技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种儿童安全座椅。
背景技术
儿童安全座椅通常用在汽车中，在发生意外碰撞的情况下能减少对儿童的冲击，并提供儿童强力的保护、缓冲和约束作用。例如当发生前向碰撞时，儿童安全座椅能有效地阻止儿童身体向前急速运动而发生二次碰撞；而当发生后向碰撞时，儿童安全座椅的背靠和头靠能支撑儿童身体和头部，以避免儿童颈部急速后摆而造成颈部损伤；从而减轻伤害，藉此能有效地提高儿童乘车安全。
然而，当汽车发生侧向碰撞时，习知技术的儿童安全座椅仅能依靠背靠侧壁和头靠侧壁来减缓撞击力，显然无法提供足够的保护作用。
因此，对于可简单有效的缓冲侧向撞击力的改良的儿童安全座椅，仍有需求。
实用新型内容
本实用新型提供一种儿童安全座椅，其可提供更佳的保护作用。
根据一实施例，儿童安全座椅包括：座椅壳体，具有座椅部、背靠部以及侧壁，所述侧壁从所述背靠部向前突出；头靠，与所述背靠部连接，并可沿所述背靠部移动，且所述头靠具有向前突出的侧支撑部；以及侧翼保护部，设置于邻近所述侧壁的内侧，所述侧翼保护部沿所述侧壁的内侧由靠近所述座椅部处向所述背靠部的顶端方向延伸，使所述侧翼保护部的一部分位于所述侧壁和所述头靠的所述侧支撑部之间。
所述的儿童安全座椅，其特征在于：所述侧翼保护部上面向所述侧壁的主表面设有缓冲结构。
所述的儿童安全座椅，其特征在于：所述缓冲结构与所述侧翼保护部一体形成，且所述缓冲结构的材质厚度较所述侧翼保护部的其它部位的厚度小，使所述缓冲结构可变形。
所述的儿童安全座椅，其特征在于：所述缓冲结构为凹陷部或中空部。
所述的儿童安全座椅，其特征在于：所述缓冲结构包括第一缓冲结构和第二缓冲结构，所述第一缓冲结构的位置大致对应于所述头靠，所述第二缓冲结构位于所述第一缓冲结构的下方。
所述的儿童安全座椅，其特征在于：所述第一缓冲结构在所述头靠垂直移动调整的范围内可大致与所述头靠的所述侧支撑部维持相重叠的关系。
所述的儿童安全座椅，其特征在于：所述第一缓冲结构为单个凹陷部，其面积大致与所述头靠的所述侧支撑部相重叠。
所述的儿童安全座椅，其特征在于：所述第二缓冲结构包含复数个长形且互相平行的凹陷部。
所述的儿童安全座椅，其特征在于：所述第一缓冲结构为单个凹陷部，而所述第二缓冲结构包含复数个长形且互相平行的凹陷部。
所述的儿童安全座椅，其特征在于：所述第二缓冲结构的面积大于所述第一缓冲结构的面积。
所述的儿童安全座椅，其特征在于：所述侧翼保护部为板状。

具体实施方式
图1绘示本实用新型一实施例所提供的儿童安全座椅100的立体图。儿童安全座椅100可包括座椅壳体102。座椅壳体102可具有座椅部104、背靠部106以及两个侧壁110。包含座椅部104、背靠部106以及两个侧壁110的座椅壳体102可为塑料成形。
两个侧壁110可从背靠部106向前突出，且分别沿着背靠部108的左侧和右侧延伸。两个侧壁110可沿两侧界定座椅壳体102中用于容置儿童的内部空间，且可为儿童身体提供侧面保护。背靠部106可与一个可调整的头靠108组接，头靠108设置在两个侧壁110之间。头靠108可在两个侧壁110之间沿着背靠部106移动，以根据座椅壳体102中的儿童高度进行调整。
根据一实施例，头靠108可包括中央支撑部112以及从中央支撑部112的左侧和右侧向前突出的两个侧支撑部114。两个侧支撑部114可为儿童的头部提供侧面保护。
儿童安全座椅100还可包括两个侧翼保护部116，分别设置于邻近两个侧壁110的内侧。侧翼保护部116可沿侧壁110的内侧由靠近座椅部104处向背靠部106的顶端方向延伸，使侧翼保护部116的一部分位于侧壁110和头靠108的侧支撑部114之间。根据一实施例，侧翼保护部116例如包括，但不限于塑料。
配合图1，图2及图3分别绘示侧翼保护部116的两个相对侧面的立体图。参阅图2和图3，侧翼保护部116例如为板状，且具有两个主表面116A、116B和周缘116C、116D。主表面116A、116B分别位于侧翼保护部116的相对两侧，周缘116C可沿侧翼保护部116一侧分别与主表面116A、116B相连接，而周缘116D可沿侧翼保护部116另一侧分别与主表面116A、116B相连接。另外，周缘116C处还可延伸而形成凸肋118，其突出于主表面116B。侧翼保护部116安装于座椅壳体102中时，主表面116A面向座椅壳体102的内侧空间和头靠108的侧支撑部114，主表面116B面向并邻近于侧壁110，周缘116C面向座椅壳体102前方，周缘116D与背靠部106接附，而凸肋118与侧壁110的前边缘接附。
参阅图2及图3，侧翼保护部116的主表面116A大致平坦，而侧翼保护部116的主表面116B上可设有缓冲结构120、122。根据一实施例，缓冲结构120、122可与侧翼保护部116一体形成，且缓冲结构120、122的材质厚度较侧翼保护部116其它部位的厚度小，使缓冲结构120、122可变形，得提供缓冲效果且回弹性佳。根据一实施例，缓冲结构120、122例如包括凹陷部，其底部厚度较侧翼保护部116其它部位的厚度小。侧翼保护部116在受到侧向撞击时可变形，藉此分散撞击力，达到缓冲的效果。
缓冲结构120的位置大致对应于头靠108，以提供头靠108受侧向撞击时的缓冲。更具体而言，缓冲结构120的面积可大致与头靠108的侧支撑部114相重叠，且在头靠108垂直移动调整的范围内可大致与侧支撑部114维持相重叠的关系。根据一实施例，缓冲结构120的面积可至少等于头靠108的侧支撑部114，较佳为略大于侧支撑部114的面积。
缓冲结构120可为单个或复数个凹陷部，所谓凹陷部意指于主表面116B中形成凹陷，亦即，肉眼可直接观察到缓冲结构120。根据一实施例，如图1-3所示，缓冲结构120为单个凹陷部，其面积可大致与侧支撑部114相重叠。根据另一实施例，缓冲结构120可为复数个凹陷部，其在主表面116B上所占的区域可大致与头靠108的侧支撑部114相重叠。
根据又另一实施例，缓冲结构120可为中空部，其设置于侧翼保护部116的主表面116A、116B之间，呈现空腔，亦即，由主表面116A、主表面116B无法直接以肉眼观察到缓冲结构120。缓冲结构120可为单个或复数个中空部，为单个中空部时，中空部的面积可大致与侧支撑部114相重叠；若为复数个中空部时，所述复数中空部在侧翼保护部116中所占的区域可大致与侧支撑部114相重叠。
缓冲结构122可位于缓冲结构120的下方，即，大致对应于头靠108下方的背靠部106。缓冲结构122可为凹陷部(即主表面116B中形成的凹陷)或中空部(即主表面116A、116B之间形成的中空部)。根据一实施例，缓冲结构122可包含复数个长形且互相平行的凹陷部，如图3所示。
根据一实施例，如图3所示，缓冲结构120可为单个凹陷部，而位于缓冲结构120下方的缓冲结构122可包含复数个长形且互相平行的凹陷部，且缓冲结构122的面积大于缓冲结构120的面积，使侧翼保护部116在缓冲结构120、122的区域分别具有不同的弹性。
藉由上述结构，当汽车发生碰撞时，儿童安全座椅100可有效的缓冲侧向撞击力，通过侧翼保护部的缓冲结构分散撞击力，且回弹性好，缓冲效果优异，能对儿童提供更佳的保护作用。
前文中已描述了用于儿童安全座椅的某些实施例。这些实施例仅为本实用新型的优选实施例而已，当然不能以此来限定本实用新型之权利范围，因此依本实用新型权利要求所作的等同变化，仍属本实用新型所涵盖的范围。

Claims (11)

1.一种儿童安全座椅，其特征在于，包括：
座椅壳体，具有座椅部、背靠部以及侧壁，所述侧壁从所述背靠部向前突出；
头靠，与所述背靠部连接，并可沿所述背靠部移动，且所述头靠具有向前突出的侧支撑部；以及
侧翼保护部，设置于邻近所述侧壁的内侧，所述侧翼保护部沿所述侧壁的内侧由靠近所述座椅部处向所述背靠部的顶端方向延伸，使所述侧翼保护部的一部分位于所述侧壁和所述头靠的所述侧支撑部之间。
2.如权利要求1所述的儿童安全座椅，其特征在于：所述侧翼保护部上面向所述侧壁的主表面设有缓冲结构。
3.如权利要求2所述的儿童安全座椅，其特征在于：所述缓冲结构与所述侧翼保护部一体形成，且所述缓冲结构的材质厚度较所述侧翼保护部的其它部位的厚度小，使所述缓冲结构可变形。
4.如权利要求3所述的儿童安全座椅，其特征在于：所述缓冲结构为凹陷部或中空部。
5.如权利要求3所述的儿童安全座椅，其特征在于：所述缓冲结构包括第一缓冲结构和第二缓冲结构，所述第一缓冲结构的位置大致对应于所述头靠，所述第二缓冲结构位于所述第一缓冲结构的下方。
6.如权利要求5所述的儿童安全座椅，其特征在于：所述第一缓冲结构在所述头靠垂直移动调整的范围内可大致与所述头靠的所述侧支撑部维持相重叠的关系。
7.如权利要求5所述的儿童安全座椅，其特征在于：所述第一缓冲结构为单个凹陷部，其面积大致与所述头靠的所述侧支撑部相重叠。
8.如权利要求5所述的儿童安全座椅，其特征在于：所述第二缓冲结构包含复数个长形且互相平行的凹陷部。
9.如权利要求5所述的儿童安全座椅，其特征在于：所述第一缓冲结构为单个凹陷部，而所述第二缓冲结构包含复数个长形且互相平行的凹陷部。
10.如权利要求5所述的儿童安全座椅，其特征在于：所述第二缓冲结构的面积大于所述第一缓冲结构的面积。
11.如权利要求1至10中任一项所述的儿童安全座椅，其特征在于：所述侧翼保护部为板状。
