背景技术
将一个带有两个支脚的扭簧与一个金属轴(或轴套)过盈配合(例如扭簧的内表面紧套在轴的外表面上),将扭簧的支脚固定在一个壳体零件上,由于扭簧支脚被固定,此时如果转动金属轴(或轴套),将在扭簧与轴的配合面上产生摩擦力矩,该摩擦力矩即可作为阻尼用于系统中。但是该装置在不同旋转方向上只能产生一个相对恒定的扭矩值,无法在不同的旋转方向上产生不同的扭矩值。

本实用新型的目的在于:提供一种异向异值阻尼装置及电动伸缩机构,以解决相关技术中无法在不同的旋转方向上产生不同的扭矩值的问题。
一方面,本实用新型提供一种异向异值阻尼装置,该异向异值阻尼装置包括壳体、转动件和扭簧,所述壳体设置有通孔,所述转动件穿设于所述通孔且与所述壳体转动连接,所述扭簧套设于所述转动件且与所述转动件过盈配合,所述扭簧设置有第一支脚,所述第一支脚与所述壳体固接。
作为异向异值阻尼装置的优选技术方案,所述壳体包括第一槽口,所述第一支脚设置于所述第一槽口内,且所述第一槽口的侧壁均与所述第一支脚固接。
作为异向异值阻尼装置的优选技术方案,所述扭簧还包括第二支脚,所述壳体还包括第二槽口,所述第一槽口的开口宽度小于所述第二槽口的开口宽度;
所述第二支脚设置于所述第二槽口内,所述第二支脚具有与所述第二槽口的第一侧壁抵接的第一状态以及与所述第二槽口的第二侧壁抵接的第二状态,所述第一侧壁和所述第二侧壁相对。

如图1~3所示,本实施例提供一种异向异值阻尼装置,该异向异值阻尼装置包括壳体1、转动件2和扭簧3,壳体1设置有通孔11,转动件2穿设于通孔11且与壳体1转动连接,扭簧3套设于转动件2且与转动件2过盈配合,扭簧3设置有第一支脚31,第一支脚31与壳体1固接。当安装的扭簧3的旋向为右旋时,逆时针转动转动件2时,由于扭簧3与转动件2过盈配合,所以扭簧3随着转动件2一起逆时针转动,由于第一支脚31与壳体1固定连接,此时扭簧3会略微膨胀从而减小扭簧3与转动件2的过盈量,会产生较小的摩擦力矩;当顺时针转动转动件2时,由于扭簧3与转动件2过盈配合,所以扭簧3随着转动件2一起顺时针转动,由于第一支脚31与壳体1固定连接,此时扭簧3会在径向上略微张紧从而增大扭簧3与转动件2的过盈量,会产生较大的摩擦力矩。该装置可实现在不同的旋转方向上产生不同的扭矩值。
可选地,壳体1包括第一槽口12,第一支脚31设置于第一槽口12内,且第一槽口12的侧壁均与第一支脚31固接。本实施例中第一槽口12起到固定第一支脚31的作用。在其他实施例中也可以直接通过焊接等方式将第一支脚31固定在壳体1上。
可选地,转动件2包括转轴21和轴套22,轴套22套设于转轴21且与转轴21固接,扭簧3套设于轴套22且与轴套22过盈配合,轴套22穿设于通孔11且与壳体1转动连接。本实施例中,轴套22套设于转轴21上,轴套22与扭簧3过盈配合,转轴21在转动时,轴套22与扭簧3之间会产生相对滑动,长期使用会造成轴套22的磨损,所以轴套22需要定时更换,因此设计轴套22可较少装置的维修更换成本。
可选地,转轴21设置有外花键,轴套22设置有内花键,轴套22套设于转轴21,且内花键与外花键销接。本实施例中,由于轴套22与转轴21之间固定连接,所以本实施例通过使用内外花键进行销接。在其他实施例中,也可以通过平键进行键连接。
优选地,轴套22与转轴21过盈配合。本实施例中,为了防止轴套22沿转轴21的轴线进行滑动,须使轴套22和转轴21过盈配合,在其他实施例中,也可通过螺栓穿过轴套22且与转轴21螺接进行固定。
可选地,通孔11的直径小于扭簧3的外径。本实施例中,通孔11的直径小于扭簧3的外径是为了防止扭簧3在使用过程中沿转轴21轴线的一方向发生移动。
可选地,转动件2还包括驱动环23,转轴21伸入通孔11且与驱动环23固接,驱动环23与壳体1间隔设置,且驱动环23的直径不小于扭簧3的外径。本实施例中,驱动环23一方面可以起到传递动力的作用,另一方面,驱动环23可以限制扭簧3沿转轴21轴线的另一方向发生移动。
可选地,壳体1设置有减重槽14。本实施例中,减重槽14一方面可降低用料成本,另一方面可减轻装置的重量。
实施例二
如图4所示,本实施例与实施例一的唯一区别在于扭簧3还包括第二支脚32,壳体1还包括第二槽口13,第一槽口12的开口宽度小于第二槽口13的开口宽度;第二支脚32设置于第二槽口13内,第二支脚32具有与第二槽口13的第一侧壁131抵接的第一状态以及与第二槽口13的第二侧壁132抵接的第二状态,第一侧壁131和第二侧壁132相对。
第二支脚32在第二槽口13中滑动,在本实施例中第二槽口13起到的作用是限位的作用,第二支脚32的初始位置位于第一侧壁131和第二侧壁132间距的中点处,当位于第一状态时,为转轴21逆时针转过的最大转角,当位于第二状态时,为转轴21顺时针转过的最大转角。
本实施例还提供一种电动伸缩机构,包括上述方案中的异向异值阻尼装置。

Claims (10)
1.一种异向异值阻尼装置,其特征在于,包括壳体(1)、转动件(2)和扭簧(3),所述壳体(1)设置有通孔(11),所述转动件(2)穿设于所述通孔(11)且与所述壳体(1)转动连接,所述扭簧(3)套设于所述转动件(2)且与所述转动件(2)过盈配合,所述扭簧(3)设置有第一支脚(31),所述第一支脚(31)与所述壳体(1)固接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的异向异值阻尼装置,其特征在于,所述壳体(1)包括第一槽口(12),所述第一支脚(31)设置于所述第一槽口(12)内,且所述第一槽口(12)的侧壁均与所述第一支脚(31)固接。
3.根据权利要求2所述的异向异值阻尼装置,其特征在于,所述扭簧(3)还包括第二支脚(32),所述壳体(1)还包括第二槽口(13),所述第一槽口(12)的开口宽度小于所述第二槽口(13)的开口宽度;
所述第二支脚(32)设置于所述第二槽口(13)内,所述第二支脚(32)具有与所述第二槽口(13)的第一侧壁(131)抵接的第一状态以及与所述第二槽口(13)的第二侧壁(132)抵接的第二状态,所述第一侧壁(131)和所述第二侧壁(132)相对。
4.根据权利要求1所述的异向异值阻尼装置,其特征在于,所述转动件(2)包括转轴(21)和轴套(22),所述轴套(22)套设于所述转轴(21)且与所述转轴(21)固接,所述扭簧(3)套设于所述轴套(22)且与所述轴套(22)过盈配合,所述轴套(22)穿设于所述通孔(11)且与所述壳体(1)转动连接。
5.根据权利要求4所述的异向异值阻尼装置,其特征在于,所述转轴(21)设置有外花键,所述轴套(22)设置有内花键,所述轴套(22)套设于所述转轴(21),且所述内花键与所述外花键键连接。
6.根据权利要求5所述的异向异值阻尼装置,其特征在于,所述轴套(22) 与所述转轴(21)过盈配合。
7.根据权利要求4所述的异向异值阻尼装置,其特征在于,所述通孔(11)的直径小于所述扭簧(3)的外径。
8.根据权利要求7所述的异向异值阻尼装置,其特征在于,所述转动件(2)还包括驱动环(23),所述转轴(21)伸入所述通孔(11)且与所述驱动环(23)固接,所述驱动环(23)与所述壳体(1)间隔设置,且所述驱动环(23)的直径不小于所述扭簧(3)的外径。
9.根据权利要求1-8任一项所述的异向异值阻尼装置,其特征在于,所述壳体(1)设置有减重槽(14)。
10.一种电动伸缩机构,其特征在于,包括权利要求1-9任一项所述的异向异值阻尼装置。
