With continued reference to fig. 4-5, in some embodiments, a stopper 3138 is further disposed above the carton lifting table 3132, the stopper 3138 is connected to a machine table, a detection sensor is disposed on the stopper 3138, when the detection sensor detects that the carton sheet 200a conveyed by the conveyor 3121 reaches a predetermined position of the carton lifting table 3132, the detection sensor sends a signal to the intermediate driving conveyor 312, the conveyor 3121 stops transmission under the signal, and the carton sheet 200a stays at the predetermined position of the carton lifting table 3132 and descends along with the carton lifting table 3132 to be conveyed to an opening station by the first conveyor robot 3133. As shown in fig. 8-9, in some embodiments, the specific feeding process of the feeding mechanism 30 is as follows:
in step one, the paper box piece 200a at the bottom of the paper box piece storage cavity 11 is transferred to the conveying belt 3121 of the intermediate driving conveying assembly 312 by the conveying belt of the piece-separating driving conveying assembly 311 disposed below the paper box piece storage station.
In step two, the conveyor 3121 transfers the carton sheet 200a thereon to the carton lifting table 3132, and then the carton lifting table 3132 descends, so that the first conveyor robot 3133 of the feeding driving conveyor assembly 313 picks up the carton sheet 200a by the suction cups.

Carton bottom sealing device
In a second embodiment, the present invention provides a carton back cover device. In connection with the material packaging process mentioned in fig. 2, the carton bottom sealing device can seal the bottom of the opened carton 200b, so as to obtain the carton 200f with the bottom sealed.
As shown in fig. 10 to 15, the bottom sealing device of the second embodiment of the present invention is formed with a bottom upper cover plate folding plate station, a bottom side plate folding plate station, a bottom lower cover plate folding plate station and a bottom lower cover plate inserting plate station. The bottom sealing device of the carton comprises a bottom upper cover plate folding device 50, a bottom side plate folding device 60, a transfer mechanism 300, a bottom lower cover plate folding device 70 and a bottom lower cover plate inserting plate device 80. Wherein:
a bottom upper cover flap folding device 50 is provided at a bottom upper cover flap folding station for effecting folding of the bottom upper cover of the carton 200b to obtain the carton 200c after completion of the bottom upper cover flap folding.
The transfer mechanism 300 sequentially transfers the carton 200c from the bottom upper cover plate folding station to the bottom side plate folding station, the bottom lower cover plate folding station and the bottom lower cover plate inserting station. Of course, the transfer mechanism 300 may not be provided, and the transfer of the cartons between the stations may be manually achieved.
A bottom side panel flap device 60 is provided at the bottom side panel flap station for effecting flap folding of the bottom side panel of the carton 200c transported to the bottom side panel flap station to obtain the carton 200d after completion of the bottom side panel flap.
A bottom lower cover flap device 70 is provided at the bottom lower cover flap station for effecting the flap of the bottom lower cover of the carton 200d transferred to the bottom lower cover flap station, thereby obtaining the carton 200e with the bottom lower cover flap completed.
A bottom lower cover board inserting device 80 is provided at the bottom lower cover board inserting station for effecting inserting of the lower cover board of the paper cassette 200e transferred to the bottom lower cover board inserting station, thereby obtaining the paper cassette 200f after completion of bottom lower cover board inserting.
In some embodiments, to improve the bottom closing efficiency of the carton and reduce the volume of the carton bottom closing device, the bottom upper cover plate folding station and the bottom side plate folding station are arranged to be completely overlapped in spatial position.
Optionally, a paper box limiting mechanism is further arranged at the overlapping station and used for supporting and fixing the paper box, so that the paper box is prevented from sliding or inclining in the processes of folding the bottom upper cover plate and the bottom side plate.
As shown in fig. 10 and 11, in some embodiments, the bottom upper cover flap assembly 50 includes a prefolding plate 51, a prefolding plate lift drive mechanism 52, a flap 53, and a flap lift drive mechanism 54, wherein: the pre-folding plate 51 is connected to the pre-folding plate lifting driving mechanism 52 through a connecting rod, and the pre-folding plate 51 can move back and forth between a paper box approaching position and a paper box far position in the vertical direction under the driving of the pre-folding plate lifting driving mechanism 52; the flap 53 is connected to the flap lifting driving mechanism 54 through a connecting rod, and the flap 53 can move back and forth between a paper box approaching position and a paper box far position along the vertical direction under the driving of the flap lifting driving mechanism 54; the pre-folding plate 51 is driven by the pre-folding plate lifting driving mechanism 52 to vertically move towards a position close to the paper box, pre-folding of the upper cover plate 211 at the bottom of the paper box is achieved through the pre-folding plate 51, a crease line is formed at the junction of the upper cover plate 211 at the bottom of the paper box and the box body, the folding plate 53 is driven by the folding plate lifting driving mechanism 54 to vertically move towards the position close to the paper box, closing of the upper cover plate 211 at the bottom of the paper box is achieved through the folding plate 53, and the folding plate 53 is driven by the folding plate lifting driving mechanism 54 to vertically move towards a position away from the paper box, so that the upper cover plate 211 at the bottom of the paper box is released.
As shown in fig. 11-12, in some embodiments, the bottom side panel flap arrangement 60 includes a clip translation drive mechanism 61, a clip drive mechanism 62, and a clip 63, wherein: the clamping driving mechanism 62 is connected to the clamping part translation driving mechanism 61, the clamping part 63 is connected to the clamping driving mechanism 62, the clamping part 63 is driven by the clamping part translation driving mechanism 61 to reciprocate between a position close to the paper box and a position far away from the paper box, and the clamping part 63 is driven by the clamping driving mechanism 62 to inwards clamp when being positioned at the position close to the paper box so as to push two side plates at the bottom of the paper box 200c to inwards bend, so that the plate folding of the bottom side plate of the paper box 200c is realized, and the paper box 200d with the bottom side plate folded plate completed is obtained. The clamping member 63 is driven by the clamping member clamping drive mechanism 62 to open outwardly when in a position adjacent to the paper box, thereby releasing the bottom side panel of the paper box 200 d.
The clamping driving mechanism 62 can adopt various known clamping driving structures, such as a clamping driving structure formed by a gear and a rack. The clamping member 63 includes a first clamping plate and a second clamping plate which are arranged in pair, and the clamping member clamping driving mechanism 62 drives the first clamping plate and the second clamping plate to clamp or separate. The left and right side panels 212, 213 of the bottom of the paper cassette 200b are pressed inward by the first clamping plate and the second clamping plate, respectively, when the first clamping plate and the second clamping plate are clamped, thereby realizing a flap of the bottom side panel of the paper cassette 200 b.
As shown in fig. 11-13, in some embodiments, the bottom lower closure flap station is positioned directly above the bottom lower closure insertion station, and the cartons are transported by the transport mechanism 300 from top to bottom in a vertical direction through the bottom lower closure flap station to the bottom lower closure insertion station, in which the flaps of the carton bottom lower closure 214 are completed.
As an alternative embodiment, as shown in fig. 13, the bottom lower cover flap device 70 includes a horizontally disposed flap, by which the bottom lower cover of the carton 200d is stopped and bent upward when the carton 200d passes through the bottom lower cover flap station from top to bottom, thereby obtaining a carton 200e with the bottom lower cover flap completed.
As shown in fig. 14 to 15, alternatively, the bottom-lower-cover-plate inserting apparatus 80 includes a lift pin driving mechanism 81, a guide groove 82, and a lift pin 83, one end of the lift pin 83 is connected to the lift pin driving mechanism 81, and the lift pin 83 reciprocates along the guide groove 82 under the driving of the lift pin driving mechanism 81 to realize that the lift pin 83 approaches to or departs from the bottom-lower cover plate 214 of the paper cassette 200e, the lift pin 83 presses the bottom-lower cover plate 214 of the paper cassette 200e when approaching to the bottom-lower cover plate 214 of the paper cassette 200e under the driving of the lift pin driving mechanism 81 (see fig. 15(a)), the bottom-lower cover plate 214 of the paper cassette 200e is inserted into the paper cassette along with the lift pin 83 (see fig. 15(b)), the lift pin 83 moves away from the bottom-lower cover plate 214 under the driving of the lift pin driving mechanism 81, and the end of the lift pin 83 inserted into the paper cassette is extracted from the paper cassette (see fig. 15(c)), when the end of the top bar 83 is pulled out of the carton, the bending of the front end of the top bar 83 pulls the bottom upper cover 211 of the carton 200e away from the center of the carton body, so that the bottom upper cover 211 is kept perpendicular to the carton body, and the successful bottom sealing of the carton is ensured. When the end of the push rod 83 is pulled out of the paper cassette, the bottom lower cover plate 214 of the paper cassette 200e is released and approaches the closed bottom upper cover plate 211, i.e. the bottom lower cover plate 214 is also returned to a state perpendicular to the box body of the paper cassette, and the bottom of the paper cassette is sealed. Thus, the paper cassette 200f is obtained after the bottom sealing is completed.
As shown in fig. 15, in an embodiment, the bottom lower cover plate inserting device 80 further comprises a linkage pressing plate 84, and the linkage pressing plate 84 presses the upper surface of the paper box 200e placed at the bottom lower cover plate inserting station, so as to realize the stable shape of the paper box when the top rods 83 punch the bottom lower cover plate of the paper box 200 e.
In one embodiment, the carton bottom sealing device may further comprise a carton feeding mechanism for feeding cartons to be bottom-sealed to the bottom upper cover flap folding station; and the carton blanking mechanism is used for removing the carton after bottom box sealing from the bottom lower cover plate inserting station.
It should be noted that the carton bottom sealing device provided by the second embodiment of the present invention can be used as an independent carton bottom sealing device, and can also be used as a component part to be integrated with the carton feeding and opening device and the material boxing and top sealing device to form a whole set of material automatic packaging device.
It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that when the carton sealing device is used as a stand-alone carton bottom sealing apparatus, it may be necessary to provide a carton feeding mechanism on its feeding side to feed the carton 200b to be bottom-sealed to the bottom upper flap folding station of the carton sealing device, and a carton returning mechanism on its returning side to remove the carton 200f from the bottom lower flap inserting station of the carton bottom sealing device. Of course, the mode of manual feeding and returning can also be adopted.
When the carton bottom sealing device is used as a component of the whole set of automatic material packaging equipment, the carton 200b to be subjected to bottom sealing is transported from the carton opening station to the bottom upper cover plate folding station under the driving of the transporting mechanism 300, and the carton 200f subjected to bottom sealing is transported into the material boxing top sealing device to be subjected to material boxing top sealing operation under the driving of the transporting mechanism 300, and the specific process can refer to the relevant contents of the automatic material packaging equipment in the third embodiment.
In particular, in the complete automatic packaging plant, certain stations in two different functional devices can coincide or partially coincide, and certain structural components can be reused. For example, as shown in fig. 11, in some embodiments of the automatic paper packaging apparatus, the bottom upper cover flap device 50, the bottom side panel flap device 60 and the box opening mechanism 40 in the carton bottom sealing device are disposed at the same station, that is, the bottom upper cover flap station, the bottom side panel flap station and the box opening station mentioned in the first embodiment are coincident in position.
That is, after the completion of the opening of the paper cassette, the paper cassette 200b is kept still, and the bottom upper cover flap device 50 and the bottom side panel flap device 60 sequentially perform the bottom upper cover flap and the bottom side panel flap operations on the paper cassette 200 b.
Material boxing and capping device
In a third embodiment, the present invention provides a material boxing and capping device 90. In the material packaging process mentioned in connection with fig. 2, the material boxing and capping device can load materials into the carton 200f after the bottom box sealing is completed, and perform carton top packaging on the loaded carton 200 f.
As shown in fig. 16 to 26, the third embodiment of the present invention provides a material boxing and capping device 90, in which a carton loading position and a material loading position are formed, wherein: the carton 200f to be filled is loaded and fixed at the carton loading position, the material to be filled is loaded to the material loading position, and the top opening of the carton 200f fixed at the carton loading position faces the material located at the material loading position.
This material dress box capping device 90 includes material feed mechanism 92 and charging mechanism 91, wherein:
the material feeding mechanism 92 is disposed at the material feeding position, and is used for feeding a material to the material feeding position.
The charging mechanism 91 is arranged at the material loading position and used for pushing the material at the material loading position into the paper box 200f through the top opening of the paper box so as to charge the material, and the loaded paper box is obtained.
The material boxing and capping device 90 provided by the third embodiment of the utility model is further provided with a top side plate folded plate station and a top cover plate inserting plate station, wherein the top side plate folded plate station is arranged above the carton feeding position, the carton feeding position and the top cover plate inserting plate station are sequentially arranged on an axis parallel to the transverse axis of the machine platform, the top side plate folded plate station is provided with a top side plate folded plate device 93, and the top cover plate inserting plate station is provided with a top cover plate inserting plate device 94; the top side plate folding device 93 carries out top side plate folding on the loaded carton, namely, the left side plate and the right side plate at the top of the carton 200f are bent towards the top opening of the carton to obtain the carton 200g after the top side plate folding, the top cover plate inserting device 94 inserts the top cover plate of the carton, namely, the end part of the top cover plate of the carton 200g is inserted into the carton from the top opening of the carton to obtain the final carton 200i for completing top sealing.
As shown in fig. 16, in some embodiments, the charging mechanism 91 includes a pusher block translation drive mechanism 911 and a pusher block 912, the pusher block 912 being coupled to the pusher block translation drive mechanism 911. The pusher block 912 is driven by the pusher block translation driving mechanism 911 to translate towards or away from the carton, and the pusher block 912 is driven by the pusher block translation driving mechanism 911 to push the material at the material loading position into the carton 200f at the carton loading position while translating towards the carton, so that the loading is realized.
As shown in fig. 16-17, in some embodiments, one end of the material feeding mechanism 92 is provided with a box supporting mechanism 95, when the material feeding mechanism 92 translates vertically upwards to load the material, the box supporting mechanism 95 rotates from the vertical direction towards the top opening of the paper box 200f at the paper box loading position, so that the box supporting mechanism 95 presses down the top cover plate 223 at the top opening of the paper box 200f, and the box supporting mechanism 95 supports the left and right side plates 221, 222 at the top of the paper box to open towards two sides when the material enters the paper box 200 f.
