Description

本实用新型涉及一种塑料车轮,尤指一种带有塑料加强的塑料车轮。
传统的自行车车轮由钢制的辐条、车圈和中轴套组成,每根辐条是用人工一根一根安装在车圈上。辐条、车圈、中轴套又都要经过表面处理,因此其工艺复杂、工序繁多,需耗用大量金属材料,而且耐磨性差。
为此,发明人刘金海在92244275.4专利中介绍了一种塑料车轮它由一次整体注塑成型的塑料辐条、车圈和中轴套组成,每根辐条与中轴套相连的末端形成分叉,其分叉的交汇处有一稍度。与现行的钢制车轮相比,这种塑料车轮重量轻、耐磨性好,可节省大量材料,由于采用一次整体注塑成型方法,故工艺简单。
然而,上述塑料车轮由于各部件采用的是ABS工程塑料,常温时其强度符合要求,但是在低温情况下(摄氏0℃以下),其抗冲击能力明显下降。例如在迂到强烈颠簸时,车圈易产生裂缝,甚至断裂,这是非常危险的。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种强度高,特别是在低温情况下抗冲击能力强的改进的塑料车轮,以克服现行塑料车轮的缺点。
为此,本实用新型采取如下技术方案:它由一次整体注塑成型的车圈1、幅条2、中轴套3组成,在车圈1环形外缘凹状端面底部,如图所示贴敷一层增强纤维塑料树脂加强层4。
车圈1环形外缘凹状端面底部由于贴敷了一层在低温情况下仍具有很高的抗冲击能力的增强纤维塑料树脂加强层4,不但强度增高,而且大大增强了塑料车轮低温抗冲击能力。

图2为图1所示部位的A-A剖视图。
增强纤维塑料树脂加强层4是用玻璃纤维制成,并采用胎具模压定型,将其冷压粘接在车圈1外缘端面凹状底部。
