The main objective of this application provides a ware structure of windowing based on intelligent home systems to improve the problem in the correlation technique.
In order to achieve the purpose, the window opener structure based on the intelligent home system comprises a window rail and a window sash which are installed on a wall body, wherein the window sash is installed on the window rail in a sliding mode, a base is installed on a bottom frame of the window sash, a rack is installed on the side wall of the base, a motor is installed on the inner side wall of the window rail, a gear is connected to the output end of the motor through a key, and the rack is meshed with the gear;
the motor electric connection has the controller, controller electric connection has wireless receiver, rainfall sensor is installed to the lateral wall of window rail, the controller with rainfall sensor signal links to each other.
In an embodiment of the present application, a sliding rail is installed at the bottom of the window rail, the sliding rail and the window rail are of an integrated structure, and a sliding groove matched with the sliding rail is formed in the bottom frame of the window sash.
In an embodiment of the application, the slide rail lateral wall joint has first magnet, the spout lateral wall is installed the second magnet.
In an embodiment of the application, the motor side wall is provided with a protective cover, and the other end of the protective cover is in clearance fit with the base.
In an embodiment of the present application, a limit switch is installed on the side wall of the window rail, and the limit switch is in signal connection with the controller.
In an embodiment of the application, the base includes mounting panel and bolt, the mounting panel lateral wall is seted up flutedly, the rack is installed in inside the recess, the mounting panel top is seted up threaded hole, the bolt install in the threaded hole, the bolt bottom with the rack top is inconsistent.
Compared with the prior art, the beneficial effects of this application are: through the ware structure of windowing based on intelligent home systems of above-mentioned design, during the use, through the frame lateral part with pedestal mounting at original casement, install the rack at the lateral part of base, install the motor at the window rail lateral part, the gear and the rack meshing of motor output, simple and convenient realization installation, receive the instruction that intelligent home systems sent through wireless receiver, and give the controller with the instruction transmission, the controller receives the instruction and sends the instruction of windowing or closing the window, then the control motor operation, motor output drives gear revolve, the gear drives rack lateral shifting, and then realize casement lateral shifting, the whole window of having avoided the user to change, and is with low costs, and be convenient for installation and use.

In order to connect with the smart home system, the motor 6 is electrically connected with a controller 8, the specific model of the controller 8 is a CQM1-CPU11 controller (which can be installed on one side of the motor 6), in specific implementation, the controller 8 is used for controlling the motor 6 to run or stop after receiving a signal, the controller 8 is electrically connected with a wireless receiver 9, the specific model of the wireless receiver 9 is a TM-A3-10 receiver, the wireless receiver 9 is used for transmitting a command to the controller 8, in specific setting, the wireless receiver 9 is electrically connected with the smart home system, the outer side wall of the window rail 2 is provided with a rainfall sensor 10, the controller 8 is in signal connection with the rainfall sensor 10 (a lead wire is not shown in the figure), the specific model of the rainfall sensor is 8UD 955559 a, in specific implementation, the rainfall sensor 10 is used for providing a window closing signal to the controller 8 when rain is detected, thereby causing the motor 6 to operate and close the window.
In this embodiment, slide rail 201 is installed to window rail 2 bottom, slide rail 201 and window rail 2 structure as an organic whole, 3 bottom frame of casement seted up with slide rail 201 complex spout 301, during the concrete implementation, slide rail 201 lateral wall joint has first magnet 2011, spout 301 lateral wall uses the screw to install second magnet 3011, first magnet 2011 and second magnet 3011 are the homopolar, according to the principle that the homopolar repulsion of magnet, effectively reduce the frictional force between casement 3 and the window rail 2, reduce the noise that produces when 3 slides of casement on the one hand, the casement 3 of being convenient for of on the other hand slides in window rail 2 inside.
In this embodiment, the safety cover 202 is installed to the motor 6 lateral wall using the screw, the safety cover 202 other end with base 4 is clearance fit, and during specific setting, motor 6's output shaft, rack 5 and gear 7 all are inside safety cover 202, and safety cover 202 is the plastics safety cover, and safety cover 202 is used for protecting motor 6's output shaft, rack 5 and gear 7, effectively avoids the people to touch gear 7 and rack 5's meshing department and the injured condition takes place.
In order to prevent the motor 6 from driving the window sash 3 to close, the side wall of the window sash 3 is already abutted against the side wall of the window rail 2 but the motor 6 is still running, the side wall of the window rail 2 is provided with a limit switch 203 (as shown in a dotted line part of fig. 2) by using a screw, the limit switch 203 is in signal connection with the controller 8, and in specific implementation, when the side wall of the window sash 3 is abutted against the limit switch 203, the limit switch 203 sends an instruction to the controller 8, so that the motor 6 stops running.
In this embodiment, base 4 includes mounting panel 401 and bolt 402, when mounting panel 401 is used for follow-up change rack 5, effectively reduce the injury to casement 3, mounting panel 401 lateral wall has seted up recess 4011, rack 5 is installed inside recess 4011, mounting panel 401 top has seted up threaded hole 4012, bolt 402 is installed in threaded hole 4012, bolt 402 bottom is inconsistent with rack 5 top, bolt 402 is used for spacing and fixed to rack 5, effectively avoid rack 5 to slide in recess 4011, and rack 5 is installed and is convenient for follow-up change rack 5 in recess 4011.
The working principle is as follows: when the window opening and closing device is used, when the window opening or closing is needed, an instruction is sent to the intelligent home system, the intelligent home system sends a signal to the wireless receiver 9, the wireless receiver 9 sends the signal to the controller 8, the controller 8 transmits the signal to the motor 6, further controlling the motor 6 to operate, the output end of the motor 6 driving the gear 7 to rotate, the gear 7 driving the rack 5 to move transversely, thereby driving the window sash 3 to move transversely to realize the function of opening or closing the window, and when the window sash 3 is closed, when the side wall of the window sash 3 is abutted against the limit switch 203 arranged on the side wall of the window rail 2, the limit switch 203 sends an instruction for closing the running of the motor 6 to the controller 8, the motor 6 is effectively prevented from being burnt out when the window sash 3 is abutted against the window rail 2, when the outside rains, the rainfall sensor 10 transmits a signal to the controller 8, and then control casement 3 and close, effectively avoid the condition emergence that nobody closed the window rainwater and got into the room.
It should be noted that: the model specifications of the limit switch 203, the rack 5, the motor 6, the gear 7, the controller 8, the wireless receiver 9 and the rainfall sensor 10 need to be determined by type selection according to the actual specification of the device, and the specific type selection calculation method adopts the prior art in the field, so detailed description is omitted.
