本实用新型将燃料箱内部区分为燃料流入速度 减速部、燃料流入室和主贮油室,在燃料流入速度减 速部设有燃料流入通道导向手段,燃料流入速度减速 手段,在燃料流入室设置由过滤手段和浮力体构成的 燃料流入调整手段,在主贮油室设置与燃料排出口连 接的包括过滤手段的浮游式燃料供给手段。
上述箱底设有倾斜部,异物质沉下时容易向排泄 件集聚,排泄件上设有异物质感知手段,即使不打开 排泄件也能从外部很容易地知道异物质的除去时 期。

Description

本实用新型涉及一种以油类作燃料使用的取暖设备的燃料箱,更详细地说,是涉及这样一种油类取暖设备用燃料箱:往取暖设备的燃烧器供给燃料时,防止异物混入,仅把品质良好的燃料供给燃烧器,防止因燃料供给喷嘴闭塞等引起的燃烧器性能低下,保持适宜的燃烧状态,防止燃烧时产生烟气或焦油等,同时能容易地除去流入燃料箱的异物。
以往油类取暖设备用燃料箱如图1所示,是将对称形的前部70-1、凸缘70-3与后部70-2、凸缘70-4焊接而成的,前部上壁70-5上设有燃料流入口70-6,在该流入口上安装着流入口过滤器70-7,以便除去流通过程中混入燃料中的异物,平底壁70-8上设有排泄件70-9,以除去沉积的异物,侧壁70-10下方设有嵌入着与燃烧器连接的软管71的燃料排出口72。
上述结构的以往燃料箱,当燃料流入时,混入燃料中的异物质附着在流入口过滤器上,因流入燃料流速,附着在流入口过滤器上的异物质与燃料一起进入箱内,异物质不能充分得到过滤,由于燃料流入口与底壁的高度差,流入燃料流动剧烈,因此异物质不能迅速沉下,一部分异物质与燃料一起供给图2的取暖设备H的电子泵P和燃烧器B内。因此,精密电子泵里异物质蓄积,引起泵送能力低下,电子泵内流路闭塞,带来损伤,进一步说,异物质即使通过电子泵,也会使燃烧器喷嘴(没有图示)闭塞,使燃料供给机能低下,因此产生供暖能力低下、因不完全燃烧引起的烟气和焦油的问题,另外,由于箱内底壁呈平状,所以异物质沉积时难以向排泄件方向集聚,即使集聚,也因打开排泄件之前不清楚异物质究竟集聚了多少,所以存在错过异物质除去时期等问题。
本实用新型的主要目的在于完全除去流入燃料箱内、包含在燃料中的异物质,仅将品质良好燃料供给取暖设备的燃烧器,其它目的还在于感知集聚到设在箱底的排泄件的异物质量,能够很容易地知道排泄件清除时期。
为了解决上述问题,将燃料箱内部区分为燃料流入速度减速部、燃料流入室和主贮油室,在燃料流入速度减速部设有燃料流入通道导向手段,对从燃料流入口流入燃料通道进行导向同时,设置燃料流入速度减速手段,引导流入燃料阶梯地落下,使流入速度减少,防止燃料急剧流动,在燃料流入室中设置由过滤手段和浮力体构成的燃料流入调整手段,第二次过滤含在流入燃料中的异物质,同时,调整流向主贮油室的燃料流入速度,另外,在主贮油室设置与燃料排出口连接、包含过滤手段的浮游式燃料供给手段,再次过滤位于所贮油最上层的洁净燃料,供给取暖设备,这样一来,使得仅将除去异物质的燃料供给燃烧室。
另外,上述箱底设有倾斜部,使得异物质沉下时容易向排泄件集聚,排泄件设置异物质感知手段,即使不打开排泄件也能从外部很容易地知道异物质的去除时期。
下面,通过对本实用新型实施例的描述来进一步说明本实用新型。其中,

下面,详述本实用新型的一实施例。
本实用新型的燃料箱1,如图3所示,由前部1-1和后部1-2构成,设有燃料流入口1-3、流入口过滤器1-4和燃料排出口1-5,在流入口过滤器下方设有将燃料箱内部区分为燃料流入速度减速部C1、燃料流入室C2以及主贮油室C3的燃料流入通道导向手段2,该燃料流入通道导向手段与前部侧壁1-6之间设有引导流入燃料阶梯下落的燃料流入速度减速手段。
上述燃料流入室C2内部设有燃料流入速度调整手段4。另外,在主贮油室C3设有与燃料排出口连接、向取暖设备H供给燃料的浮游式燃料供给手段6,燃料流入室和主贮油室的底壁上形成易使沉下异物集聚的倾斜部7,在其最下端分别设有具有能感知沉积异物的手段8-4的排泄件8。
在图4A中,燃料流入通道导向手段2由固定在燃料箱前部上壁的凸缘2-1、位于前部和后部边缘线上的隔板部件2-2以及燃料流入导向部件2-3构成,该燃料流入导向部件包括弯曲部2-4、固定燃料流入速度减速板3的直线部2-5以及阻止燃料流入室内异物浮游的倾斜部2-6。
图4B的燃料流入速度减速手段由固定在直线部上的垂直部件3-1和与燃料流入室方向的底相接的水平部件3-2构成,许多肋3-3突出在垂直部件上,其上穿设有燃料通孔3-4,相邻肋上的通孔互相交错地配置。垂直部件下端形成有燃料通过切开部3-5,在水平部件一侧上面形成有能使沉积异物集聚到排泄件的倾斜部。
图4C的燃料流入速度调整手段是将浮力体嵌夹在设在通过手段(例如过滤器等)两侧的导槽中,浮力体一侧上有燃料通孔4-4。
图4D的支持体5实际上是形成燃料流入室C2,由燃料箱底、固定支持部5-1、垂直隔板5-2及水平隔板5-3构成,水平隔板上形成有与直线部2-3接合的凸缘5-4,另外,与燃料通孔4-4成对角线方向上穿有燃料通孔5-5,支持部5-1的内侧上面形成倾斜面5-6,以使沉积异物易集聚到排泄件8。
图4E中,浮游式燃料供给手段6是将软管6-1、过滤手段6-2(例如皱纹过滤布的过滤器等)以及浮力体6-3顺序组装,软管具有当主贮油室C3蓄积90%燃料时过滤手段完全被浸没在燃料中的长度,该软管与燃料供给软管6-5的连接管体6-6组合,连接管体6-6插在密封材料6-4中。
图7A、7B中,排泄件8由固定在倾斜部7中央的管套8-1以及与之结合的杯8-2组成,管套8-1的管体8-3上设置能感知沉积异物的异物感知手段8-4。
下面叙述一下本实用新型的作用。
图5A表示燃料箱1内几乎没有燃料的场合。这时,浮游式燃料供给手段6与箱1底接触,因为燃料供给不能进行,所以应加油。因此,使燃料流入燃料流入口1-3,燃料在流入口过滤器1-4第一次被过滤,通过燃料流入通道导向手段的燃料流入导向部件2-3的弯曲部2-4,通过燃料流入速度减速手段3的燃料通孔3-4。
这时,在许多肋3-3上的燃料通孔3-4配置成相互交错,到燃料通过切开部3-5前,流速显著减速,燃料中含有的异物质流动减少。通过燃料通过切开部进入燃料流入室的燃料因过滤手段4-1第二次被过滤,燃料通过浮力体4-3的燃料通孔4-4和支持体的燃料通孔5-5,流入主贮油室C3
这时,被过滤手段4-1过滤出来的异物沿倾斜部2-6、支持体5的倾斜部5-6以及倾斜部3-6集聚到位于设在燃料流入室C2底壁的倾斜部7最下端的排泄件8处。随后,流入主贮油室C3的燃料,如图5B所示,依靠浮游在燃料上层的过滤手段6-2,一边被过滤,一边通过燃料排出口1-5,供给取暖设备H。
这时,流入主贮油室C3的比重比燃料大的异物集聚到位于设在底壁的倾斜部的最下端的排泄件处。
如上所述,异物几次被过滤除去,所以最后是以品质良好的燃料供给取暖设备,因而能防止燃烧器或电子泵等闭塞或机能低下,通过保持适宜的燃烧费,能防止燃烧时烟气或焦油发生,容易知道排泄件的清扫时期,具有可以在适当期间清除异物的优点。

Claims (9)

1、一种燃料箱,包括使燃料流入燃料箱的燃料流入口、具有作为燃料主贮油场所机能的主贮油室和作为将燃料供给取暖设备通道的燃料排出口,其特征在于:还包括燃料流入室,设置燃料流入调整手段,具有能调整燃料流向主贮油室的流入速度的机能。
2、按照权利要求1中所述的燃料箱,其特征在于:燃料流入口和燃料流入室间设置能使流入燃料向燃料流入室的流入速度降低的燃料流入速度减速部。
3、按照权利要求2中所述的燃料箱,其特征在于:燃料流入速度减速部由燃料流入通道导向手段和燃料流入速度减速手段构成,燃料流入通道导向手段将流入燃料流入口的燃料导向燃料流入室,燃料流入速度减速手段能防止流入燃料直接落到箱底壁上,能降低燃料流速。
4、按照权利要求3中所述的燃料箱,其特征在于:燃料流入速度减速手段由许多肋构成,肋上有燃料通过孔。
5、按照权利要求1或2中所述的燃料箱,其特征在于:燃料流入调整手段由能过滤含在燃料中的异物质的过滤手段和浮力体构成。
6、按照权利要求1或2中所述的燃料箱,其特征在于:在燃料箱底壁上形成至少一处以上的倾斜部,以便含在燃料中的异物质容易集聚到排泄件处,排泄件位于倾斜部的最下端。
7、按照权利要求6中所述的燃料箱,其特征在于:上述排泄件设有异物质感知手段。
8、按照权利要求1或2中所述的燃料箱,其特征在于:在燃料排出口设有浮游式燃料供给手段,能够仅使蓄积燃料的上层部燃料通过燃烧器供给。
9、按照权利要求8中所述的燃料箱,其特征在于:浮游式燃料供给手段由作为燃料供给通道的软管、过滤含在燃料中的异物质的过滤手段以及比重比燃料小的浮力体构成。
