Background
The veneer is made up by using wood, stone material and metal as raw material and sticking them on the base plate of plywood, fibre board and shaving board, etc. and hot-pressing them. The veneer is called as decorative veneer faced plywood, which is composed of three parts of surface, base plate and veneer, and is also a common decorative material for decoration of modern home.
In building decoration, the situation that a decoration panel is arranged on a building base body is more, the decoration panel is fixed on a wall body through nails under the general condition, and then painting is carried out layer by layer to obtain a required decoration surface at last.
However, when the nail passed the decorative board, can cause certain destruction to the structure of decorative board, make this easy fracture, and then reduced firmness and the stability of being connected between decorative board and the wall body.

The present application is described in further detail below with reference to figures 1-5.
The embodiment of the application discloses connection structure of decorative board 1. Referring to fig. 1, the connection structure of the veneer comprises a veneer 1, a wall 2 is connected with two vertically arranged mounting columns 3, and the two mounting columns 3 are arranged along the length direction of the wall 2. Each mounting post 3 is attached to the wall 2 by means of fasteners, which are expansion bolts (not shown).
Referring to fig. 1, a sliding groove 301 is formed in one side of each mounting column 3, which is away from the wall body 2, and the length direction of the sliding groove 301 is the same as the length direction of the mounting column 3. One side that two erection columns 3 deviate from mutually is fixedly connected with baffle 302 respectively, and it has the bearing pole 4 that is the level setting to slide between two baffles 302, and bearing pole 4 is provided with a plurality ofly along the length direction of erection column 3.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the veneer 1 is clamped between two adjacent supporting rods 4 and is attached to the wall 2. In order to reduce the possibility that the veneer 1 falls down between two adjacent supporting rods 4, the upper surface and the lower surface of each supporting rod 4 are provided with guide grooves 401, and the guide grooves 401 are formed along the length direction of the supporting rods 4.
Referring to fig. 1 and 3, the upper and lower surfaces of the veneer 1 are fixedly connected with the guide bars 101 sliding in the guide grooves 401. Guide way 401 and conducting bar 101 mutually support, provide the direction for the installation of decorative board 1, have improved the installation effectiveness, simultaneously, have improved decorative board 1's stability.
Referring to fig. 1 and 3, the veneer 1 is provided with a plurality of magnets 102 embedded in two side surfaces of the wide edge of the veneer 1 along the direction of the support rod 4, and the two adjacent magnets 102 are attracted to each other. The adsorption power between the magnet has increased the inseparability between the adjacent decorative board 1, has improved the stability that decorative board 1 connects.
Referring to fig. 2, a support plate 403 is fixedly connected to a side of the support rod 4 facing the wall 2, the support plate 403 is horizontally disposed, and an upper surface and a lower surface of the support plate 403 are flush with an upper surface and a lower surface of the support rod 4. The support plate 403 provides a supporting force for the veneer 1, and further improves the stability of the veneer 1.
Referring to fig. 2, a sliding rod 402 is fixedly connected to one side of the support rod 4 facing the wall 2, and the sliding rod 402 is arranged perpendicular to the support rod 4. Two sliding rods 402 are arranged along the length direction of the support rod 4, the two sliding rods 402 are arranged in one-to-one correspondence with the two sliding grooves 301, and the sliding rods 402 slide in the sliding grooves 301.
Referring to fig. 1 and 4, a clamping groove 303 is formed in one side of the mounting column 3 away from the wall body 2, the width of the clamping groove 303 is greater than that of the sliding groove 301, and the clamping groove 303 is communicated with the sliding groove 301. The mounting post 3 is provided with a positioning piece for positioning the sliding rod 402, the positioning piece is a clamping plate 5, and the clamping plate 5 is clamped in the clamping groove 303 to provide support and limit for the sliding rod 402.
Referring to fig. 1, a plurality of card slots 303 are formed along the longitudinal direction of the mounting post 3, and the plurality of card slots 303 are disposed at equal intervals. In the actual use, according to the specification of decorative board 1, select the draw-in groove 303 of different positions, improved the application of this application.
Referring to fig. 5, mounting holes 6 are formed in two opposite side groove walls of the clamping groove 303, a bullet 601 is connected to the mounting column 3 in a sliding manner, and the bullet 601 is matched with the mounting column 3 in a sliding manner through the mounting holes 6. An ejection pressure spring 602 is extruded between the warhead 601 and the bottom of the mounting hole 6, and the edge of the warhead 601 facing the clamping plate 5 is in a round angle shape, so that the friction force between the warhead 601 and the clamping plate 5 is reduced. The side wall of the card board 5 is provided with an insertion hole 501 for inserting the bullet 601.
During installation, an operator inserts the clamping plate 5 into the clamping groove 303, the bullet 601 is extruded by the side wall of the clamping plate 5 and moves towards the bottom of the mounting hole 6, and at the moment, the ejection pressure spring 602 elastically deforms. When the mounting hole 6 is communicated with the insertion hole 501, the elastic potential energy of the ejection pressure spring 602 is released, the elastic force pushes the warhead 601 to be inserted into the insertion hole 501, the clamping plate 5 is limited, the possibility that the clamping plate 5 is separated from the clamping groove 303 is reduced, and the stability of the clamping plate 5 is improved.
Referring to fig. 4, a pressing plate 7 is arranged on the clamping plate 5, and an elastic component 8 is connected between the pressing plate 7 and the clamping plate 5. The elastic component 8 comprises a torsion spring 801 and a pin shaft 802, the pin shaft 802 is parallel to the support rod 4, two ends of the pin shaft 802 are fixedly connected with a mounting seat 8021, and the mounting seat 8021 is fixedly connected to one side of the clamping plate 5 departing from the wall body 2. The pressing plate 7 comprises a rotating part 701 and a pressing part 702, the rotating part 701 is rotatably sleeved on the pin shaft 802, the pressing part 702 is pressed on the side surface of the bearing rod 4 departing from the wall body 2, and the pressing part 702 and the rotating part 701 are integrally formed. The torsion spring 801 is sleeved on the pin shaft 802, one end of the torsion spring 801 abuts against the pressing portion 702, and the other end abuts against the card board 5.
The implementation principle of the connection structure of the veneer 1 in the embodiment of the application is as follows:
1. the operator realizes the connection between the mounting column 3 and the wall body 2 through the expansion bolts.
2. The operator attaches a support rod 4 to the two guide plates 302, so that the slide bar 402 is inserted into the slide groove 301 and slides the support rod 4.
3. After adjusting the support rod 4 to the desired position, the operator pulls the pressing plate 7 open to insert the clamping plate 5 into the clamping groove 303.
4. In the process of inserting the card board 5 into the card slot 303, the bullet 601 is inserted into the insertion hole 501, and the locking of the card board 5 is completed.
5. After the clamping plate 5 is inserted, the operator releases the pressing plate 7, and the pressing plate 7 is pressed on the supporting rod 4 under the action of the elastic component 8.
6. Operating personnel takes out a bearing pole 4 once more, places decorative board 1 on this bearing pole 4, adjusts this bearing pole 4's position, presss from both sides tight decorative board 1 until two bearing poles 4, then, fixes a position this bearing pole 4, and above-mentioned process, the circulation is reciprocal.
