In a small-current grounding system, the phenomenon of unbalance of three-phase voltage to ground is a reaction of power grid abnormity and faults, and is also a common fault, but continuous power supply to users is not influenced, the power grid can be operated in a short time, and if operators can find the faults in time, the operators can correctly judge and limit the development of the faults, and quickly remove the faults, so that the safe operation of the power grid can be ensured; otherwise, the power distribution transformer, the voltage transformer are burnt out, the high-voltage fuse wire is fused, the lightning arrester is exploded, the wire is burnt out, the line is short-circuited, the misoperation is protected, the large-area power failure is caused, and the like. Therefore, when a single-phase earth fault occurs, the fault line must be found in time to be cut off.
At present, when the ground fault and the accident signal are found by depending on the site of a transformer substation and a person on duty for regulation and control, and some transformer substations are unattended, and the dispatching communication is interrupted or abnormal by the transformer substations, and the quantity of information simultaneously sent in a dispatching monitoring system is large, the operation and maintenance cannot be guaranteed, the fault information can not be found by the personnel for regulation and control in time due to the combination of various reasons, the fault cannot be processed in time, and unnecessary harm and loss are caused.

When the power supply is switched on, the yellow signal indicator lamp on the controller begins to flash, the flash lamp is connected with the mobile phone network once every second, and the flash lamp is connected with the mobile phone network once every 3 seconds. And waiting for about 20 seconds, and constantly lighting a red indicator lamp.

When a ground fault occurs, the ground-to-ground voltage is lowered, the normal ground-to-ground voltage is raised to the line voltage, and the open delta voltage is raised. When the single-phase voltage relay 3 reaches the action setting, the action contact is connected, the alarm 4 is started, and a short message is sent to the preset mobile phone number for alarming. Similarly, when the accident trip occurs, the short message can be received for alarming.
The second method comprises the following steps: the stationary device comprises only a single-phase voltage relay 3 and an alarm 4.
The single-phase voltage relay 3 and the alarm 4 are directly installed on the inner terminal row of the protection screen or the switch cabinet, the action node of the single-phase voltage relay 3 is connected to the switch-in contact of the alarm 4, and the antenna is installed outside the protection screen or the switch cabinet to avoid signal shielding.
The use and operation mode is the same as the first mode, only the voltmeter is lacked to observe whether the system has the resonance function, and the system is suitable for the transformer substation which is unattended or is not connected with a dispatching data network.
Meanwhile, the alarm 4 also has a standby access point and can be used for remotely controlling other devices, and if the wiring is needed at a corresponding position and alarm information is preset, the remote short message alarm function can be completed.
The bus AC voltmeter 1 and the open-delta AC voltmeter 2 are BE-96 type voltmeters.
