Abstract

一种条码笔式扫描器,它包括红外发光二极管、 透镜、反射镜、光阑及组装光电转换电路元件的印刷 线路板,其技术方案要点是红外发光二极管、透镜、反 射镜、光阑及组装光电转换电路元件的印刷线路板依 次组装在一个笔式壳体内。由于采用笔式结构,且光 源为红外发光二极管,因而不仅体积小、结构简单、使 用方便、而且可同时具有识别普通条码符号和隐形条 码符号的功能。

Description

本实用新型涉及一种用于识别条码符号的条码笔式扫描器。
目前,国内普遍采用的条码扫描器均为槽式结构,该种结构只适合检测带条码标志的卡片,而对于已贴在商品上的条码检测极其不便,此外,现有条码扫描器只能识别普通条码符号,而对于隐形条码符号则难以识别。
鉴于上述情况,本实用新型的目的是提供一种既能识别普通条码,又能识别隐形条码且使用方便的笔式条码扫描器。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:该扫描器在一笔式壳体内依次组装有红外发光二极管、光学透镜、反射镜、光阑、光电二极管及组装光电转换电路元件的印刷线路,在笔式壳体的前端口设置一个宝石球,用于扫描时减少滑动摩擦力,在红外发光管、光学透镜、反射镜、光阑、光电二极管组成的光学系统中,光源采用峰值波长900nm的红外发光二极管与电路板中集成运算放大器联接,进行信号放大和整形,输出信号由三芯电缆和五针插头译码器联接。
本实用新型由于采用了笔式结构且光源为红外发光二极管,因而不仅体积小,结构简单,使用方便,而且可同时具有识别普通条码符号和隐形条码符号的功能。
以下结合附图对本实用新型作进一步说明。
图1是本实用新型的结构示意图。
图2是本实用新型的电路原理图。
根据图1-2,详细说明本实用新型的具体结构和操作过程。笔式外壳由笔头2、笔杆9、笔座10构成外型。笔头2与笔杆9螺纹联接,笔杆9与笔座10螺钉联接。笔头2前部粘有宝石球1。笔杆9中装有红外发光二极管3、光学透镜4、反射镜5、光阑6、光电二极管7、电路板8。电路板8上焊有电缆11。采用此结构,当笔头扫描条码符号后,光电转换电路将反应条码符号信息的光信号转换成电信号,此信号为毫伏数量级,为满足单片机CPU译码要求,设计了信号放大和整形电路。其电路原理图如图2所示,集成运算放大器U1将光电二极管转换的信号放大到几百毫伏,1/2U2做第二级放大,放大后信号为几伏,另1/2U2做比较整形,整形后信号输出为TTL电平。输出信号由三芯电缆经五针插头与译码器联接。

1、一种条码笔式扫描器,它包括红外发光二极管、透镜、反射镜、光阑及组装光电转换电路元件的印刷线路板,其特征是红外发光二极管、透镜、反射镜、光阑及组装光电转换电路元件的印刷线路板依次组装在一个笔式壳体内。
2、根据权利要求1所述的条码笔式扫描器,其特征是笔式壳体前端口设置一个宝石球。
