Abstract
食品保温盒、箱属于盛装食品用的保温器具。它
是由盒(箱)体和上盖组成，其特点是盒，箱体和上盖
由内壳和外壳双层构成，在壳体上设有注孔，在双层
壳体之间注入轻质保温材料。其优点是可有效的解
决现有的饭盒，冰棍箱等需要保温器具的保温问题。
Description
食品保温盒 箱 属于盛装食品用的保温器具。
饭盒是学生职工带饭用的主要工具，由于它多数是铝制品或塑料制品，其保温效果极差，甚至根本不能起到保温作用。现有的冰棍箱虽然也采取了一些保温措施，但其效果仍然不理想。总之现有的这类需要保温的食品盒，箱一直未能有效的解决保温问题。
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有的饭盒、冰棍箱等需要保温的食品器具保温效果差或根本不能保温的缺点，提供一种简单实用的食品保温盒、箱，同时又具有防震性能。
上述目的是通过以下方案实现的：一种食品保温盒、箱，它是由盒、箱 体和上盖组成，其特殊之处是盒、箱 体和上盖由内壳和外壳双层构成，在壳体上设有注入孔，在双层壳体之间充填轻质保温材料。
本方案的优点是由于在双层壳体内注入轻质保温材料，待轻质保温材料凝固后，将内外层壳体联为一体，使其强度明显增加，并具有明显的保温效果，还具有防震性能。
下面结合附图介绍本方案的两个实施例。
图1为冰棍箱的外形图，图2为图1的纵剖面图。图中1为外壳，2为内壳，3为轻质保温材料（如聚氨酯泡沫塑料），4为外壳上的注入孔。冰棍箱的箱体和上盖作成中空的双层结构，若采用金属板可冲压焊接成型，若采用塑料可铸塑成型，也可用胶合板钉制成型或粘接成型，在箱体或上盖上设有注入孔4，用注入装置将液态的聚氨酯泡沫塑料，由注入孔4注入箱体和上盖的双层壳体空间内，待聚氨酯泡沫塑料凝固后，将内外壳联为一体，起到保温防震等作用。
携带食物用的饭盒可采用铝制品或塑料制品，其结构与冰棍箱基本相同，即盒体上盖采用内外壳夹轻质保温材料层的复合结构，实现保温防震功能。
