SUMMERY OF THE UTILITY MODEL
The present invention is directed to solving, at least to some extent, one of the technical problems in the related art. To this end, one object of the present invention is to propose a needle-prick prevention blood transfusion bag comprising:
a bag body;
the interface piece is arranged on the bag body, a detachable plugging sheet is arranged in the interface piece, and the plugging sheet is adjacent to the bag body and used for sealing the interface piece;
the connecting pipe is suitable for being connected with the interface piece so as to open the plugging sheet and force the bag body to be communicated with the connecting pipe.
Preferably, according to an embodiment of the present invention, the plugging sheet includes a plugging portion and an annular connecting portion which is located in a circumferential direction of the plugging portion and connects the plugging portion with the interface, and a thickness of the annular connecting portion is smaller than a thickness of the plugging portion.
Preferably, according to one embodiment of the utility model, the annular connection is provided with a cutting groove, the cutting groove occupying at least two thirds of the annular connection.
Preferably, according to an embodiment of the present invention, the connection pipe includes a pipe body and a connector, and the connector is disposed at one end of the pipe body and is used for connecting with the interface to communicate the pipe body with the interface.
Preferably, according to an embodiment of the present invention, a pushing portion is disposed in the connector, the pushing portion is communicated with the tube body, and when the connector is connected to the interface, the pushing portion extends into the interface and pushes the blocking piece to break, so that the pushing portion is communicated with the interface.
Preferably, according to an embodiment of the present invention, an outer circumferential surface of the ejector portion is provided with a sealing portion that closes a gap between the ejector portion and the interface member when the ejector portion is inserted into the interface member.
Preferably, according to an embodiment of the present invention, the inner wall of the connecting head has an internal thread, and the outer wall of the interface has an external thread, and the internal thread is adapted to be threadedly connected with the external thread to fix the connecting head and the interface.
Preferably, according to an embodiment of the present invention, a hanging hole is formed in the bag body, and the hanging hole is located at an end away from the interface member and is adapted to hang and fix the bag body.
Preferably, according to an embodiment of the present invention, the surface of the bag body is marked with graduation lines, and the graduation lines range from 0ml to 400 ml.
According to the anti-puncture blood transfusion bag, the connecting pipe can be connected with the interface piece, so that the connecting pipe can open the sealing sheet, the connecting pipe can be communicated with the bag body, and blood transfusion can be carried out on a patient, therefore, when the sealing sheet is opened, the sealing sheet can be opened without puncturing by a puncture needle, the blood transfusion bag is prevented from being punctured due to improper operation, the waste of blood products and the cross infection of blood can be avoided, the safety is improved, and the operation is simpler and more convenient.

Referring to fig. 1 to 3, the anti-needle-prick blood transfusion bag provided in the embodiment of the present invention includes a bag body 10, an interface 20 and a connection pipe 30, wherein the interface 20 is disposed on the bag body 10, the interface 20 has a detachable blocking sheet 21 therein, and the blocking sheet 21 is adjacent to the bag body 10 and closes the interface 20; the connection tube 30 is adapted to be connected to the mouthpiece 20 to open the closure flap 21 to force the pouch 10 into communication with the connection tube 30.

According to the anti-needle-puncture blood transfusion bag provided by the utility model, the connecting pipe 30 can be connected with the interface piece 20, so that the connecting pipe 30 can open the blocking piece 21, the connecting pipe 30 can be communicated with the bag body 10, and then blood transfusion can be carried out on a patient, therefore, when the blocking piece 21 is opened, the blocking piece 21 can be opened without puncturing by a puncture needle, the blood transfusion bag is prevented from being punctured due to improper operation, the waste of blood products and the cross infection of blood can be avoided, the safety is improved, and the operation is simpler and more convenient.
Referring to fig. 4, the plugging sheet 21 includes a plugging portion 211 and an annular connecting portion 212, the annular connecting portion 212 is located in a circumferential direction of the plugging portion 211 and connects the plugging portion 211 with the interface member 20, and a thickness of the annular connecting portion 212 is smaller than a thickness of the plugging portion 211.
In the present embodiment, the annular connecting portion 212 is provided with the cutting groove 213, and the cutting groove 213 occupies at least two thirds of the annular connecting portion 212; when the connecting pipe 30 is connected with the interface 20, the plugging sheet 21 can be burst, so that the plugging sheet 21 can be broken from the cutting groove 213, and the plugging part 211 can be turned over and opened; it can be understood that the annular connecting portion 212 is located in the circumferential direction of the blocking portion 211, and when the blocking piece 21 is pushed and opened, at least one third of the annular connecting portion 212 is connected with the interface 20, so that the annular connecting portion 212 can be kept connected with the interface 20, the blocking portion 211 is prevented from being loosened and entering the bag body 10, the safety is higher, and the use is more convenient and reliable.
Referring to fig. 5, the connection tube 30 includes a tube 31 and a connector 32, the connector 32 is disposed at one end of the tube 31 and is used for connecting with the interface 20 to connect the tube 31 with the interface 20. The connector 32 can be inserted into or screwed with the interface 20, so that the connector 32 and the interface 20 can be connected more stably, and the connector 32 can be made of plastic, so that the connection is more stable and reliable when the connector is fixed with the interface 20.
Further, a pushing top 321 is disposed in the connector 32, the pushing top 321 is communicated with the tube 31, and when the connector 32 is connected to the interface 20, the pushing top 321 extends into the interface 20 and pushes the blocking piece 21 to break open, so that the pushing top 321 is communicated with the interface 20.
In this embodiment, when the connection head 32 is connected to the interface 20, the pushing top portion 321 may extend into the interface 20, so that the pushing top portion 321 applies a force to break the blocking piece 21, so that the pushing top portion 321 connects the tube 31 and the interface 20; it can be understood that the pushing top 321 may be a hollow cylinder, and when the plugging piece 21 is broken by inserting the interface member 20, the bag body 10 is prevented from being punctured, so that the safety is higher; and the diameter of the top-pushing part 321 can be matched with the inner diameter of the interface element 20, so that the top-pushing part 321 can be tightly attached to the interface element 20 when extending into the interface element 20, and the sealing effect is better.
Optionally, the outer circumferential surface of the pushing top portion 321 is provided with a sealing portion 3211, and when the pushing top portion 321 extends into the interface member 20, the sealing portion 3211 closes a gap between the pushing top portion 321 and the interface member 20. The sealing portion 3211 may be made of rubber, and the sealing portion 3211 is disposed on the pushing portion 321, so that when the pushing portion extends into the interface element 20, a gap between the interface element 20 and the pushing portion 321 may be closed, so as to ensure that the pushing portion 321 and the interface element 20 have a better sealing effect.
Further, the inner wall of the connecting head 32 has an internal thread 322, the outer wall of the interface 20 has an external thread 201, and the internal thread 322 is adapted to be threadedly connected with the external thread 201 to fix the connecting head 32 and the interface 20.
Wherein, when not using, can seal the fixed closed package of going up through sealed lid screw thread on the interface piece 20, when being connected fixedly with connector 32 and interface piece 20, can dismantle sealed lid screw thread, and with connector 32 and interface piece 20 screw thread fixed, make the outer wall of interface piece 20 stretch into between pushing away top portion 321 and the internal thread 322, when screwing up interface piece 20 and connector 32 screw thread, pushing away top portion 321 removes and promotes shutoff piece 21 from outside to inside and breaks open, and then more simple and convenient when breaking shutoff piece 21, and it is more stable to fix between interface piece 20 and the connector 32.
Specifically, the bag body 10 is provided with a hanging hole 101, and the hanging hole 101 is located at an end far away from the interface 20 and is suitable for hanging and fixing the bag body 10. Wherein, hang bag body 10 through hitching hole 101, it is more simple and convenient to operate when medical personnel hang bag body 10.
Furthermore, the surface of the bag body 10 is marked with scale lines 102, and the scale range of the scale lines 102 is 0-400 ml. The capacity of the bag body 10 may be set according to actual requirements, for example, 200ml may be adopted, or 400ml may be adopted, and is not limited herein.
