技术领域
本发明涉及液体分配器瓶和用于液体分配器瓶的分配器泵的环状接头。
背景技术
典型的洗手液分配器泵包括壳体，用于容纳弹簧机构，以便将分配执行器偏置至其中立位置。壳体必须有孔，用于当执行器被按压时排出空气。然而，当洗手液分配器的瓶体充有水和洗剂，并且被摇晃以提供混合洗剂液时，洗剂液倾向于通过孔进入壳体内，导致执行器不能正常工作。
因此，希望提供一种装置，其允许瓶被摇晃来混合水和洗剂同时避免壳体被洗剂液污染，而且当执行器被按压时，还允许空气通过孔排出。
发明内容
在第一方面，本发明提出一种洗剂分配器瓶，其包括：分配器泵，分配器泵具有壳体用于容纳泵送机构；所述壳体具有孔，其允许壳体中空气的排出；环状接头，用来接收所述分配器泵；瓶体，其具有瓶口用于接收所述环状接头；其中环状接头包括有角度的流路。
有角度的流路防止瓶内的洗剂液轻易地接近进入孔，由于洗剂液为了到达孔要移动经过拐角。因此，环状接头防止壳体被来自瓶内的洗剂液打湿或污染。
优选地，有角度的流路包括：第一导管，用于为瓶体内的空气提供开口；和第二导管，第一导管与其垂直地连接；所述第二导管能够构造成对准分配器泵的孔。
然而，尽管优选第一导管相对于第二导管垂直或成直角的布置，其他合适角度也是可能的，也在本发明的意图内，即使是锐角或钝角。
典型地，环状接头由硅胶或其他防水可压缩的弹性材料制成。
在第二方面，本发明提出用于洗剂分配器瓶的分配器泵的环状接头，其包括：孔口，用于接收分配器泵；颈部，用于被瓶体接收；所述环状接头的内壁具有流路用于引导瓶内空气至分配器泵中的孔；其中，流路是有角度的。
优选地，有角度的流路包括：第一导管，为瓶体内的空气提供开口；以及第二导管，第一导管与其垂直地连接；所述第二导管能够构造成对准所述分配器泵的孔。

具体实施方式
图1示出洗剂分配瓶101。该瓶包括瓶体103。如图所示，瓶体103的顶部有一瓶口105。瓶口105可用于用适当内容物，通常是洗剂和水来填充瓶体103。瓶口 105由泵107封口，用来抽取洗剂分配瓶101的内容物。
图2示出泵107省略瓶体103。泵107的顶部是执行器201，其成形为具有平坦表面用于方便使用者按压。龙头203从执行器201侧向延伸，当人们手放在龙头 203下时，龙头203将瓶的内容物分配到其手上。
执行器201下是汲取管205。汲取管205连接至龙头203，使得提供流路305 让瓶体103内的洗剂液经汲取管205向上移动到龙头203。汲取管205连接至弹簧机构207，当执行器201被按压时，弹簧机制207提供偏置力，即，当按压释放后，执行器201通过弹簧机构207被弹回原地。
执行器201粘附在盖209上，其用于盖住瓶的瓶口105。盖209下是壳体210。汲取管205从执行器201延伸通过壳体210以接触瓶中的内容物。弹簧机构207被容纳在壳体210里，用来避免弹簧机构207接触洗剂液。
环状接头109设置在泵107和瓶体103的瓶口105之间。图3中示出了环状接头109的三维图。图4提供了环状接头109的截面图。
环状接头109采用浅圆柱体的形式。环状接头109的预期顶端有唇缘301。唇缘301下的环状接头109的颈部303意图用于插入瓶的瓶口105。唇缘301定尺寸以延伸至瓶体103的瓶口105以外，其防止环状接头109整体插入瓶体103内。
泵107插入至环状接头109中唇缘301所在的预期顶端内。泵107和环状接头 109以这种形式组合，然后插入瓶体103的瓶口105内。即，颈部303紧密地适配到瓶体103的瓶口105内。
因此，当洗剂分配瓶完全组装好时，壳体201位于环状接头109内，而环状接头109位于瓶口105内。
环状接头109可用防水但允许一定量的弹性形变能力或压缩能力的任何适合材料制成，诸如塑料或橡胶，优选硅胶。形变能力允许壳体201、环状接头109和瓶的瓶口105彼此紧密压紧。
当使用者按下执行器201时，来自瓶体103的洗剂液从泵107的龙头203分配出。当使用者移除执行器201上的压力时，执行器201被弹簧机构207移回原位。
为了允许弹簧机构207移动，壳体210有孔213用于空气排出。孔213仅意图让空气通过，而不想让水或瓶内物质进入孔213。
大体上，泵107的机构众所周知，在此无需进一步描述。注意到本领域技术读者熟悉这项科技就已经足够。
为了允许空气从壳体210经由孔213排出，同时防止除空气以外的任何物质进入通过孔213，环状接头109提供了有角度的流路305，也就是，流路305中设置有拐角。
在图4更清晰地看到流路305，其包括垂直导管307，该垂直导管307在流路 305的上方连接到水平导管309。垂直导管307和水平导管309是环状接头109的内壁上的简单的浅切口部分(其可以在图3中更清楚地看到)。在流路305周围的环状接头109的内壁能够紧密地抱住壳体210。
当洗剂分配瓶101组装好时，孔213对齐在水平导管309内，但尽可能远离垂直导管307。因此，当执行器201被按压和释放时，空气不得不进入壳体。为了达成此，在达到壳体210内的孔213前，空气从瓶体103内移出，向上通过垂直导管 307的开口，接着横斜地转过拐角进入水平导管309。垂直导管放置地离孔213越远，瓶体103内的任何洗剂液越难到达孔213。
有利地，瓶体103内的洗剂液趋向于转过有角度的流路，垂直导管307和水平导管309在该有角度的流路处相遇。即使瓶子被摇晃时，有角度的流路305阻挡洗剂液直接进入壳体210内的孔213。
相应地，环状接头109允许用户将洗剂和水灌入洗剂分配瓶101，且摇晃水和洗剂使它们混合，不必害怕任何水和洗剂通过孔213进入壳体210。
虽然在前面的描述中已经描述了本发明的优选实施例，本领域技术人员可以理解，能够在设计、构造或操作的细节上进行很多变化或改进而不会偏离权利要求书所要求保护的本发明的范围。
例如，尽管洗剂被描述，本发明的意图还包括适用于通过瓶上的执行器进行分配的所有类型的液体，例如其它形式的洗涤液、洗发水、油、食品如番茄酱、蛋黄酱等。
另外，尽管流路305被例示为包含直的垂直导管307和直的水平导管309，路径不必是直的。例如，如图5中的另一实施例所图示的，路径可以是弯曲的。不用直路径的目的，仅是防止液体轻松通过流路305。因此，有“角度”的流路的含义包括：具有急剧拐角的流路，液体必须转过该急剧拐角以便流过所述流路；还包括具有缓和拐角(例如曲线)的流路。在一些实施例中，流路甚至可以是环状的，在再次向前延伸之前向自己弯回。

Claims (10)

1.一种液体分配器瓶，其特征在于，包括：
分配器泵，所述分配器泵有壳体用于容纳泵送机构；
所述壳体具有孔，所述孔允许所述壳体中空气的排出；
环状接头，用来接收所述分配器泵；
瓶体，其具有瓶口用于接收所述环状接头；其中
所述环状接头包括有角度的流路。
2.根据权利要求1所述的液体分配器瓶，其特征在于，
所述有角度的流路包括：
第一导管，其为瓶体内的空气提供开口；和
第二导管，所述第一导管与其垂直地连接；
所述第二导管能够构造成对准所述分配器泵的所述孔。
3.根据权利要求1所述的液体分配器瓶，其特征在于，
所述环状接头由防水可压缩的弹性材料制成。
4.根据权利要求3所述的液体分配器瓶，其特征在于，
所述材料是橡胶。
5.根据权利要求3所述的液体分配器瓶，其特征在于，
所述材料是硅胶。
6.一种用于液体分配器瓶的分配器泵的环状接头，其特征在于，包括：
孔口，用于接收所述分配器泵；
颈部，用于被瓶体接收；
所述环状接头的内壁具有流路，用于引导瓶内空气至所述分配器泵中的孔；其中
所述流路是有角度的。
7.根据权利要求6所述的用于液体分配器瓶的分配器泵的环状接头，其特征在于，有角度的流路包括：
第一导管，为瓶体内的空气提供开口；以及
第二导管，所述第一导管与其垂直地连接；
所述第二导管能够构造成对准所述分配器泵的所述孔。
8.根据权利要求6所述的用于液体分配器瓶的分配器泵的环状接头，其特征在于，环状接头由防水可压缩的弹性材料制成。
9.根据权利要求8所述的用于液体分配器瓶的分配器泵的环状接头，其特征在于，所述材料是橡胶。
10.根据权利要求8所述的用于液体分配器瓶的分配器泵的环状接头，其特征在于，所述材料是硅胶。
