Detailed Description
The utility model discloses a corrugated case (1), as shown in figure 1, mainly comprises three parts, an upper cover (1), a lower cover (4) and a middle sealing box body (3). The upper cover (2) and the lower cover (4) are the same and can be formed by the same template (17), and the middle sealing box body (3) is formed by a template (5) which is different from the upper cover (2) and the lower cover (4).
The intermediate sealed box (3) consists of a special carton, comprising a cardboard coated with polyethylene on one surface, which prevents the liquid (ice water and blood) of the internal contents from flowing out of the walls of the box (1), the internal sealed box (3) being intended to be inside the upper (2) and lower (4) lids and having a folded edge (6) fixed by a folding plate (9), which can be formed into the box (3) by folding only, without cuts that would allow the liquid to flow out.
The upper cover (2) and the lower cover (4) are telescopic, and form a second wall plate of the middle sealing box body (3), so that the optimal heat insulation effect is realized.
When the box body (3) is installed outside, the upper cover (2) and the lower cover (4) are jointed at the half height of the box body (3) so as to be convenient for sealing the sealing tape.
As shown in fig. 2, the formwork (5) of the intermediate sealed box (3) comprises a bottom (8) surrounded by two larger panels (23), two smaller panels (24) and four folded edges (6), the larger panel (23) being formed by a single part and the smaller panel (24) being formed by a distal part (9) and a proximal part (25) forming the folded panel. The formwork (5) has vertical, horizontal and inclined folding lines, allowing the assembly of the internally sealed box (3).
The rim (6) has a protrusion (7). The proximal portion (25) of the smaller wall (24) of the box (3) and the folding plate (9) are connected to each other by a fold (10) between which a central slot (11) is present.
When the internal sealing box body (3) is assembled through the template (5), the edge (6) at the folding position is folded by using the folding line (27), the edge (6) can be positioned inside or outside the middle sealing box body (3), in any case, the folding edge (10) positioned between the far side part (9) or the folding plate and the near side part (25) is positioned at the upper edge of the folding edge (6) at the folding position, and the protrusion (7) is embedded into the central groove body (11) and fixed at a proper position. If the folded edge (6) is directed outwards, the folded plate (9) is also folded towards the outside of the box (3), covering this folded edge, as shown in figures 1 and 6. In the opposite case, if the folding edge (6) is inward, the folding plate (9) is also folded inward, as shown in fig. 4C and 4D.
As can be seen in fig. 3, the template (17) of the covers (2) and (4) is formed by a base (12) surrounded by two larger walls (13), two smaller walls (14) and four wings (15). The larger wall (13) is formed of three foldable portions, a distal portion (18), a central portion (19) and a proximal portion (20). The smaller wall (14) is formed by a distal portion (21) and a proximal portion (22), the distal portion (21) having a central protrusion (16) at its edge.
When the upper cover (2) and the lower cover (4) are assembled by means of the template (17), the distal portions (18) of the larger wall (13) are placed along and parallel to the cover bottom (12), and the projections (16) are located between the distal portions (18) of the larger wall (13) (see fig. 5F), while at the same time the width of these distal portions (18) corresponds to the width of the folded edges (10) of the box (3).
In this way, the distance between the two distal portions (18) placed parallel to and along the bottom (12) of the covers (2) and (4) coincides with the width of the central channel (11) of the box (3) and with the width of the projection (16) of the smaller wall (14) of the covers (2) and (4).
The templates (17) that make up the lids (2) and (4) have vertical and horizontal fold lines that enable the lids to be assembled.
The template (17) allows for the cut (26) between the flap (15) and the proximal portion (20) to allow for the flap (15) to be located between the central portion (19) and the proximal portion (20) when the respective portions (18, 19, 20) of the larger panel (13) are folded (see fig. 5D and 5E).
Claims (9)
1. Corrugated box (1) for the transport of fresh food, characterized in that the corrugated box (1) comprises:
-an intermediate sealed tank (3);
-the upper cover (2) and the lower cover (4), of the telescopic type, constitute a second layer of wall around the intermediate sealed tank (3), each of the upper cover (2) and the lower cover (4) covering half the height of the tank (3);
-the upper cover (2) and the lower cover (4) are formed by a formwork (17) of the same type, the formwork (17) being formed by a bottom (12) surrounded by two larger walls (13), two smaller walls (14) and four wings (15);
-the larger panel (13) is formed of three successive foldable portions, respectively a distal portion (18), a central portion (19) and a proximal portion (20);
-the smaller wall (14) is formed by a distal portion (21) and a proximal portion (22), the distal portion (21) having a central protrusion (16) at its edge;
-an intermediate sealed box (3) to be placed inside the upper cover (2) and the lower cover (4), having a folded vertical folding edge (6), fixed by a folding plate (9) folded above it;
-the intermediate sealed box (3) is formed by a template (5) different from the cover template (17), wherein the template (5) of the intermediate sealed box (3) is formed by a bottom (8) surrounded by two larger panels (23), two smaller panels (24) and four folded edges (6); and
-the larger wall panel (23) is composed of a single part, and the smaller wall panel (24) is composed of a proximal part (25) and a distal part as a folding panel (9).
2. Corrugated box (1) for fresh food transport according to claim 1, characterized in that: the proximal portion (25) of the smaller wall (24) of the intermediate sealed box (3) and the folding plate (9) are connected to each other by a fold (10) between which a central channel (11) is located.

Corrugated box (1) for fresh food transport according to claim 1, characterized in that: the template (17) constituting the upper cover (2) and the lower cover (4) allows for the cut (26) between the flap (15) and the proximal portion (20) of the larger panel (13) to allow the flap (15) to be located between the central portion (19) and the proximal portion (20) when the respective portions (18, 19, 20) of the larger panel (13) are folded.

Corrugated box (1) for fresh food transport according to claim 2, characterized in that: in the upper cover (2) and the lower cover (4), the distal portions (18) of the larger walls (13) lie along and parallel to the bottom (12), the width of these distal portions (18) corresponding to the width of the flaps (10) of the internally sealed box (3).

Corrugated box (1) for fresh food transport according to claim 1, characterized in that: the distance between two distal portions (18) placed parallel to and along the bottom (12) of the upper (2) and lower (4) covers corresponds to the width of the central channel (11) of the intermediate sealed box (3) and to the width of the projections (16) of the smaller walls (14) of the upper (2) and lower (4) covers.
6. Corrugated box (1) for fresh food transport according to claim 1, characterized in that: the inner sealed box body (3) is made of paperboard coated with polyethylene on the surface.
7. Corrugated box (1) for fresh food transport according to claim 1, characterized in that: from the template (5), on the internally sealed box (3), a folding edge (6) can be located either externally or internally of the proximal portion (20) of the smaller panel (24).
8. Corrugated box (1) for fresh food transport according to claim 1, characterized in that: the edge (6) has a protrusion (7).
9. The corrugated box (1) for fresh food transport according to any one of claims 6 to 8, characterized in that: when the folding edge (6) is located outside or inside the smaller wall (24), the projection (7) of the edge (6) engages in the central slot (11) and the folding plate (9) covers the folding edge (6) and fixes its position.
