Specifically, an annular receiving portion 10c is formed between the outer cylinder 10a and the inner cylinder 10b, and the annular receiving portion 10c is used for receiving the cup mouth of the cup body 2. When the cup cover is covered with the cup body, the outer cylinder body 10a is sleeved outside the cup body 2.
The annular side wall 21 of the inner plug 20 is engaged with the inner cylinder 10 b. In order to improve the stability of the sealing ring 30, as shown in fig. 4, the bottom wall 22 of the inner plug 20 extends to form an annular rib 26, and the sealing ring 30 is clamped on the annular rib 26.
In one embodiment, the sealing ring 30 is a silicone sealing ring, which has high temperature resistance, does not pollute the liquid in the cup body, and ensures drinking safety.
During assembly, the second elastic member 233 is mounted on the spring fixing portion 232 of the buckle 23, and the two buckles with the springs are mounted in the clamping holes 211 of the inner plug 20; the elastic clamping piece 50 is clamped and accommodated in the fixing hole 411 of the locking button 40; the button sleeve 62 of the unlocking button 60 is sleeved at one end of the button body 61 far away from the pushing part 611, and then the assembled unlocking button is fixed in the mounting groove 14; next, the locking button 40 is inserted through the mounting hole 11, and the limit snap ring 44 of the locking button 40 is allowed to abut against the limit step 12, preventing the locking button 40 from coming out of the mounting hole 11 at the top of the outer cap 10. Then, the first elastic member 43 of the locking button 40 is accommodated in the positioning groove 412, and finally, the inner plug 20 is engaged with the inner cylinder 10b of the outer cap 10. When the locking button 40 is installed, the abutting portion 42 of the locking button 40 abuts against the catch 23 on the annular sidewall 22 of the inner plug 20, and at this time, the first inclined surface 421 of the abutting portion 42 abuts against the second inclined surface 23a of the catch 23, so that the locking button 40 can push the catch 23 to move in the radial direction.
The embodiment of the application also provides a water cup, as shown in fig. 8, comprising the cup cover 1 and the cup body 2. The cup body 2 comprises a cup opening 201, and the inner plug 20 extends into the cup body 2, so that a sealed cavity is formed, and liquid in the cup body 2 is prevented from leaking.
Further, please continue to refer to fig. 1, a water sealing rib 202 is disposed on the inner wall of the cup body 2 along the circumferential direction, the sealing ring 30 abuts against the water sealing rib 202, and the sealing ring 30 is tightly attached to the inner wall of the cup body 2, so as to achieve the sealing effect and prevent water leakage. The cup body 2 is a double-layer heat-insulating structure and comprises an inner-layer container body, an outer-layer container body and a sealed hollow cavity positioned between the inner-layer container body and the outer-layer container body, wherein a vacuum or heat-insulating packing layer can be arranged in the sealed hollow cavity.
In order to realize the clamping connection between the cup body 2 and the cup cover 1, a clamping portion 203 is further arranged on the inner wall of the cup body 2 close to the cup opening 201 along the circumferential direction, and the buckle 23 on the inner plug 20 of the cup cover 1 can be clamped and connected with the clamping portion 203 under the pushing of the locking button 40, so that the cup cover 1 is clamped and connected with the cup body 2.
As shown in fig. 9a, when the cup lid 1 covers the cup body 2, the inner plug 20 of the cup lid 1 extends into the rim 201 of the cup body 2, so that the sealing ring 30 abuts against the water sealing rib 202. Then, the locking button 40 is pressed downward, and the locking button 40 moves downward along the mounting hole 11 until the locking button 40 pushes the catch 23 to move radially outward, so that the catch 23 protrudes out of the catch hole 211 to be snap-coupled with the snap-fit portion 203 of the cup body 2. At this time, the elastic engaging member 50 moves downward along the axial direction to the engaging groove 13 along with the locking button 40, and the detent 51 of the elastic engaging member 50 is engaged in the engaging groove 13 to lock the locking button 40, so as to prevent the locking button 40 from moving downward along the axial direction, and continuously provide a pushing force to the catch 23, so that the catch 23 and the engaging portion 203 of the cup body 2 maintain an engaging connection state. When the cup lid 1 and the cup body 2 are closed, the bayonet 51 of the elastic clamping piece 50 is arranged in the bayonet slot 13, and the button body 61 of the unlocking button 60 accommodated in the mounting groove 14 protrudes relative to the side wall of the outer cover 10.
As shown in fig. 9b, when the cup lid 1 needs to be opened, the button bodies 61 of the unlocking buttons 60 on both sides of the outer lid 10 are pressed simultaneously, so that the button bodies 61 push the bayonet pins 51 to move in a direction close to the locking button 40 until the two bayonet pins 51 are all accommodated in the fixing holes 411, under the action of the elastic deformation of the first elastic member 43, the elastic engaging member 50 moves upward along with the locking button 40 in the axial direction, the abutting portion 42 of the locking button 40 also moves upward, the abutting portion 42 is disconnected from the buckle 23, the buckle 23 loses the pushing force of the locking button 40, and moves toward the installation cavity 20a of the inner plug 20 under the action of the elastic deformation of the second elastic member 233, so that the buckle 23 is disconnected from the engaging portion 203 of the cup body 2, the cup lid 1 can be opened from the cup opening 201, and a user can use water or other liquids in the cup lid.

the inner plug (20) is detachably connected with the outer cover (10); the inner plug (20) comprises an annular side wall (21) and a bottom wall (22), the annular side wall (21) is provided with an opening (211), and a buckle (23) capable of moving along the radial direction is arranged in the opening (211); the locking button (40) moves along the axial direction to push the buckle (23) to move along the radial direction until at least part of the buckle (23) passes through the opening hole (211) to be connected with the cup body in a clamping mode;
the cup cover (1) further comprises an unlocking button (60) arranged on the outer cover (10), and the unlocking button (60) is used for unlocking the locking button (40) so that the buckle (23) is disconnected with the cup body.
