1. A fresh air device, comprising:
an electronic control box;
the volute is connected with the electric control box and encloses to form an air duct, and the air duct is provided with an air inlet and an air outlet; and
the wind wheel is rotatably arranged in the air duct and used for guiding airflow to enter from the air inlet, and the airflow passes through the wind wheel in the air duct and then is discharged from the air outlet.
2. The fresh air device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the air duct includes an air inlet duct and an air outlet duct, and the volute and the electronic control box enclose the air inlet duct and/or the air outlet duct.
3. The fresh air device as claimed in claim 2, wherein the volute comprises a volute bottom box and a volute cover plate, the electronic control box comprises a side plate, the volute bottom box is arranged between the side plate and the volute cover plate, the volute bottom box is detachably connected with the side plate, and the volute cover plate is detachably covered on the volute bottom box or the side plate.

The fresh air device as claimed in claim 3, wherein the volute bottom box comprises a volute box and a surrounding plate, the volute box is provided with an air inlet and an air outlet, the volute box and the side plate are surrounded to form the air outlet duct, and the air outlet duct is communicated with the air inlet and the air outlet.
5. The fresh air device as claimed in claim 4, wherein the side plate has a first rib on a side facing the worm box, the side of the worm box facing the side plate is open, and the worm box has a first slot on an inner side wall of the open side for the first rib to be inserted correspondingly.

11. The fresh air device as claimed in claim 4, wherein the shroud is integrally formed with the volute; or,
the coaming and the volute cover plate are integrally formed; or,
the coaming and the side plate are integrally formed.

The fresh air device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the electrical control box comprises a box body and an electrical control board, a guide strip is arranged in the box body, and a containing groove for containing the electrical control board is formed by the guide strip and the box body in a surrounding manner.
13. An indoor unit of an air conditioner, characterized in that the indoor unit of an air conditioner comprises a fresh air device as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 12.
14. An air conditioner, characterized in that, the air conditioner includes air conditioning outdoor unit and the air conditioning indoor unit of claim 13, the air conditioning outdoor unit and the air conditioning indoor unit are connected through refrigerant pipe.
