the turnover part comprises a turnover plate, a rotating shaft and a clamping piece, wherein the rotating shaft is arranged in parallel on one side of the lifting platform and is connected with the lifting platform in a rotating manner, the turnover plate is connected with the rotating shaft, the turnover plate can rotate to a position parallel to the lifting platform, and the clamping piece is arranged on the rotating shaft and is used for fixing the ALC plate on the turnover plate.
