Description
Technical Field
The utility model relates to a hydraulic engineering technical field, a fill water rubber bag and found flood control sub-dyke device.
Background
In flood fighting and disaster relief in the past year, dynamic pictures such as rescue workers, sand filling bags, wading, piping blockage and the like can appear. However, the "meat-beat" flood fighting by manually carrying the flood with shoulders and back requires a man-sea tactic and a large amount of materials to build a flood control sub-bank. The built flood control sub-dike needs to prevent wind and waves, and after the flood passes, the sub-dike needs to be cleaned, so that the time and labor are wasted, and the labor intensity is high. For example, 150 persons are divided into 4 sub-groups to continuously fight for more than 30 hours when a flood control sub-bank is built at one time in a certain place, the sub-bank building task of 1200m is completed, and the flood control sub-bank is built by muddy water, sweat and rainwater. For another example, when the river level rises faster and reaches the top of the dike, the river level exceeds the warning level and continues to rise when the dike is over the top of the river. The water level rises, and river water can overflow the dam possibly, so that the condition is very urgent. The embankment construction time is very tight, and a large amount of manpower and material resources are needed. Thousands of officers carry shovels, picks and woven bags, soak in water, pick up the shoulder to carry the sandbag, and build the embankment. 6 to 15 layers of sandbags are built respectively, heightening and reinforcing are carried out in a one-layer building and tamping mode, and in order to prevent river water from flushing the built river dike, plastic cloth is required to shield and block water on the near water surface. When a user holds the shovel, the shovel is put into the sand bag, the shovel is connected with the shovel, hands and feet are used together at intervals, the raincoat and the rain boot are stained with mud, and sweat can not be wiped down along cheeks. They fight with flood and fight with the blood and meat, thus protecting the life and property safety of people.
For fierce flood, more and more flood-fighting 'magic devices' with high technological content are being widely applied to flood prevention and emergency rescue, high technological equipment is needed to improve flood prevention hard strength, the flood prevention and flood fighting technological content is continuously improved, and the flood prevention and flood fighting efficiency and safety are improved by one step. The construction of comprehensive emergency rescue teams and the emergency rescue material reserve with higher scientific and technological content are enhanced. Flood prevention is needed every year, so that the improvement of flood-fighting and emergency rescue ideas is urgently needed, a solution based on technical innovation is sought, and a new idea combining traditional engineering emergency measures and science needs to be explored for building a flood-prevention sub-dike, which is time-consuming and large in labor capacity.
