Referring to fig. 2 and 5, a cavity 24 is arranged in the side wall of the housing 2, a through hole 25 is arranged on the side wall of the housing 2 on one side of the cleaning opening 23, the through hole 25 is communicated with the cavity 24, one end of the cleaning cover 4 is connected in the cavity 24 in a sliding manner, a pulling part is arranged on the side wall of the other end of the cleaning cover 4, the pulling frame comprises a handle 41 fixedly connected to the cleaning cover 4, and the cleaning cover 4 is fixed with the housing 2 through a fixing part.
