the inner layer plate comprises a steel reinforcement framework, the light concrete is poured on the steel reinforcement framework, the outer layer plate comprises a steel reinforcement mesh, and the light concrete is poured on the steel reinforcement mesh; a tie bar penetrating through the heat-insulation sandwich board is arranged between the outer layer board and the inner layer board, one end of the tie bar is fixedly connected with a steel bar framework of the inner layer board, and the other end of the tie bar is fixedly connected with a steel bar mesh of the outer layer board;
two upper connecting pieces are installed at the upper end of the indoor side of the inner plate, and two or four lower bearing connecting pieces are installed at the lower end of the indoor side of the inner plate.

The split sandwich type outer wall panel of claim 1, wherein: the tie bar comprises a U-shaped connecting piece, one end of the U-shaped connecting piece is connected with the reinforcement cage of the inner layer plate in a welding and anchoring mode, and the other end of the U-shaped connecting piece is connected with the reinforcement mesh of the outer layer plate in a welding and anchoring mode.
