Abstract
一种可以自动排放空气的带有若干个相互连通
的小空间腔的座椅垫,它由柱体、排气孔、进气孔、小
空间腔组成。当清洁卫生的空气经辅助设备进入椅
垫后,空气可在椅垫体内的互相连通的小空间腔流
动,并通过排气孔排入驾室内,达到降低驾驶室内的
一氧化碳、二氧化碳的含量,由于椅垫表面的柱体的
作用,使身体与座垫接触面形成便于空气流动的若干
个小空间腔,从而达到降温除潮的目的,本座椅垫外
形美观、结构简单,成本低、制造容易。
Description
本实用新型涉及一种生活用品,确切说是一种主要用于驾驶室内的座椅垫。
目前各种车辆的驾驶司机感到比较受罪的是椅垫,虽然较高级的汽车内都装有空调等设备,但是椅垫确没有一种较理想的品种,由于司机长时间坐在座椅上驾车,座椅长时间的与人体接触,人体新陈代谢出来的热量,汗液排不出去。就会产生衣物粘贴在身体表面产生极为不适的感觉。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种能够自动排放新鲜空气的椅垫,它由具有弹性,柔软性的橡胶或其它具备橡胶的弹性,柔软性的材料制成。
本实用新型的技术方案是这样实现的。
椅垫体4是由天然橡胶或软质且具备弹性,柔软性的材料制成的中空体,其上表面均匀地布满柱体1。在椅垫体4的上表面还有11个排气孔2。进气孔3是开在椅垫体4的一侧边上的2个孔,柱体1与椅垫体4的底面成一体,将中空体4分割成若干个互相连通的小空间腔5。
使用本实用新型的最大优点是椅垫体是可以进气和排气的中空体,这种结构可以有效的促进身体与椅垫接触面间的空气流通,同时由于透气性能好,还可以达到降低身体与椅垫接触面间的温度和湿度的效果,并且能降低车内的一氧化碳、二氧化碳的含量。实用新型的具体结构由以下的实施例及附图给出。

下面结合附图1附图2详细说明,依据本实用新型给出的具体结构及附属设备。
本实用新型包括椅垫体4,排气孔2,进气孔3,柱体1,小空间腔5。
椅垫体4是由天然橡胶或软质并且具有弹性的材料制成,椅垫体4上表面均匀地布满柱体1,11个排气孔2,分布在椅垫体4的上表面,排气孔2与小空间腔5相通,进气孔3由附件软管与车外的冷却器相通,本实用新型的附属设备有空气压缩机,空气滤清器,空气净化器,冷却器、储气瓶、气体流量控制阀,压力传感器控制开关等。由于空气压缩机与汽车发动机传动轴连接,所以当汽车启动时,空气压缩机即开始工作。自然空气通过滤清器进入压缩机,并被注入储气瓶。当人体坐在椅垫体4上后,压力传感器控制开关动作,这时储气瓶内的新鲜空气进入冷却器,并通过进气孔3压入椅垫体4上的小空间腔5内,当空气不断进入小空间腔5后,再通过排气孔2排放入驾驶室内,椅垫体4的柱体1是一些凸出表面的橡胶或具有弹性及柔软性的柱体,它可以承受人体重量,确保排气孔2排出的气体,在人体与椅垫接触面之间流通。
Claims (2)
1、一种车辆驾驶室内的自动,降温、除潮座椅垫,它有椅垫体4、柱体1其特征是椅垫体4是一个中空体上表面布满着凸出表面的柱体1,在椅垫体4柱体1的间距上还开有11个排气孔2。进气孔3是开在椅垫体4的一个侧边上的2个孔。
2、根据权利要求书1所述的自动、降温、除潮座椅垫其特征是柱体1与椅垫体4的底面成一体,它将中空体分割成若干个互相连通的小空间腔。
