A valve body (1) provided with an inlet (101) establishing fluid communication with a gas cylinder, an outlet (102) establishing fluid communication with a gas appliance, a communication passage (103) for communicating the inlet (101) and the outlet (102), and a release passage (104); the inner wall of the communication channel (103) bulges between the inlet (101) and the outlet (102) to form a sealing matching bulge (1031); the release passage (104) comprises an outer section (1041) establishing fluid communication with the outside, and an inner section (1042) establishing fluid communication with the communication passage (103) between the inlet (101) and the seal fitting protrusion (1031), the inner section (1042) is communicated with the outer section (1041) and the inner section (1042) has a smaller aperture than the outer section (1041);
the valve rod (2) is movably arranged in the communication channel (103), and a first sealing element (3) in sealing fit with the sealing fit protrusion (1031) is arranged on the valve rod (2);
a first elastic return member (4) acting on the valve stem (2) to cause the first seal member (3) to always have a tendency to move in a direction toward the seal engagement projection (1031);
the valve core (5) is positioned in the outer side section (1041), a second sealing piece (6) is arranged on one side, facing the inner side section (1042), of the valve core (5), and the second sealing piece (6) can completely cover a first opening (1043) of the inner side section (1042) communicated with the outer side section (1041);

the mating connector presses down the valve stem (2) in a state where the mating connector is mounted on the outlet (102).
