Because the steam generating mechanism is connected with the main ironing head 1 through the longer connecting pipe, the path of the steam generated by the steam generating mechanism is longer in the process of transmitting the steam to the main ironing head 1, so the steam is easy to be liquefied into liquid under the action of the external environment with lower temperature, when the garment steamer is used, the first exhaust holes 113 usually spray the liquid, so that large water marks are formed on the garment, the wearing of the garment is influenced, and the ironing effect of the main ironing head 1 is influenced because the gas of the steam exhausted from the first exhaust holes 113 occupies less gas.
In order to solve the above problem, as shown in fig. 2, the main ironing head 1 of the present embodiment further includes a first heating structure 12, the first heating structure 12 is disposed in the main body 11 and disposed near the closed end, and the steam containing liquid emitted from the steam generating mechanism is heated by the first heating structure 12 for a second time, so as to further achieve vaporization, so that most of the mixed liquid is vaporized to be in a gaseous state, thereby ensuring that the first exhaust hole 113 is not sprayed with water droplets, and on the other hand, ensuring that the specific gravity of the gas discharged from the first exhaust hole 113 is relatively high, thereby achieving a relatively good ironing function of the main ironing head 1, and improving the ironing effect of the main ironing head 1.
In order to understand the specific structure of the first heating structure 12, the description will be given with reference to fig. 7 and 8. As shown in fig. 7, the first heating structure 12 includes a heating pipe 121, a temperature controller 122, a fuse 123 and an electrical conductor 124, the electrical conductor 124 is electrically connected to the temperature controller 122, the heating pipe 121 and the fuse 123 in sequence, one end of the electrical conductor 124 is electrically connected to a positive pole of a power supply in the ironing head mechanism, and the other end of the electrical conductor 124 is electrically connected to a negative pole of the power supply, so that the power supply is implemented to supply power to the heating pipe 121, and the heating pipe 121 generates heat. By providing the fuse 123 on the electrical conductor 124, the fuse 123 breaks when the temperature on the electrical conductor 124 is too high, thereby avoiding the temperature on the entire heating structure being too high and ensuring safe and normal use of the main ironing head 1. In addition, the temperature controller 122 includes a temperature detection sensor and a controller, the temperature detection sensor is electrically connected with the controller, the temperature detection sensor can detect the temperature of the heating pipe 121, the controller can control the on-off of the circuit, the temperature of the heating pipe 121 detected by the temperature detection sensor is too high, the temperature detection sensor can transmit the signal with the too high temperature to the controller, the controller can control the disconnection of the whole circuit, the spontaneous combustion phenomenon of the main ironing head 1 caused by the too high temperature of the heating pipe 121 can be avoided, and the safe and normal use of the main ironing head 1 is ensured. In other embodiments, the first heating structure 12 may also be other structures, for example, the first heating structure 12 may also be a PTC heating device, which has low power, good heating effect, simple structure and low cost.
In order to further understand the structure of the first heating structure 12, as shown in fig. 8, the main ironing head 1 further includes a temporary storage chamber 13 and a communicating pipe 14, the temporary storage chamber 13 is disposed in the main body 11 and is communicated with the first exhaust hole 113, the first heating structure 12 is disposed in the temporary storage chamber 13, the communicating pipe 14 is disposed in the main body 11, one end of the communicating pipe 14 is communicated with the temporary storage chamber 13, and the other end is communicated with the steam generating mechanism. As shown in fig. 9, the main ironing head 1 of the present embodiment further includes a heat shield 15, the heat shield 15 is disposed inside the main body 11 and surrounds the periphery of the temporary storage chamber 13, the heat shield 15 can prevent the heat in the temporary storage chamber 13 from diffusing and losing outwards, the heat in the temporary storage chamber 13 can be heated by the steam in the temporary storage chamber 13, and the utilization rate of the heat energy inside the temporary storage chamber 13 is improved. In addition, through setting up heat exchanger 15 that separates, can also avoid the heat upwards transmission to the upper portion of main part 11 of chamber 13 of keeping in, the operator is when utilizing the first mechanism of ironing to iron the clothing, can avoid the operator to touch the upper portion of main part 11 carelessly and the condition of scalding the operator that leads to, guarantees operator's personal safety, improves user experience and feels. Specifically, the heat shield 15 in the present embodiment may be made of glass fiber, asbestos, rock wool, silicate, aerogel blanket, vacuum panel, foam material, or the like.
As the volume of the main ironing head 1 is smaller, the space of the temporary storage chamber 13 is smaller, so that steam generated from the steam generating mechanism can enter from the inlet of the temporary storage chamber 13 and be discharged from the outlet of the temporary storage chamber 13, the path through which the steam passes is shorter, the contact time of the steam with the heating pipe 121 is shorter, the heating effect on the steam is not obvious, and the liquid in the steam cannot be completely gasified, so that more liquid in the steam discharged from the first exhaust hole 113 is caused. In order to solve the above problems, sufficient gasification of steam in a limited space is realized, as shown in fig. 10 and 11, a labyrinth flow passage 131 is formed inside the temporary storage chamber 13, an inlet of the labyrinth flow passage 131 is communicated with the communication pipe 14, an outlet of the labyrinth flow passage 131 is communicated with the first exhaust hole 113, a flow path of steam in the temporary storage chamber 13 can be effectively prolonged, contact time of steam and the heating pipe 121 is increased, a heating effect of the heating pipe 121 on steam is improved, a gasification effect of steam is improved, so that liquid is prevented from being discharged from the first exhaust hole 113, and an ironing effect of the garment steamer is prevented from being influenced. Specifically, the temporary storage chamber 13 of the present embodiment includes a temporary storage chamber side wall and a top cover, a labyrinth flow channel 131 side wall is disposed in the temporary storage chamber 13, and when the top cover is disposed above the temporary storage chamber side wall, the top cover, the temporary storage chamber side wall and the temporary storage chamber side wall jointly form the labyrinth flow channel 131.
The lateral wall of the temporary storage chamber 13 and the lateral wall of the labyrinth flow channel 131 of the embodiment are made of metal, the lateral wall of the temporary storage chamber 13 and the lateral wall of the labyrinth flow channel 131 are all abutted to the heating pipe 121, so that heat on the heating pipe 121 can be transferred to the lateral wall of the temporary storage chamber 13 and the lateral wall of the labyrinth flow channel 131, the lateral wall of the temporary storage chamber 13 and the lateral wall of the labyrinth flow channel 131 can also heat steam, and further the heating effect on steam is further improved, so that the gasification effect of steam is better. The side wall of the temporary storage chamber 13, the side wall of the labyrinth flow channel 131 and the heating pipe 121 in this embodiment may be made of aluminum with a good heat conduction effect.

To describe the structure of the auxiliary ironing head 2 in detail, referring now to fig. 13, as shown in fig. 13, the auxiliary ironing head 2 includes a supporting structure 21 and a second ironing panel 22, the supporting structure 21 is used for supporting the main body 11, the second ironing panel 22 is connected with the supporting structure 21, the first ironing panel 112 is attached to the upper surface of the second ironing panel 22, and the surface area of the second ironing panel 22 is larger than that of the first ironing panel 112. The second ironing panel 22 is increased compared with the first ironing panel 112, so that the working surface of the second ironing panel 22 is similar to a large iron, the hand feeling of the ironing head mechanism provided with the auxiliary ironing head 2 is closer to that of the iron, the ironing effect of the whole ironing head mechanism is more obvious, and the second ironing panel 22 is matched with the ironing plate, so that the ironed clothes are smoother. In addition, since the area of the second ironing panel 22 is large, the ironing efficiency of the ironing head mechanism mounted with the auxiliary ironing head 2 is higher, and the efficiency of the operator ironing the laundry can be improved. Specifically, the surface area of the second ironing panel 22 of the present embodiment is 1.2 times to 5 times of the surface area of the first ironing panel 112, and under the condition that the area of the second ironing panel 22 is enough, the surface area of the second ironing panel 22 can be ensured not to be too large, which is convenient for the operator to hold the hand. In particular, the first ironing panel 112 has a length of 120mm and a width of 84 mm; the second ironing panel 22 has a length of 200mm and a width of 100 mm. Preferably, as shown in fig. 13, the second ironing panel 22 is provided with a plurality of second exhaust holes 23, each second exhaust hole 23 is opposite to one first exhaust hole 113, the aperture of the second exhaust hole 23 is larger than that of the first exhaust hole 113, and steam exhausted from the main ironing head 1 can smoothly pass through the auxiliary ironing head 2, so that the phenomenon of cracking of the ironing head mechanism caused by too high internal pressure of the main ironing head 1 is avoided, the personal safety of an operator is guaranteed, the service life of the ironing head mechanism can be prolonged, and the maintenance cost of the ironing head mechanism is reduced.
Furthermore, in order to increase the ironing effectiveness of the auxiliary ironing head 2, as shown in figure 2, the auxiliary ironing head 2 further comprises a second heating structure 24, the supporting structure 21 and the second ironing panel 22 together constituting an installation space 25, the second heating structure 24 being arranged in the installation space 25. The second heating structure 24 may be a heating pipe assembly or a PTC heating assembly. The second ironing panel 22 can be made of aluminum plate, and through the good heat conduction characteristic of aluminum plate, the second heating structure 24 is at work, and the second ironing panel 22 can be heated up to 160 ℃ relatively fast and the temperature of each position of the second ironing panel 22 is even, so that the ironing effect of the second ironing panel 22 on clothes is good. In addition, the PTC heating assembly has low power, simple structure and low cost. In order to increase the heating rate of the second ironing side 22, as shown in fig. 2, the heating surface of the second heating structure 24 is attached to the second ironing panel 22, so that the effect of quickly transferring the heat from the second heating structure 24 to the second ironing panel 22 can be achieved. In order to realize the automatic control of the second heating structure 24, a first plug is arranged inside the main ironing head 1, the first plug is electrically connected with a power supply in the ironing head mechanism, a second plug is arranged on the auxiliary ironing head 2, the second plug is electrically connected with the second heating structure 24, and when the main ironing head 1 is placed on the auxiliary ironing head 2, the first plug is inserted with the second plug, so that the power supply can be electrically connected with the second heating structure 24, and the electric ironing machine is safe and reliable. In particular, the first plug and the second plug may be a mating coupler plug combination or a thimble plug combination.

Claims (10)
1. A fast-switching multifunctional ironing head mechanism, characterized in that it comprises:
a main ironing head (1) and an auxiliary ironing head (2), the main ironing head (1) being for receiving steam;
a locking assembly (3), said locking assembly (3) locking the main ironing head (1) and the auxiliary ironing head (2) when the main ironing head (1) is placed on the auxiliary ironing head (2);
the triggering assembly (4) is arranged on the main ironing head (1) or the auxiliary ironing head (2), and the triggering assembly (4) drives the locking assembly (3) to unlock by triggering the triggering assembly (4).
2. A fast-switching multi-functional ironing head mechanism according to claim 1, characterized in that said locking assembly (3) comprises:
a first locking structure provided on the main ironing head (1);
-a second locking structure (31) provided on the auxiliary ironing head (2); and
a reset structure (33) configured such that when the main ironing head (1) is placed on the auxiliary ironing head (2), the reset structure (33) drives the first or second locking structure (31) to reset to lock the first and second locking structure (31).

A fast-switching multi-functional ironing head mechanism according to claim 2, characterized in that said first locking structure is a snap slot provided on said main ironing head (1), said second locking structure (31) comprises a connecting plate (311) and a hook provided on said connecting plate (311), said return structure (33) is a spring, one end of said spring is connected with said connecting plate (311), the other end of said spring is connected with said auxiliary ironing head (2).
4. A fast switchable multi-functional ironing head mechanism according to claim 1, characterized in that the main ironing head (1) comprises:
the steam generator comprises a main body (11), wherein a fluid channel is formed inside the main body (11), one end of the main body (11) is communicated with the steam generating mechanism, the other end of the main body (11) is a closed end, and a plurality of first exhaust holes (113) are formed in the closed end; and
a first heating structure (12) disposed within the body (11) and adjacent the closed end.
5. A fast switchable multi-functional ironing head mechanism according to claim 4, characterized in that the main ironing head (1) further comprises:
a temporary storage chamber (13) arranged in the main body (11) and communicated with the first exhaust hole (113), wherein the first heating structure (12) is arranged in the temporary storage chamber (13); and
one end of the communicating pipe (14) is communicated with the temporary storage chamber (13), and the other end of the communicating pipe (14) is communicated with the steam generating mechanism.
6. A fast switchable multi-functional ironing head mechanism according to claim 5, characterized in that the interior of the temporary storage chamber (13) is formed with a labyrinth flow channel (131), the inlet of the labyrinth flow channel (131) being in communication with the communication pipe (14), the outlet of the labyrinth flow channel (131) being in communication with the first exhaust hole (113).
7. A fast-switching multi-functional ironing head mechanism according to claim 4, characterized in that said main body (11) comprises:
the steam generator comprises a shell (111), wherein openings are formed in two ends of the shell (111), and one opening is communicated with the steam generating mechanism; and
a first ironing panel (112), said first ironing panel (112) being made of aluminium sheet and being arranged in the other of said openings, said first venting hole (113) being opened in said first ironing panel (112).
8. A fast switchable multi-functional ironing head mechanism according to claim 7, characterized in that the auxiliary ironing head (2) comprises:
a support structure (21) for supporting the body (11); and
a second ironing panel (22) associated with said supporting structure (21), said first ironing panel (112) being affixed to the upper surface of said second ironing panel (22), the surface area of said second ironing panel (22) being greater than the surface area of said first ironing panel (112).
9. A fast switchable multi-functional ironing head mechanism according to claim 8, characterized in that the auxiliary ironing head (2) further comprises:
-a second heating structure (24), the support structure (21) and the second ironing panel (22) jointly constituting an installation space (25), the second heating structure (24) being arranged in the installation space (25).
10. A garment steamer characterized by comprising a fast-switching multi-functional ironing head mechanism according to any one of claims 1 to 9.
