In a preferred embodiment of the above-mentioned drum-type laundry treating apparatus, the second door assembly further includes a connecting member disposed between the cabinet cover and the outer drum cover, and the first locking member locks and connects the cabinet cover and the outer drum cover via the connecting member.
In a preferred embodiment of the above-described drum-type laundry treating apparatus, the connecting member includes a connecting portion extending upward in a vertical direction from the outer tub cover; the first locking member includes a first electromagnet provided on the box cover and a first magnet provided on the connecting portion, the first electromagnet being provided so as to be attracted to the first magnet in an energized state and thereby lock-connect the box cover to the outer cylinder cover.
In a preferred embodiment of the above-mentioned drum-type laundry treating apparatus, the second door assembly further comprises a second locking member provided on an outer sidewall of the outer tub, the second locking member being used to lock the outer tub cover with the outer tub.
In a preferred embodiment of the above-mentioned drum-type laundry treating apparatus, the second locking member includes a lock body provided on an outer side wall of the outer tub and a locking tongue provided in the lock body, and the locking tongue is capable of engaging with the outer tub cover when protruding from the lock body and thus locking the outer tub cover with the outer tub.
In a preferred embodiment of the above-mentioned drum-type laundry treating apparatus, the second door assembly further includes a third locking member provided at an outer sidewall of the inner drum, the third locking member being used to lock the inner drum cover with the inner drum.
In a preferred embodiment of the above-mentioned drum-type laundry treating apparatus, the third locking member includes a second electromagnet provided on an outer sidewall of the inner drum and a second magnet provided on the inner drum cover, the second electromagnet being provided to be attracted to the second magnet in an energized state and thus lock the inner drum cover with the inner drum.
In a preferred embodiment of the above-mentioned drum-type laundry treating apparatus, the third locking member further includes a control key disposed on an outer sidewall of the inner drum, and the control key is used for controlling the second electromagnet to be powered on and off.
In a preferred embodiment of the above-mentioned drum-type laundry treating apparatus, the second door assembly further includes a sealing member disposed between the outer drum cover and the outer drum opening, the sealing member being for sealing a gap between the outer drum cover and the outer drum opening.
In a preferred embodiment of the above-mentioned drum-type laundry treating apparatus, the sealing member is a sealing ring disposed around a circumferential direction of the outer drum cover, and an outer diameter of the sealing ring in an uncompressed state is greater than or equal to an inner diameter of the outer drum opening.

Referring first to fig. 1, a drum washing machine of the present invention will be described. Wherein, fig. 1 is a structural diagram of the drum washing machine of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1, the drum washing machine of the present invention comprises a cabinet 1, an outer drum 2, an inner drum 3, a first door assembly 4 and a second door assembly 5; the outer cylinder 2 is arranged in the box body 1 and used for containing washing water; the inner drum 3 is rotatably arranged in the outer drum 2 and is used for containing clothes; the first door assembly 4 is provided on a front panel (i.e., a panel on the left side of the paper surface in fig. 1) of the cabinet 1, and the second door assembly 5 is provided on the top of the cabinet 1 (i.e., a panel on the upper side of the paper surface in fig. 1), so that the drum washing machine has both a side-opening structure and a top-opening structure. As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the second door assembly 5 includes a cabinet cover 51, an outer tub cover 52 and an inner tub cover 53, the cabinet cover 51 is pivotally connected to the cabinet 1 by a first hinge shaft 511 provided at the top of the cabinet 1 and can close the cabinet opening 11, a portion of the outer tub cover 52 is provided in the outer tub opening 21 for closing the outer tub opening 21, and the inner tub cover 53 is pivotally connected to an outer sidewall of the inner tub 3 by a second hinge shaft 531 provided at an outer sidewall of the inner tub 3 and can close the inner tub opening 31, so that the drum washing machine has a top-open structure that can open a door from the top of the drum washing machine, and a user can take and put laundry without bending or squatting. Of course, it is conceivable for those skilled in the art to provide the entire outer cylinder cover 52 in the outer cylinder opening 21, and it is sufficient if the outer cylinder opening 21 can be closed, regardless of whether a part or the entire outer cylinder cover 52 is provided in the outer cylinder opening 21.
Preferably, the first and second hinge shafts 511 and 531 are disposed at a position near a rear portion (i.e., a right side of a paper surface in fig. 1) of the cabinet 1, so that a user can open the second door assembly 5 and take and put laundry. Of course, the pivotal connection structure is not limited to the hinge shaft illustrated above, and may be other pivotal connection structures such as a hinge base, a rotating shaft, or a hinge, and any structure may be adopted as long as the box cover 51 and the top portion of the box body 1 and the inner cylinder cover 53 and the outer side wall of the inner cylinder 3 can be pivotally connected.
Preferably, the outer diameter of the case cover 51 is greater than or equal to the inner diameter of the case opening 11, so that the case cover 51 can tightly close the case opening 11.
Preferably, the inner diameter of the outer cylinder opening 21 is smaller than the inner diameter of the box opening 11, and the outer diameter of the outer cylinder cover 52 is equal to or slightly smaller than the inner diameter of the outer cylinder opening 21, so that the outer cylinder cover 52 can be rotated out of the box opening 11; and the second door assembly 5 further comprises a sealing member 54 (shown in fig. 2) disposed between the outer cylinder cover 52 and the outer cylinder opening 21, wherein the sealing member 54 can effectively seal the gap between the outer cylinder cover 52 and the outer cylinder opening 21, so that the outer cylinder cover 52 can tightly close the outer cylinder opening 21.
Further, the seal member 54 is a seal ring provided around the circumferential direction of the outer cylinder cover 52, and the outer diameter of the seal ring in the uncompressed state is larger than or equal to the inner diameter of the outer cylinder port 21. When a part of the outer cylinder cover 52 is covered into the outer cylinder opening 21, the sealing ring is compressed and generates a sealing effect, and the sealing ring is arranged around the circumference of the outer cylinder cover 52 and is in single-line contact with the outer cylinder 2, so that the sealing ring is more tightly matched, the sealing ring can effectively seal, and the water vapor and the washing water are effectively prevented from overflowing to the outside of the outer cylinder 2. Of course, it can be understood by those skilled in the art that two, three or more sealing rings may be disposed around the circumference of the outer cylinder cover 52, the sealing structure is optimized from single line contact to multiple line contact, the fitting is tighter, and multiple sealing effects are achieved.
In an alternative embodiment, the sealing member 54 includes a protrusion disposed on the sidewall of the outer cylinder opening 21 and a groove (not shown) disposed on the sidewall of the outer cylinder cover 52, the protrusion disposed on the sidewall of the outer cylinder opening 21 can cooperate with the groove disposed on the sidewall of the outer cylinder cover 52 to form a concave-convex sealing structure, the protrusion and groove portion of the concave-convex sealing structure can extend the path of water leakage between the outer cylinder cover 52 and the outer cylinder opening 21, and can effectively seal the gap between the outer cylinder cover 52 and the outer cylinder opening 21, thereby preventing water vapor and washing water from leaking to the outside of the outer cylinder 2.
Preferably, the inner diameter of the inner cylinder opening 31 is smaller than the inner diameter of the outer cylinder opening 21, and the outer diameter of the inner cylinder cover 53 is greater than or equal to the inner diameter of the inner cylinder opening 31 and smaller than the inner diameter of the outer cylinder opening 21, so that the inner cylinder cover 53 can tightly close the inner cylinder opening 31 and can be completely opened.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the second door assembly 5 further includes a first locking member 55 and a connecting member 56, the first locking member 55 is disposed at the cabinet cover 51, the connecting member 56 is disposed between the cabinet cover 51 and the outer cylinder cover 52, and the first locking member 55 lockingly connects the cabinet cover 51 and the outer cylinder cover 52 by the connecting member 56. Of course, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that the second door assembly 5 may not include the connecting member 56, and the cabinet cover 51 and the outer cylinder cover 52 may be directly locked and connected by the first locking member 55.
As shown in fig. 2, the connecting member 56 includes a connecting portion extending upward from the outer cylinder cover 52 in the vertical direction (i.e., the direction from bottom to top in fig. 2); the first locking member 55 includes a first electromagnet 551 provided on the case cover 51 and a first magnet 552 provided on the connecting portion, and the first electromagnet 551 is provided so as to be attracted to the first magnet 552 in an energized state and thereby lock the case cover 51 to the outer cylinder cover 52.
Through the arrangement of the first electromagnet 551 and the first magnet 552, the box cover 51 can be locked and connected with the outer cylinder cover 52 through the connecting part in a magnetic attraction manner, so that the box cover 51 can drive the outer cylinder cover 52 to be synchronously opened or closed, and the cover opening and closing actions of a user are reduced. The first electromagnet 551 and the first magnet 552 may be locked and connected in the following manner: the first electromagnet 551 is electrified to generate magnetism and is attracted with the first magnet 552 on the connecting part, so that the first electromagnet 551 and the first magnet 552 are attracted together, the box body cover 51 and the outer cylinder cover 52 are locked and connected together, and the outer cylinder cover 52 is opened or closed together with the box body cover 51 in the process that the box body cover 51 is automatically or manually opened or closed; the first electromagnet 551 is not magnetized when not energized, and does not interact with the first magnet 552 on the connecting portion, so that the case cover 51 and the outer cylinder cover 52 are unlocked.
Preferably, the connection portion may be made of an elastic material such as rubber, plastic, etc., so that the connection portion can buffer an interaction force between the case cover 51 and the outer cylinder cover 52 when the first locking member 55 locks the case cover 51 and the outer cylinder cover 52. Alternatively, the connection portion may be made of a metal material such as iron or copper, so that the connection portion itself has magnetism, and the first magnet 552 does not need to be provided on the connection portion, and the connection portion may be used as the first magnet 552.
It should be noted that the positions of the first electromagnet 551, the first magnet 552, and the connecting portion are not limited to the above-mentioned positions, and the first electromagnet 551 may be provided on the connecting portion, the first magnet 552 may be provided on the case cover 51, and the connecting portion may extend upward in the vertical direction from the outer cylinder cover 52; or the first electromagnet 551 is disposed on the outer cylinder cover 52, the first magnet 552 is disposed on the connecting portion, and the connecting portion extends downward from the case cover 51 in the vertical direction, and the disposition positions of the first electromagnet 551, the first magnet 552, and the connecting portion may be adjusted in any way as long as the first electromagnet 551 and the first magnet 552 can lock the case cover 51 and the outer cylinder cover 52 by the connecting portion.
With continued reference to fig. 1 and 2, the second door assembly 5 further includes a second locking member 57 disposed on the outer sidewall of the outer tub 2, the second locking member 57 is used to lock the outer tub cover 52 with the outer tub 2, prevent the outer tub cover 52 and the outer tub 2 from being connected loosely during the operation of the drum washing machine, firmly lock the outer tub cover 52 in the outer tub opening 21, effectively seal the outer tub opening 21, and effectively prevent water vapor and washing water from overflowing to the outside of the outer tub 2.
Preferably, the second locking member 57 comprises a lock body 571 arranged on the outer side wall of the outer barrel 2, a locking bolt 572 arranged in the lock body 571, and a driving motor (not shown in the figure) arranged in the lock body 571, one end of the locking bolt 572 is connected with the output end of the driving motor, and the driving motor can drive the locking bolt 572 to slide, so that the locking bolt 572 slides out of the lock body 571 and into the lock body 571; alternatively, the drive motor can drive the locking bolt 572 to rotate, thereby rotating the locking bolt 572 out of the lock body 571 and into the lock body 571.
In the above structure, by the arrangement of the lock body 571 and the locking tongue 572, when the locking tongue 572 slides or rotates from the lock body 571, the protruding portion of the locking tongue 572 from the lock body 571 is located above the outer cylinder cover 52 and tightly attached to the outer cylinder cover 52, so that the longitudinal displacement of the outer cylinder cover 52 can be effectively limited, and the outer cylinder cover 52 can be firmly locked in the outer cylinder opening 21. When the locking tongue 572 is received in the lock body 571, it does not interact with the outer cylinder cover 52, so that the outer cylinder cover 52 and the outer cylinder 2 are unlocked.
Referring to fig. 1 and 3, the second door assembly 5 further includes a third locking member 58 disposed at an outer sidewall of the drum 3, and the third locking member 58 is used to lock the inner drum cover 53 and the drum 3, prevent the inner drum cover 53 from being opened during the operation of the drum washing machine, prevent the laundry in the drum 3 from falling into the outer drum 2, effectively wash the laundry, and ensure the washing effect of the drum washing machine.
Preferably, the third locking member 58 comprises a second electromagnet 581 arranged on the outer side wall of the inner cartridge 3 and a second magnet 582 arranged on the inner cartridge cover 53, the second electromagnet 581 being arranged to be able to attract the second magnet 582 in the energized state and thus to lock the inner cartridge cover 53 in connection with the inner cartridge 3.
The arrangement of the second electromagnet 581 and the second magnet 582 enables the inner cylinder cover 53 to be magnetically locked with the inner cylinder 3. The locking connection between the second electromagnet 581 and the second magnet 582 may be: the second electromagnet 581 is electrified to generate magnetism and is attracted with the second magnet 582 on the inner cylinder cover 53, so that the second electromagnet 581 and the second magnet 582 are attracted together, and the inner cylinder cover 53 and the inner cylinder 3 are locked and connected together; the second electromagnet 581, which is not energized, is not magnetized and does not interact with the second magnet 582 on the inner cylinder cover 53, so that the inner cylinder cover 53 and the inner cylinder 3 are unlocked.
The positions of the second electromagnet 581 and the second magnet 582 are not limited to the above-described positions, and the second electromagnet 581 may be provided on the inner cylinder cover 53 and the second magnet 582 may be provided on the outer wall of the inner cylinder 3, and the positions of the second electromagnet 581 and the second magnet 582 may be adjusted so that the inner cylinder cover 53 and the inner cylinder 3 can be locked to each other.
Further, the third locking member 58 further includes a control key 583 provided on the outer sidewall of the inner cylinder 3, and the second electromagnet 581 can be manually controlled to be energized and de-energized by the control key 583, so that the third locking member 58 is manually controlled to lock and unlock the inner cylinder cover 53 and the inner cylinder 3. The control keys 583 may be different types of control keys such as keys, touch keys, and knob keys, and those skilled in the art can flexibly select and set the types of the control keys 583 according to the use requirements. Of course, the third locking member 58 may be connected to a controller (not shown) of the drum washing machine, and the controller automatically controls the second electromagnet 581 to be powered on and off, so as to automatically control the third locking member 58 to lock and unlock the inner lid 53 and the inner drum 3. In physical form, the controller may be any type of controller, such as a programmable controller, a combinational logic controller, and the like.
The first locking member 55, the second locking member 57 and the door lock 42 are respectively connected to a controller of the drum washing machine, and the controller automatically controls the first locking member 55 to lock and unlock the cabinet cover 51 and the outer cylinder cover 52; the locking and unlocking of the outer cylinder cover 52 with the outer cylinder 2 by the second lock member 57 is automatically controlled by the controller; the door lock 42 is automatically controlled by the controller to lock and unlock the door 41 with and from the front panel of the cabinet 1.
The door opening method of the drum washing machine of the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 1.
When neither the first door assembly 4 nor the second door assembly 5 is selected, both the first door assembly 4 and the second door assembly 5 may be opened, but the program control motor of the drum washing machine does not operate, and the drum washing machine cannot run any program.
When the first door assembly 4 is selected, that is, the side door opening manner is selected, the first locking member 55 is opened, the connection member 56 is disconnected from the box cover 51, thereby unlocking the box cover 51 from the outer cylinder cover 52, the second locking member 57 is closed, thereby locking the outer cylinder cover 52 with the outer cylinder 2, and the third locking member 58 is closed, thereby locking the outer cylinder cover 52 with the outer cylinder 2, so that the outer cylinder cover 52 and the inner cylinder cover 53 of the second door assembly 5 cannot be opened. before the drum washing machine runs a washing program, the door lock 42 is opened to unlock the door 41 and the front panel of the cabinet 1, and the door 41 is opened to put the clothes into the inner drum 3; in the process of running the washing program of the drum washing machine, the door lock 42 is closed to lock the door 41 with the front panel of the cabinet 1, so that the door 41 of the first door assembly 4 cannot be opened; after the operation of the washing program of the drum washing machine is finished and the power is not cut off, the door lock 42 is opened to unlock the door 41 from the front panel of the cabinet 1, and the door 41 is opened to take out the clothes in the inner drum 3.
When the second door assembly 5 is selected, that is, when the top-open mode is selected, the door lock 42 is closed, so that the door 41 is locked with the front panel of the cabinet 1, and the door 41 of the first door assembly 4 cannot be opened. That is, during the control, whether the first door assembly 4 or the second door assembly 5 is selected, the first locking member 55 is always in an opposite energized state to the second locking member 57 and the third locking member 58.
