Abstract
The embodiment of the application provides a headrest assembly, a seat and a vehicle. The headrest assembly comprises a headrest, a supporting piece and a projection device. The headrest is provided with projection holes, the headrest is provided with the projection holes, the projection device is installed on the support piece and located in the headrest, and the projection device projects light outside the headrest through the projection holes. Therefore, the interestingness in the riding process is improved, and meanwhile, the internal space of the vehicle can be saved. The original overall layout and style of the vehicle are not changed, and the operations of riding, operation, visual observation and the like of passengers are not influenced.

Background
With the development of technology and technology, the popularity of automobiles is higher and higher, and automobiles are not limited to one vehicle any more, but gradually become a complex integrating multiple life functions. In order to increase the interest of riding and traveling, the demand of the user for the vehicle-mounted projector is increasing.
Most vehicle-mounted projectors that exist in the existing market are installed after sale of vehicles, and are usually cut and installed at places such as top covers and object placing plates of the vehicles, so that the projectors are fixed. Therefore, the original overall layout in the vehicle can be damaged, the internal space of the vehicle can be occupied, and the riding experience is influenced.

The embodiment of the application provides a headrest assembly, and the headrest assembly comprises a headrest, a supporting piece and a projection device. The headrest is provided with a projection hole, the projection device is installed on the support and located in the headrest, and the projection device projects light outside the headrest through the projection hole.
In some embodiments, the support member includes a support bar and a bracket coupled to a first end of the support bar, a second end of the support bar extending outside of the headrest, the bracket being located within the headrest, and the projection device being mounted on the bracket.
In some embodiments, the bracket includes a first connecting rod and a second connecting rod, the first connecting rod extends from the first end of the supporting rod along the axial direction of the supporting rod to a direction away from the supporting rod, the second connecting rod extends from the end of the first connecting rod away from the supporting rod to a direction perpendicular to the axial direction of the supporting rod, and the projection device is mounted on the second connecting rod.
In some embodiments, the projection apparatus includes a projection body and a mounting part connected to the projection body, the number of the second connecting rods is two, two of the second connecting rods are arranged side by side, and the projection body is erected on the two second connecting rods through the mounting part.
In some embodiments, the mounting member is formed with a snap-fit structure, the mounting member being snap-fitted to the second connecting rod.

Referring to fig. 1, the present embodiment provides a headrest assembly 100, and the headrest assembly 100 includes a headrest 10, a support member 20, and a projection device 30. The headrest 10 is provided with a projection hole 11, the projection device 30 is mounted on the support member 20 and positioned in the headrest 10, and the projection device 30 projects light to the outside of the headrest 10 through the projection hole 11.
Specifically, the outer layer of the headrest 10 may be made of leather for wrapping, and the inside of the headrest 10 may be filled with foam or bamboo charcoal. The headrest 10 not only can improve the comfort of passengers when the passengers sit, but also can play a role in buffering when the rear-end collision happens to the vehicle, so that the heads and the necks of the passengers are protected. The headrest 10 is connectable with a seat 300 (shown in fig. 7) of the vehicle 1000 through the support 20. The headrest 10 is provided with a projection hole 11 for the projection device to project light to the outside of the headrest 10 through the projection hole 11.
The projection device 30 is fastened to the support member 20 and is installed in the headrest 10. The projection device 30 may be connected to an electronic device to project an image or video onto a projection surface. It should be noted that the electronic devices include, but are not limited to, smart phones, smart watches, notebooks, tablet computers, and in-vehicle computers. The light of the projection device 30 can be projected through the projection hole 11 formed in the headrest 10. The tight connection of the projection device 30 to the support member 20 ensures that the projection device 30 does not fall off when the vehicle 1000 is in a bumpy, tight turn, or sudden gear change.
The projection device 30 is mounted on the support member 20 and is placed inside the headrest 10. Thus, the interest of the vehicle during riding and traveling is improved, and the internal space of the vehicle 1000 can be saved. The original overall layout and style of the vehicle 1000 are not changed, and the operations of riding, operation, visual observation and the like of passengers are not influenced.
Referring to fig. 2, in some embodiments, the supporting member 20 includes a supporting rod 21 and a bracket 22. The first end 211 of the support bar 21 is connected to the bracket 22, and the second end 212 of the support bar 21 extends out of the headrest 10. A bracket 22 is located within the headrest 10 and a projection device 30 is mounted on the bracket 22.
Specifically, the supporting member 20 may be made of a metal pipe having a relatively high strength. The number of the support rods 21 can be two, the first end 211 of the support rod 21 is connected with the bracket 22 and embedded inside the headrest 10, and the second end 212 of the support rod 21 extends out of the headrest 10 and is fixedly inserted into the backrest 200 of the seat 300, so that the support member 20 can connect the headrest 10 and the seat 300 into a whole.
Referring to fig. 2, in some embodiments, the bracket 22 includes a first connecting rod 221 and a second connecting rod 222. The first connecting rod 221 extends from the first end 211 of the support rod 21 in the axial direction of the support rod 21, and in a direction away from the support rod 21. The second connecting rod 222 extends from one end of the first connecting rod 221 away from the supporting rod 21 to a direction perpendicular to the axial direction of the supporting rod 21, and the projection device 30 is mounted on the second connecting rod 222.
Specifically, the first connecting rod 221 and the first end 211 of the supporting rod 21 may be welded or screwed together. The first connecting rod 221 may extend in a direction away from the support rod 21 along the axial direction of the support rod 21 through a bending process. The second connecting rod 222 may extend from an end of the first connecting rod 221 away from the supporting rod 21 to a direction perpendicular to the axial direction of the supporting rod 21 after the bending process. The first connection rod 221 and the second connection rod 222 may be connected by welding or screwing. In this way, the first connecting rod 221 and the second connecting rod 222 are more easily installed inside the headrest 10 to save space, and the projection device 30 can be better installed on the bracket 22.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, in some embodiments, the projection device 30 includes a projection body 31 and a mounting member 32. The mounting member 32 is connected to the projection body 31. The number of the second connection bars 222 may be two. The two second connecting rods 222 are arranged in parallel, and the projection body 31 is erected on the two second connecting rods 222 through the mounting part 32, so that the projection body 31 can be stably fixed on the bracket 22. The installation member 32 is provided to fixedly connect the projection main body 31 and the bracket 22 via the installation member 32 without damaging the original structure of the projection main body 31.
Referring to fig. 5, in some embodiments, the mounting member 32 is formed with a locking structure 321, and the locking structure 321 formed by the mounting member 32 can cooperate with the second connecting rod 222, so that the mounting member 32 can be locked on the second connecting rod 222, and thus the mounting member 32 can be fixedly connected with the second connecting rod 222. The engaging structure 321 includes an open snap ring 3211, and the two second connecting rods 222 can be respectively snapped into the snap rings 3211 of the mounting member 32 during the mounting process. The mounting member 32 and the second connecting rod 222 can be connected by screw threads and can be fastened by a snap structure, and the connection manner of the mounting member 32 and the second connecting rod 222 is not limited herein. Thus, when the vehicle 1000 is in a bumpy condition, a sharp turn condition, or a sudden speed change condition, the projection device 30 will not fall off to affect the normal operation of the projection device 30.
Referring to fig. 2 and 7, in some embodiments, the support rod 21 is used to connect to the backrest 200 of the seat 300, and the support rod 21 is provided with an adjusting member 213, and the adjusting member 213 is used to adjust the height of the headrest 10 relative to the backrest 200.
Specifically, one end of the support bar 21 may extend from the inside of the headrest 10 and be fixedly inserted into the backrest 200, and is not easily shaken. The support bar 21 may include a first support bar 214 and a second support bar 215, and the second support bar 215 may be inserted into the first support bar 214. The first support bar 214 and the second support bar 215 are externally provided with an adjusting component 213, and when a button 2131 of the adjusting component 213 is pressed, the first support bar 214 is manually moved, so that the first support bar 214 can move relative to the second support bar 215 and the seat 300. When the fixing means 2132 of the adjusting member 213 is pressed, the position of the first support rod 214 can be fixed.
In this manner, the height of the first support rod 214 can be adjusted by the adjustment member 213, thereby adjusting the height of the headrest 10 with respect to the backrest 200. When the projection apparatus 30 is used, the height of the headrest 10 can be adjusted depending on whether or not the height of the present passenger blocks the projection hole 11 of the headrest 10.
In some embodiments, louvers are provided below the headrest 10. Specifically, after the projection apparatus 30 is operated for a long time, a large amount of heat may be generated inside the projection apparatus 30 due to the continuous operation of the projection apparatus 30. The heat dissipation holes are formed below the headrest 10, so that the heat source of the projection device 30 can be dissipated out in time through the heat dissipation holes and finally into the air. Therefore, the timely heat dissipation of the projection device 30 can prolong the service life of the projection device 30, thereby ensuring the usability of the projection device 30.
Referring to fig. 6, in some embodiments, the projection hole 11 opens toward the front of the vehicle 1000. In this way, the projection device 30 can project a screen or an image on the projection surface through the projection hole 11. The projection surface may be a window, a back of the chair 300, or a curtain. In some embodiments, the opening of the projection hole 11 may also be toward the top of the vehicle 1000, so that the projection device 30 can project a picture or image at the ceiling of the vehicle 1000 through the projection hole 11.
In some embodiments, the projection device 30 may be provided with a power supply inside, and may also be connected to a circuit inside the vehicle 1000 for supplying power. In some embodiments, the projection device 30 may be a sound player, or may be connected to an external device such as a bluetooth sound device or a vehicle sound device to play sound. In this way, the projection device 30 can not only project video, but also play sound.
Referring to fig. 7, the present embodiment provides a seat 300, the seat 300 including a backrest 200 and a headrest assembly 100, the headrest assembly 100 being mounted on the backrest 200.
Referring to fig. 8, the present embodiment provides a vehicle 1000 including a vehicle body 400 and a seat 300, wherein the seat 300 is installed in the vehicle body 400. Installing the projection device 30 inside the headrest 10 can save the interior space of the vehicle 1000.
