Abstract

分体式卫生桶是一种卫生容器，分为基座与桶两 部分。基座上有一个圆台，桶底坐在上面，保证桶盖 落下时准确盖住桶口，其座内有脚踏启盖装置，正面 的杠杆活动槽一侧有台阶，可使杠杆卡住，令桶盖保 持开启状态。此桶可作家庭垃圾桶或医用污物桶。

Description

本实用新型涉及一种脚踏启盖式卫生容器。
已有的同类设计，桶与脚踏启盖装置多连为一体，也有套桶结构的，其共同的缺陷是：倾倒污物不便，而且不借助人力桶盖不能保持开启状态，故难以进入家庭。
本实用新型的目的在于改善目前家庭及单位垃圾容器不卫生、不雅观的状况，此外也可作为传统医用污物桶的换代产品。
本方案是将脚踏式桶分为桶与基座两部分，桶盖联在基座的中空立柱上。基座上有一个与桶底内沿吻合的台，台的边有坡度，使桶放置容易且位置准确。启盖装置设在基座下面及中空立柱内。与常见的同类装置不同的是，基座的杠杆活动槽一侧有台阶，杠杆（1）支点处的悬柱（2）可以左右旋转，位于踏下位置的踏板只需向一侧稍移杠杆便可卡在台阶上，使桶盖保持开启状态。落下桶盖时，可移动踏板使杠杆回到活动槽内。桶与基座立柱之间有空隙，桶的提手可通过空隙放在里侧，不易受污染。倾倒污物时只需取下桶即可。
此项设计以分体便于倾倒内容物和可使盖保持开启而优越于已有的产品，使其有希望成为家庭及单位的垃圾桶或医用污物桶而获得推广。经检索专利文献，未见相同的设计方案。
附图1为卫生桶侧视图，启盖装置杠杆（1）支点处的悬柱（2），上端为镙杆，与固定于基座底部的镙套联接，可以自由转动；下端为叉形，与杠杆用销钉联接。附图2为基座正视图，中间缺口为杠杆活动槽及台阶。
桶、基座及盖、踏板可用硬质注塑件或不锈钢件，也可用搪瓷件，启盖装置可采用金属件。

  1. 一种脚踏式卫生桶，其特征在于采用桶与基座分体式结构，桶放在基座上。基座边缘有中空立柱，顶端与桶盖相联，启盖装置设在基座下与中空立柱内。基座面上有与桶底吻合的台。杠杆活动槽一侧有台阶，杠杆支点处为可旋转的悬柱。
