrogen is released upon combustion, and the nitrogen forms a flame retardant function.
Phenol resins, or Phenol Formaldehyde (PF) resins, have good heat resistance and are characterized by high temperature resistance, yet maintain structural integrity and dimensional stability at high temperatures.
In the fire protection system board of the present embodiment, the impregnated paper layer 12 impregnated with phenol resin and dried is disposed at the center of the fire protection plastic board.
The thermal insulating adhesive layer may be Polyurethane (abbreviated as PUR, or PU), a solvent-free adhesive characterized by a low working temperature of about 90 to 130 degrees, cross-linking with water molecules, and good water resistance. The polyurethane has a thermoplastic linear structure and good stability. Good heat insulation, sound insulation, shock resistance and gas defense performance. The hardened polyurethane has the advantages of light weight, excellent sound insulation and heat insulation performance, easy processing and low water absorption.
Specifically, the thickness of the fire retardant panels (10a, 10b) of the present embodiment may be between 2.4 mm and 3 mm, primarily to provide a flame retardant effect. The thickness of the core board 20 is about 12 mm, which can increase the strength and hardness of the entire board. The integral fireproof system board is 18-19 mm, can be used for furniture cabinets, can reduce the volume occupied by the board, and effectively saves the living space.
Fig. 2A is a schematic cross-sectional view of a fire protection system panel (bare panel) of the present invention. The fire protection system panel 100 of the bare board may be painted directly on the exterior surface or wallpaper may be applied.
Fig. 1 and 2B are schematic cross-sectional views of fire protection system panels of the present invention. Alternatively, the fire protection system panel may further include a transparent protective layer 40, the transparent protective layer 40 being disposed on an outer surface of one of the fire protection panels 10 a. In addition, the transparent protective layer also has a surface pattern layer 50, and the surface pattern layer 50 is arranged on the outer surface of the transparent protective layer 40.
[ second embodiment ]
Referring to fig. 3 to 4, the difference between the above is that the present embodiment further includes a sound insulation function. The second embodiment of the present invention provides a fire-proof and sound-proof system board 200, which comprises two fire-proof boards (10a, 10b), a wood core board 20 and a sound-proof soft board 30. Each of the fire-proof plates (10a, 10b) has a plurality of impregnated paper layers (11, 12) impregnated with a fire-resistant resin and dried, and the impregnated paper layers (11, 12) are laminated to form a laminated fire-proof plastic plate. The wood core plate 20 comprises aluminum hydroxide crystal particles 21 and silicon dioxide particles 22, and the wood core plate 20 is attached to one of the fire-proof plates (10a, 10 b). The sound insulation soft board 30 is arranged between the wood core board 20 and the other fireproof board (10a, 10 b).
The sound-insulating soft sheet 30 may be an existing sound-insulating blanket, preferably made of a recyclable material, not containing a metal component, and not causing electromagnetic interference. The thickness may be, for example, between 0.8 mm and 1 mm.
The wood core plate 20, the sound insulation soft plate 30 and the two fire-proof plates (10a, 10b) are respectively bonded with each other by a heat insulation glue layer (not shown).
[ advantageous effects of the embodiments ]
The fireproof system board or the fireproof sound insulation system board provided by the utility model can achieve the function of flame resistance through the flame resistance plastic board with a laminated structure, in addition, the wood core board contains aluminum hydroxide crystal particles and silicon dioxide particles, the hardness of the wood core board can be approximate to that of stone, the wood core board can insulate sound, the wood core board has a thinner thickness, and the wood core board can be directly constructed in a household space or used as a furniture cabinet body, so that the space of the board or the cabinet body is effectively saved.
The foregoing description is intended to be illustrative rather than limiting, and it will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that many modifications, variations or equivalents may be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the utility model as defined in the appended claims.
