Background
Sequestration chambers are widely used in the epidemic prevention field, often for the transfer of patients with highly contagious respiratory diseases, such as from ambulances to isolation wards. However, the existing isolation cabin needs to be connected to a power socket by a cable for power supply, and long cables are needed for transferring for a long distance, so that the transferring distance of the isolation cabin is severely limited, and in addition, according to research, a disinfectant and a bactericide which have a sterilizing effect on special viruses have a better sterilizing effect in a state of being higher than room temperature, the optimal temperature is about 56 ℃, but the existing sterilizing system of the isolation cabin does not have a heating system. In order to achieve the purpose, the movable negative-pressure isolation sterilizing cabin comprises a cabin body, wherein the cabin body is provided with a sealing door, and further comprises a fuel oil power generation assembly, a sterilizing liquid storage tank, a heating vaporization box, a negative pressure generation system, a sterilizing fog spraying system and a controller;
the fuel oil power generation assembly comprises a power generator assembly and a storage battery, the power generator assembly is electrically connected with the storage battery, and the heating vaporization box is arranged on the outer wall of the power generator assembly and is in heat transfer with the power generator assembly;
the sterilizing liquid storage tank is arranged at the top of the cabin body and is communicated with the heating vaporization box;
the fog-eliminating and sterilizing agent spraying system comprises a pressure pump, a pipeline and a nozzle, wherein the nozzle is communicated with the heating vaporization box through the pipeline, and the pressure pump is communicated with the heating vaporization box through the pipeline; the nozzle is arranged inside the cabin body;
the negative pressure generating system comprises a negative pressure generating device and a negative pressure pipeline, and the negative pressure generating device is communicated with the cabin body through the negative pressure pipeline;
the negative pressure generating device, the storage battery and the pressure pump are all connected with the controller through electric signals.
Furthermore, the heating vaporization box is in a hollow ring shape and comprises an annular accommodating cavity, and the generator assembly is arranged in the hollow part of the heating vaporization box.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: according to the movable negative-pressure isolation sterilizing and killing cabin, the fuel oil power generation assembly is used for providing power for the power utilization components, so that the movable negative-pressure isolation sterilizing and killing cabin can realize long-distance transfer, the transfer space of the movable negative-pressure isolation sterilizing and killing cabin is increased, the sterilizing and killing liquid in the heating vaporization box is used for heating the disinfectant or bactericide in the heating vaporization box by using heat generated by the generator assembly, the energy is saved, and the sterilizing and killing effect is improved. According to the movable negative-pressure isolation sterilizing and killing cabin, the sterilizing and killing liquid is heated in the heating vaporization box, then is pressurized by the pressurizing pump and then is sprayed out of the nozzle to the cabin body, and the sterilizing and disinfecting operation can be performed on the space inside the cabin body.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the mobile negative pressure isolation sterilizing cabin comprises a cabin body 1, wherein the cabin body 1 is provided with a sealing door, and further comprises a fuel oil power generation assembly, a sterilizing liquid storage tank 2, a heating vaporization box 5, a negative pressure generation system, a sterilizing fog spraying system and a controller; the fuel oil power generation assembly comprises a power generator assembly 3 and a storage battery 4, the power generator assembly 3 is electrically connected with the storage battery 4, and the heating vaporization box 5 is arranged on the outer wall of the power generator assembly 3 and is in heat transfer with the power generator assembly 3; the disinfection liquid storage tank 2 is arranged at the top of the cabin body 1 and is communicated with the heating vaporization box 5; the fog-removing and fog-killing agent spraying system comprises a pressure pump 7, a pipeline and a nozzle 6, wherein the nozzle 6 is communicated with the heating vaporization box 5 through the pipeline, and the pressure pump 7 is communicated with the heating vaporization box 5 through the pipeline; the nozzle 6 is arranged inside the cabin body 1; the negative pressure generating system comprises a negative pressure generating device 8 and a negative pressure pipeline, and the negative pressure generating device is communicated with the cabin body 1 through the negative pressure pipeline; the negative pressure generating device 8, the storage battery 4 and the pressure pump 7 are all connected with the controller through electric signals.
According to the movable negative-pressure isolation sterilizing and killing cabin, the fuel oil power generation assembly is used for providing power for the power utilization components, so that the movable negative-pressure isolation sterilizing and killing cabin can realize long-distance transfer, the transfer space of the movable negative-pressure isolation sterilizing and killing cabin is increased, the sterilizing liquid in the heating vaporization box 5 is used for heating the disinfectant or bactericide in the heating vaporization box by using heat generated by the power generator assembly 3, energy is saved, and the sterilizing and killing effect is improved. According to the movable negative pressure isolation sterilizing cabin, the sterilizing liquid is heated in the heating vaporization box 5, then is pressurized by the pressurizing pump 7 and then is sprayed out of the nozzle 6 to the cabin body 1, and the sterilizing operation can be performed on the space inside the cabin body 1.
Further, the heating vaporization box 5 is in a hollow ring shape, the heating vaporization box 5 comprises an annular accommodating cavity, and the generator assembly 3 is arranged in the hollow part of the heating vaporization box 5. The movable negative pressure isolation sterilizing and killing cabin improves the utilization rate of heat generated by the generator component 3, and further realizes energy conservation.
Further, still include the atomizer, the atomizer sets up in heating vaporizer 5, atomizer and controller electric signal connection. The movable negative pressure isolation sterilizing cabin can atomize the sterilizing agent, and improves the sterilizing effect.
