a walking structure is fixedly arranged on the bottom wall of the fixed bottom plate 1, the walking structure comprises a second servo motor 24, a rotating rod 25, a third bevel gear 26, a fourth bevel gear 27, a supporting frame 28, a rotating shaft 29 and walking wheels 30, the two ends of the two sides of the lower surface of the fixed bottom plate 1 are fixedly connected with supporting frames 28, a rotating shaft 29 is rotatably connected between the two supporting frames 28 at the two sides, the two ends of the two rotating shafts 29 are fixedly connected with walking wheels 30, a fourth bevel gear 27 is fixedly connected to the arc-shaped wall of the rotating shaft 29, a second servo motor 24 is fixedly installed on the lower surface of the fixed base plate 1, one end of a rotating rod 25 is fixedly connected at the tail end of the output shaft of the second servo motor 24, a third bevel gear 26 is fixedly connected to the other end of the rotating rod 25, and the third bevel gear 26 and a fourth bevel gear 27 are engaged with each other.
A first bevel gear 22 is fixedly connected to the arc-shaped wall of the threaded rod 4; a servo motor 21 is fixedly installed on the upper surface of the fixed base 2, an output shaft of the servo motor 21 penetrates through the inner cavity wall of the rectangular supporting shell 3 and extends into the inner cavity of the rectangular supporting shell 3, and a second bevel gear 23 is fixedly connected at the tail end of the output shaft of the servo motor 21; the second bevel gear 23 and the first bevel gear 22 are meshed with each other; the upper surface of the fixed bottom plate 1 is fixedly connected with a storage tank 16, the upper surface of the storage tank 16 is fixedly provided with a pump 17, the output end of the pump 17 is fixedly connected with one end of a connecting hose 15, the other end of the connecting hose 15 extends to the first connecting pipe 8 and is communicated with the inner cavity of the first connecting pipe 8, the input end of the pump 17 is fixedly connected with one end of a liquid inlet pipe 18, and the other end of the liquid inlet pipe 18 extends to the bottom side of the inner cavity of the storage tank 16; the connecting hose 15 is fixedly provided with a flow limiting valve 19, the storage box 16 is provided with a feeding hole, and the feeding hole of the storage box 16 is in threaded connection with a sealing cover 20.
When the device is used, firstly, the sealing cover 20 is opened, sufficient painting liquid is filled in the inner cavity of the storage box 16, the device is moved to the wall to be painted, the rotating rod 25 is driven to rotate by the work of the second servo motor 24, and then the third bevel gear 26 is driven to rotate, and then the fourth bevel gear 27 is driven to rotate, so that the rotating shaft 29 is rotated, and further the traveling wheel 30 is driven to rotate, the device is driven to travel and move by the rotation of the traveling wheel 30, the second bevel gear 23 is driven to rotate by the work of the servo motor 21, and then the first bevel gear 22 is driven to rotate, and further the threaded rod 4 is driven to rotate, the rectangular sliding block 5 is driven to move up and down by the threaded rod 4 in the rectangular sliding block 5, and further the height of the rotating disc 7 is controlled, and the connecting gear 13 is driven to rotate by the work of, and then drive gear circle 11 and rotate, and then drive second connecting pipe 9 and rotate, drive rolling disc 7 and circular wall brush 10 and rotate, pump 17 carries out work simultaneously and carries the liquid of whitewashing to the inner chamber of first connecting pipe 8 through coupling hose 15, the liquid of whitewashing is carried to circular wall brush 10 through connecting tubule 14 on, it infiltrates circular wall brush 10, whitewash the wall through the rotation of circular wall brush 10, the manpower is saved, whitewash comparatively evenly, the liquid of whitewashing is controlled through restriction valve 19, and the portable device is convenient to use, and is suitable for popularization.
The application has the advantages that:
1. the wall painting device is reasonable in structure, convenient to use and flexible to operate, the wall surface can be painted through the wall painting structure, labor is saved, the painting effect is good, the painting position can be conveniently adjusted, and the wall painting device is suitable for popularization and use;
2. when the device is used for painting, the painting liquid can be effectively controlled, so that the wall surface can be painted more uniformly, the painting liquid is prevented from being wasted, and the control is convenient.
